IRS Commissioner Koskinen Says Illegals Are Now Eligible for Tax Credits Under Obama’s Amnesty (even for years past) Without Having Paid a Dime of Taxes

When is enough, enough America? Last week we learned from Legal Insurrection that IRS Commissioner John Koskinen’s testimony about the shocking tax consequences of Obama’s executive amnesty plan.

Koskinen explained that illegal immigrants who were granted amnesty would be eligible to receive back-refunds in the form of the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC)—but only if they had registered with an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN.) This means that, although the person was here illegally, they were still working and paying taxes and thus eligible for a refund. It’s a bogus loophole, but it stems from an existing IRS interpretation of their own rules, so at the end of the day it was a “fix this now” situation rather than an “end of the world” scenario.”

That was bad enough and a big enough kick in the gut for those who are in America legally and paying taxes. But wait, it gets worse, much worse. From The Washington Times come the following clarification from IRS commissioner Koskinen. As it turns out, illegals are now eligible for Earned Income Tax Credits, retroactively, even though they may have never paid a dime in taxes. WTF has happened to this country? The rule of law means nothing for this class of people. Absolutely nothing. Meanwhile, lawabiding, tax paying citizens have to follow the rules, or else.

IRS Commissioner John Koskinen told Congress on Wednesday that even illegal immigrants who didn’t pay taxes will be able to claim back-refunds once they get Social Security numbers under President Obama’s temporary deportation amnesty.

The revelation — which contradicts what he told Congress last week — comes as lawmakers also raised concerns Mr. Obama’s amnesty could open a window to illegal immigrants finding ways to vote, despite it being against the law.

“While we may disagree about whether your deferred action programs were lawfully created and implemented, we are confident that we can all agree that these programs cannot be permitted to impair the integrity of our elections,” Republican members of Congress from Ohio wrote in a letter to Mr. Obama Wednesday, ahead of a hearing on the issue in the House on Thursday.

He also clarified his testimony to the Senate last week, where he acknowledged illegal immigrants who had paid taxes using substitute Social Security numbers but who gain real Social Security numbers when they are approved for the amnesty can apply for back-refunds of the Earned Income Tax Credit.

On Wednesday, he said even illegal immigrants who didn’t pay taxes will be able to apply for back-credits once they get Social Security numbers.

The EITC is a refundable tax credit, which means those who don’t have any tax liability can still get money back from the government.

“Under the new program, if you get a Social Security number and you work, you’ll be eligible to apply for the Earned Income Tax Credit,” Mr. Koskinen said.

He said that would apply even “if you did not file” taxes, as long as the illegal immigrant could demonstrate having worked off-the-books during those years.

That expands the universe of people eligible for the tax credit by millions. He said only about 700,000 illegal immigrants currently work and pay taxes using an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number, but as many as 4 million illegal immigrants could get a stay of deportation and work permits under the temporary amnesty, which would mean they would be eligible to claim back-refunds if they worked those years.

Ginsberg was seen nodding off about 20 minutes into Obama’s 59-minute speech of bovine scatology. It turns out she was not just sleepy and bored from Obama’s blathering, the 81 year old Justice admitted she wasn’t “100% sober”.  YOU GOTTA LOVE IT!!! Hey Justice Ginsberg do not worry, most of America cannot listen to this president without being drunk as well.

As a matter of fact, we have drinking parties during Obama’s SOTU’s to be able to get through them. Obama said, “I” or “me” … DRINK! Obama just provided another give a way and called it free … DRINK! What other way could you listen to Obama lecture and lie for nearly an hour without being hammered?

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg admitted that she wasn’t “100 percent sober” when she dozed off during President Barack Obama’s State of the Union this year.

“The audience for the most part is awake, because they’re bobbing up and down, and we sit there, stone-faced, sober judges. But we’re not, at least I wasn’t, 100 percent sober,” Ginsburg told an audience at George Washington University in Washington, D.C., Thursday night.

“Because before we went to the State of the Union, Justice Kennedy brought in … it was an Opus something or other, very fine California wine, and I vowed this year, just sparkling water, stay away from the wine, but in the end, the dinner was so delicious, it needed wine,” Ginsburg said. “So I got a call when I came home from one of my granddaughters and she said, ‘Bubbe, you were sleeping at the State of the Union!”

In a new survey, John Kerry was ranked the worst United States Secretary of State in the last 50 years.  The results of the 2014 Ivory Tower survey ranked Henry Kissinger the most effective secretary of state with 32.2% of the vote. Yes, the same Henry Kissinger that Code Pink nut-jobs wanted to arrest for war crimes.  He was followed by James Baker, Madeleine Albright, and Hillary Clinton, as judged by a survey of 1,615 international relations scholars. Although, I am a bit skeptical of Hillary Clinton being a better Sec. of State than Condoleezza Rice, Colin Powell or George Schultz. Can anyone name one single accomplishment of Hillary Clinton? I didn’t think so.

Code Pink Chants Arrest Kissinger for War Crimes at Senate Armed Services Committee: Sen John McCain (R-AZ) Tells Them “Get Out of Here You Low-life Scum”

Yesterday’s Senate Armed Services Committee hearing with former Secretaries of State Henry Kissinger, Madeleine Albright, and George Shultz. was interrupted by protesters from “Code Pink”. The protesters wanted to arrest the 91 year old, former Secretary of State for War crime. Finally, Senator John McCain (R-AZ) had enough and lashed out at the protesters disrupting the hearing and called them “low-life scum.”  McCain apologized to Dr. Henry Kissinger for the protesters actions to a man who served his country with the greatest distinction.

I’ve been a member of this committee for many years, and I have never seen anything as disgraceful and outrageous and despicable as the last demonstration that just took place. You know, you’re going to have to shut up, or I’m going to have you arrested. If we can’t get the Capital Hill Police in here immediately. Get out of here, you low-life scum.

McCain slams Kissinger protesters: ‘Get out of here you low-life scum’:

The niceties of Washington went out the window Thursday when protesters disrupted a hearing with Henry Kissinger — and Sen. John McCain went ballistic.

“Get out of here you low-life scum,” proclaimed the Arizona Republican.

The demonstrators were at the Senate Armed Services Committee to go after Kissinger.

“Arrest Henry Kissinger for war crimes!” they screamed, some carrying signs spelling out their hatred of the former secretary of state.

McCain quickly called over Capitol police officers to “instill order.”

“You’re going to have to shut up or I’m going to have you arrested,” McCain told the demonstrators after they disrupted his press conference.

UPDATE I: Code Pink Tries to Arrest 91-Year-Old Kissinger for ‘War Crimes,’ Get Smacked Down by 94-Year-Old George Shultz.

Later, when Kissinger began his opening statement, more protesters popped up in the room, screaming about Vietnam and rattling off his “war crimes.”

“Vietnam! From 1969 to 1973, Kissinger, working for Richard Nixon, oversaw the slaughter in Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos, that led to the deaths of millions — millions of people. Many thousands more died from the effects of massive doses of agent orange and from unexploded bombs that covered the countryside!” a protester shouted. “Chile! Henry Kissinger was one of the principle architects of the coup in Chile on September 11th, 1973…”

Shultz then stood up to verbally battle the protesters, saying, “I salute Henry Kissinger for his many contributions to peace and security.” That led to a standing ovation from the committee members and audience that drowned out Code Pink.

Eric Holder’s DOJ to Drop Civil Rights Charges Brought Against Officer Darren Wilson in Shooting Death of Michael Brown in Ferguson, MO

Imagine this, FBI investigation finds no evidence to support the trumped up, political, race baiting charges against police officer Darren Wilson.

The New York Times is reporting that the Eric Holder Department of Justice will drop the civil rights charges against Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson. DOJ lawyers will recommend that no civil rights charges be brought against officer Wilson in the shooting death of black teenager Michael Brown. The FBI investigation has concluded what all normal thinking, non-race baiting individuals knew from the outset of this story, there was no evidence to support the trumped up charges. Remember when the DOJ told Ferguson police officers they could not wear bracelets in support of officer Wilson? Support for an officer that was guilty of nothing.

But, the Ferguson, Mo police department remains in the cross-hairs of the DOJ.

Justice Department lawyers will recommend that no civil rights charges be brought against the police officer who fatally shot an unarmed teenager in Ferguson, Mo., after an F.B.I. investigation found no evidence to support charges, law enforcement officials said Wednesday.

Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. and his civil rights chief, Vanita Gupta, will have the final say on whether the Justice Department will close the case against the officer, Darren Wilson. But it would be unusual for them to overrule the prosecutors on the case, who are still working on a legal memo explaining their recommendation.

A decision by the Justice Department would bring an end to the politically charged investigation of Mr. Wilson in the death of 18-year-old Michael Brown. The Missouri authorities concluded their investigation into Mr. Brown’s death in November and also recommended against charges.

After the Ferguson grand jury decided not to bring criminal charges against officer Wilson, Eric Holder went to Ferguson, Mo to fan the flames of racism and racial divide. Holder announced that his DOJ would investigate Wilson on civil rights charges, because the vigilante, race-baiting crowd wanted their scalp. Holder said that the Justice Department’s investigation into Mr. Brown’s death would be independent from the one conducted by the local authorities. The race-baiter in Chief, Barack Obama said  after St. Louis County prosecutor Bob McCulloch announced the grand jury’s decision, “I have done what the Missouri judicial system and even my own Justice Department failed to do in order to right this wrong.”

What will the reaction be from Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, the NAACP, NBPP and Barack Obama? Will Eric Holder make a public statement and apologize for destroying the reputation of a fine police officer just because of his color?
