Good Grief, If It’s Joe Biden It is Gaffetastic … Biden on Obama … “I promise you, the president has a big stick.”

C’mon man … Really?

Some stories just write themselves. Such is the case with VP Joe Biden’s latest comments discussing Barack Obama and some how trying to compare him to Teddy Roosevelt. Of course he was trying to equate the phrase, “Speak softly and carry a big stick” to Obama. How it came out of Biden’s mouth … “I promise you, the president has a big stick.”

Much like this Presidency, let the laughter begin. Man these guys a joke and how they have diminished the office.

VIDEO hat Tip: The Washington Examiner

Man, and this guy is a heart beat away from the Presidency. Remember when they questioned whether Sarah Palin was ready for the Presidency and she was a heart beat away.

Mark Steyn Gives Obama “the Smartest President Ever” a “F” in Christopher Columbus World is Flat and Rutherford B. Hayes History

To those who drink the Obama Kool-Aid, the laugh just might be on you.

We have been told that Barack Obama was the smartest President ever when he was elected in. Obama was supposed to be so far superior in intellect than anyone we had ever seen in the history of the United States. Hardly, in the past 3+ years he has shown us quite the opposite .  However, to say anything to the contrary against Obama and you are branded a racists and laughed at. What is most troubling about Obama is either he is this ignorant or he is purposely misinforming people.  What Obama just might be is the most academically laziest President ever.

MSM & Obamaites drink the Kool-aid and never question or think for themselves …

“Yeah. Even aside from the fact of electing the first African American President and whatever one’s partisan views this is a guy whose IQ is off the charts — I mean you cannot say that he is anything but a very serious and capable leader and — you know — You and I have talked about this for years …”

Obama delivering his big, know-it-all speech on energy at Prince George’s Community College where he stated that all of out energy concerns would be alleviated as soon as we used wind mills and algae. Who knew? He then went on to condemn those who snickered and scoffed at his ridiculous and uninformed comments.

Let me tell you something. If some of these folks were around when Columbus set sail — [Laughter] — they must have been founding members of the Flat Earth Society. [Laughter.] They would not have believed that the world was round. [Applause.] We’ve heard these folks in the past. They probably would have agreed with one of the pioneers of the radio who said, “Television won’t last. It’s a flash in the pan.” [Laughter.] One of Henry Ford’s advisers was quoted as saying, “The horse is here to stay but the automobile is only a fad.” [Laughter.]

But wait, there is more:

There always have been folks who are the naysayers and don’t believe in the future, and don’t believe in trying to do things differently. One of my predecessors, Rutherford B. Hayes, reportedly said about the telephone, “It’s a great invention, but who would ever want to use one?” [Laughter.] That’s why he’s not on Mount Rushmore — [laughter and applause] — because he’s looking backwards. He’s not looking forwards. [Applause.] He’s explaining why we can’t do something, instead of why we can do something.

Okanagan CTV News reporter Kent Molgat’s Walks into Pole While Trying to get the Story … “Oh my god, that hurt”

There is nothing like a man walking into a pole to make a VIDEO go viral …

Reporters are always trying to chase down a story, or at least some  try to do so. Of course the key to following the story is to be persistent, but also to always keep your eyes and ears open and not become closed minded or have blinders on. CTV’s Kent Molgat could have used that advice while trying to interview a lawyer as he walked straight into a pole.

“Oh my god, that hurt” … I’ll Say

From CTV:

As a journalist with 25 years of experience, CTV’s Kent Molgat is used to chasing the story. But when the story hits back in the form of a wayward pole and the reporter becomes the story — that is something new.

Video of Molgat chasing a lawyer for an interview and then walking straight into a pole has gone viral, joining a long, proud history of television news bloopers.

“Oh my God that hurt!” Molgat exclaims in the video, after walking right into the light pole. The lawyer, previously trying to make a dignified but brisk escape, stops to check on him.

Barack Obama Plagerizes Ford Motors Ad During SOTU Speech … “Built to Last”

Wow, Obama’s SOTU was not only flat and predictable lame, there appears to have been other issues with it was well.

Are you serious, did President Barack Obama rip off a Ford Motors ad during the State of the Union last night … America, Built to Last. The Daily Mail seems to think so. What is even more ironic is that Obama and his speech writers managed to plagiarize the one car company that did not take any government bail out money. It would appear that Biden is not the only gaffe prone individual in the White House.

“An economy built to last, where hard work pays off, and responsibility is rewarded.”

“Tonight, I want to speak about how we move forward, and lay out a blueprint for an economy that’s built to last – an economy built on American manufacturing, American energy, skills for American workers, and a renewal of American values.”

“You see, an economy built to last is one where we encourage the talent and ingenuity of every person in this country.”

“An America built to last insists on responsibility from everybody.”

“That’s an America built to last.”

The America we had lasted more than 200 years. It was built, in part, on the sweat and vision of Ford Motors Company.

And not on its slogans.

I pray that nothing lasts from this terrible presidency.

Full transcript of Obama’s SOTU.

Who needs SOPA/PIPA and on-line piracy when we have a US President plagiarizing a car companies commercial ad. I guess Obama can always blame the TOTUS.

Vice President Joe Biden’s Giant Gaffe … Tells Donors, “Giants on their way to Super Bowl” … What About the 49′ers?

Biden goes of script once again and decided to ad lib …

Vice President Joe Biden has stepped in it again. In yet just another example of why politicians should never go off script and not talk about sports. At a political fundraiser in San Francisco, VP Joe Biden told those in attendance that, “the Giants are on their way to the Super Bowl.”  Obviously, the often confused Biden mixed up the MLB San Francisco Giants with the NFL San Francisco 49′ers. Oops … just one minor problem, the San Francisco 49′ers are playing the NY Giants in the NFC Championship game this weekend, the winner gets a ticket to the Super Bowl.

Vice President Joe Biden had his “oops” moment Wednesday speaking in a 49er-crazed San Francisco when he told a crowd at a city political fundraiser that “the Giants are on their way to the Super Bowl.”

Biden spoke at a closed event in the city’s financial District at the Bently Reserve when he made the gaffe, according to a White House pool report released today.

The comment by Biden drew immediate “good-natured” boos from the crowd, according to the report by Josh Richman of the Oakland Tribune, who was the only local print reporter allowed to cover the event.

After suggesting that the Giants were heading to the Super Bowl, Biden quickly recognized the gaffe and and explained he was accustomed to thinking in terms of the San Francisco Giants and their baseball wins. His next reference was to the “49ers on their way” to the Big Game.

I can’t wait for the gaffe prone VP to call the 2012 election for the GOP.
