The meeting with Chief Dompig was extremely positive! He has approved all of our requests. The Aruban authorities will help in any way possible and are interested in finding Natalee. The cooperation from the Aruban authorities is great. There is a promise of constant communication between Tim and Chief Dompig and Tim expects this level of cooperation to only get better. Please keep Natalee, her family & Aruba in your prayers and that we are blessed with an opportunity to bring her home. Thank you Chief Dompig and thank you Aruba.

Steve Cohen: “Well, the delegation that’s going, it’s basically a courtesy call”.
‘Rita Cosby Live & Direct’ for December 13, 2005
Steve Cohen discusses the upcoming Aruban delegation’s trip to Washington, DC and the status of Gerold Dompig and Karen Janssen.
COSBY: Well, there is news tonight of a shake-up in the investigation of missing Alabama teenager Natalee Holloway. Two key figures in the case could soon be shown the door, while local police refuse to continue their hunt for clues. Meanwhile, Alabama Congressman Spencer Bachus will host an Aruban delegation in Washington, D.C., this Friday.
Joining me now to talk about all this latest chaos in the case is Steve Cohen. He’s a special adviser to the Aruban government. Steve, I want to ask you, first of all, why is this delegation coming to the U.S.? What does it hope to achieve?
STEVE COHEN, SPECIAL ADVISER TO ARUBAN GOVERNMENT: Well, the delegation that’s going, it’s basically a courtesy call. When the governor, Governor Riley, imposed this boycott on Aruba, Congressman Bachus said to us, Why don’t you come and visit with me and tell me everything you know about the investigation? So we said, Look, give us a few weeks and we’ll come by and we’ll talk to you about it, and that’s what we’ve done.

Police Union president confirms that
Holloway case investigation has officially stopped
Until the government explains what exactly the role of the new prosecutor will be
ORANJESTAD (AAN): Monday, the police union (SPA) held a press conference to clear up certain matters that are still pending with the police force. According to SPA president Eric Zaandam, there are some things that are going in a troublesome route and because of this he felt it would be good to hold a press conference.
According to Zaandam, he noted that letters that were sent to the police force, to indicate that certain persons cannot speak with the press anymore, etc. Also, in the Public Prosecutor’s Office, certain people cannot speak to the press, which makes everything fall upon the police force, on its employees.
According to the SPA president, it is now enough and they have to explain to the press what is taking place, so that the press can see what is going on.
Zaandam said that he wants to elaborate on the matter of Commissioner Dompig, where he has been prohibited from speaking to the press and that the Minister of Justice said that Dompig speaks too much with the press and because of this he has forbidden him from doing so.

Michelle’s interview with Beth Twitty
Michelle, from ‘Michelle Says So’ and ‘Aruban Boycott’ has had the opportunity to do an interview with Beth Twitty. The following is an except from the interview:
Beth has not been “banned” from Aruba, but on October 18, 2005, she received a phone call advising her not to return to the island because Aruban officials would place her under arrest. Arrest? For what? She explained that she has been threatened to be arrested because she called Joran, Satish and Deepak ‘criminals’ on national TV; in addition to coming forward with the fact that her original written statement to the police was changed and ‘falsified’.
