Barack Obama, “We Can’t Control Nature” … Um, What about Global Warming Sir?

Are you serious? President Barack Hussein Obama while addressing the 8.8 magnitude earthquake in Chile said the following, “We can’t control nature”.

Did Barack Obama just call the entire “global warming” it’s mans fault a sham? If man cannot control nature then why is the global warming agenda crowd pushing junk science?

Words are an amazing thing aren’t they Mr. President? After all his speeches, after all his rhetoric and trips to Copenhagen to attend the Global Warming Conference, in a moment fo truth while discussing the terrible earthquake that occurred in Chile … Obama slips and speaks some reality that is obvious to so many … Man can’t control nature.

Then why are you wasting Americas time, money and threatening our economy with your green jobs nonsense and Cap & Trade? You can’t have it both ways, as much as you would like to.

Poor Al Gore, born with out a brain nor the ability to comprehend that it was his global warming agenda scientist thugs that were preventing the truth from being heard or any dissenting opinion against man-made global warming.

Having just read Gore’s oped, good grief has the man finally lost it as he realizes that his Bernie Madoff global warming scam might be crumbling around him? What are we wishing away exactly, the fact that the temperature of the earth has always changed?

I, for one, genuinely wish that the climate crisis were an illusion. But unfortunately, the reality of the danger we are courting has not been changed by the discovery of at least two mistakes in the thousands of pages of careful scientific work over the last 22 years by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change. In fact, the crisis is still growing because we are continuing to dump 90 million tons of global-warming pollution every 24 hours into the atmosphere — as if it were an open sewer.

Get this, Gore admits that the science and data is flawed and has been misrepresented, but that is irrelevant. However, there is still global warming. Never mind we lied and overstated the facts, that does not matter … it’s global warming I tell you and it’s man-made, we are just going to have to trust Al on this one.

It is true that the climate panel published a flawed overestimate of the melting rate of debris-covered glaciers in the Himalayas, and used information about the Netherlands provided to it by the government, which was later found to be partly inaccurate. In addition, e-mail messages stolen from the University of East Anglia in Britain showed that scientists besieged by an onslaught of hostile, make-work demands from climate skeptics may not have adequately followed the requirements of the British freedom of information law.

Al Gore’s greatest scare tactics. What’s the matter Al, when all this is proved to be the fraud that it clearly is, will you actually have to get a job and justify what you say in a speech?

Desiree Rogers Stepping Down as Obama’s White House Social Secretary

Does this mean we don’t get a sequel to Party Crashers-gate?

Desiree Rogers is out as  Obama’s White House Social Secretary.  She will be stepping down after presiding over 330 events and one memorable one.  I’ll say she made it the “People’s house.”

Rogers is departing after achieving a major goal of President Obama and First Lady Michelle — opening up the White House to make it the “peoples house.”

Too bad she didn’t take her job more important that night than she did attending the State dinner herself.

How will Tareq and Michaele Salahi ever be able to crash another White House function? What might be comical is that Desiree Rogers thinks her work as social secretary will be remembered as a success. Hardly, she will be remembered for one thing and one thing only. Having allowed individuals to get such close access to an Indian PM, the President and VP at a State Dinner.

Rogers, a friend of the First Couple for years, was one of the first Obama administration appointees.

“When I took on this assignment, we talked about the importance of creating the people’s house. My work was really to create this framework,” she told me.

“I think I completed that work. Our office has been able to lay the foundation for what will be known as the ‘people’s house’ and it has already taken shape.”

Terrific job? One can hardly claim a terrific job on one’s resume when the President of the United States has to run cover and prevented Rogers from testifying before Congress in Party Crasher-gate.

The lack of detail and afterward lack of accountability on her part has pretty much summed up the Obama Administration in a microcosm.

Maybe Obama’s next choice will actually be a social secretary instead of a Diva.  There is no way that in some part this resignation is not in apart due to the Salahi fiasco.

Hope & Change: Las Vegas Mayor Goodman Rejects Barack Obama Invitation, Harry Reid Looks For Obama’s Campaign Help

The Mayor of Las Vegas, Oscar Goodman, has refused an invitation to meet with President Obama who is in Las Vegas to host a town hall meeting.  Goodman called President Barack Obama after his NH Town Hall meeting where The One once again dissed Las Vegas and told people not to visit there.

Not every one is so welcoming of The One

Obama said that people should not “blow a bunch of cash in Vegas” during a tough recession. Las Vegas Mayor Oscar Goodman called for Obama to apologize after he made comparable comments last February.

“When times are tough, you tighten your belts,” he said at the forum.” You don’t go buying a boat when you can barely pay your mortgage. You don’t blow a bunch of cash in Vegas when you’re trying to save for college.”

So what would any common sense Mayor do in a case when a President not once, but twice attacks your city … tell him to kiss off, that’s what.

“I’ve got other things to do quite frankly for my constituents here in Las Vegas who rely on me to do the right thing as a mayor,” explained Mayor Goodman.

Mayor Goodman has more important things like attend budget meetings during a major shortfall than meet with President Barack Obama. That rejection comes even though he’s invited by the White House.

President Barack Obama says the Indianapolis Colts “have to be favored” in the Super Bowl, even though he has a “soft spot” for the New Orleans Saints.

Obama’s Super Bowl prediction was based on his opinion that the Colts have “perhaps the best quarterback in history.”

“Peyton Manning is unbelievable,” the president told CBS’ Katie Couric during a live pre-game interview.
