It wasn’t too long ago that FBI James Comey was the darling of the LEFT when defied logic and pretty much all procedures how and FBI  investigation was done when he ignored all of the the evidence against Hillary Clinton and stated that he would not ask for prosecution against her. That was then and this is now, today Comey reopened the private email server case and the LEFT is now calling for his resignation. Priceless. Team Clinton is calling on the FBI to release what they have. Sorry Hillary, it does not work that way.

Donald Trump’s oft-repeated claim that the FBI’s investigation of “Crooked Hillary” and the presidential election itself were and are “rigged,” seems to have thrown FBI Director James Comey into a state of panic. In foolishly making a public announcement that the bureau is reviewing newly discovered emails related to Hillary Clinton’s personal server, he has inserted himself yet again into the presidential campaign.
The FBI virtually never announces the commencement or termination of ongoing criminal investigations. Such inquiries are often conducted in relative secrecy, enabling a more efficient investigation.

It is not unusual for investigations in so-called “white collar” cases to go on for years, luring the target into an unfounded belief that he or she is in the clear. Then the hammer falls. A grand jury indictment is announced by the Department of Justice and the handcuffs are swiftly employed.

The old, sensible FBI rule book apparently has been thrown on the trash heap this year. While undoubtedly attempting to be open and “transparent,” to protect the reputation of the FBI, the FBI director has tossed a Molotov cocktail into the presidential race.

Voters must now be subjected to endless speculation in the press and explicit accusations from the Trump campaign and other Republicans candidates that Hillary is a “criminal” aided and abetted by a rigged FBI and Justice Department. Comey’s “openness and transparency” will blow up in his face and further tarnish the FBI’s reputation. He has reinserted the bureau into the political process.
The director probably feared that leaks would lead to speculation that a renewed Hillary investigation was underway. In trying to get ahead of criticism of the FBI for jumping to a conclusion too quickly and closing the original Hillary investigation, he has only made matters worse and inserted a huge new issue into the presidential campaign, 11 days before the election.

In truth, investigations open and close routinely secretly when new evidence comes to light. Each new scrap in a pile of useful or useless evidence is not announced in real time, like a scandal in a scripted reality TV Show. Perhaps it’s time for the embattled FBI director who seems to have forgotten how to conduct a proper investigation to resign.

Comey’s public announcement in July that the FBI had concluded its investigation regarding Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server in the conduct of official State Department business and would not recommend the lodging of criminal charges was historically unprecedented in a high-profile political case.

ABC News and all news services are reporting that the FBI is reopening the Hillary Clinton email investigation!!! It does not look like its over for Hillary and her emails, not just yet. Less than two weeks before election day and we are hit with this bombshell from the FBI.

FBI Director James Comey released a statement today saying that the FBI is going to continue the previously closed investigation into Hillary Clinton’s emails from her time as secretary of state.

“In connection with an unrelated case, the FBI has learned of the existence of emails that appear to be pertinent to the investigation,” Comey wrote in a letter released today.

Comey wrote in the letter that after being briefed on the unrelated case, he agreed, “the FBI should take appropriated investigative steps designed to allow investigators to review these emails to determine whether they contain classified information, as well as to assess their importance to our investigation.”

“Although the FBI cannot yet assess whether or not this material may be significant, and I cannot predict how long it will take us to complete this additional work, I believe it is important to update your Committees about our efforts in light of my previous testimony,” reads the letter to the leaders of various congressional committees.

Hillary Clinton’s campaign chairman John Podesta on Friday called on FBI Director James Comey to immediately release more details about the new evidence it is reviewing as part of its probe into Clinton’s use of a private email server at the State Department.

He also pushed back against the idea that the FBI is re-opening its investigation, which concluded in July. Comey recommended that the Justice Department not bring charges against Clinton for allegedly mishandling classified information.

Hillary Clinton committed far worse crimes, including lying to the FBI during the investigation of the use of her private email server, let alone the use of the server containing classified US documents and the cover up and deletion of 33,000 emails after having been subpoenaed. And the FBI did nothing even though there was an obvious mountain of evidence against her. But that is what happens when we have a corrupt FBI playing politics and covering for Democrat Hillary Clinton. The Obama administration Justice Department has investigated three senior officials for mishandling classified information over the past two years but only one faces a felony conviction, possible jail time and a humiliation that will ruin his career: former Joint Chiefs of Staff vice chairman General James E. Cartwright. The FBI’s handling of the case stands in stark contrast to its treatment of Hillary Clinton and retired General David Petraeus — and it reeks of political considerations.

Monday marked a stunning fall from grace for Cartwright, the man once known as “Obama’s favorite general,” who pleaded guilty to the felony charge of lying to the FBI during its investigation into the leaking of classified information about covert operations against Iran to two journalists. His lawyer Greg Craig said in a statement that Cartwright spoke with David Sanger of the New York Times and Dan Klaidman of Newsweek as a confirming source for stories they had already reported, in an effort to prevent the publication of harmful national security secrets.

Under his plea deal, Cartwright could face up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine. Last year, Petraeus cut a deal with the Justice Department after admitting he had lied to the FBI and passed hundreds of highly classified documents to his biographer and mistress Paula Broadwell. He pleaded guilty to a single misdemeanor of mishandling classified information and was sentenced to two years probation and a $100,000 fine.

As reported at The Daily Caller, FBI agents are furious and alarmed at the manner in which the bureaus handled the Hillary Clinton private email server and her possession of top secret US documents. They are especially livid at Director James Comey’s decision to not suggest that the Justice Department prosecute Hillary Clinton over her mishandling of classified information. It is becoming quite obvious that the fix was in from the outset of this so-called investigation. FBI agents are saying that Comey literally stood in the way of the investigation. UNREAL. What a sad day for the once proud FBI. For those agents who are baffled by Comey’s actions and the fact that he is still FBI director, that is called a quid pro quo. Good soldiers get rewarded for covering things up in the Obama White House.

FBI agents say the bureau is alarmed over Director James Comey’s decision to not suggest that the Justice Department prosecute Hillary Clinton over her mishandling of classified information.

According to an interview transcript given to The Daily Caller, provided by an intermediary who spoke to two federal agents with the bureau last Friday, agents are frustrated by Comey’s leadership.

“This is a textbook case where a grand jury should have been convened, but was not. That is appalling,” an FBI special agent who has worked public corruption and criminal cases said of the decision. “We talk about it in the office and don’t know how Comey can keep going.”

The agent was also surprised that the bureau did not bother to search Clinton’s house during the investigation.

“We didn’t search their house. We always search the house. The search should not just have been for private electronics, which contained classified material, but even for printouts of such material,” he said.

“There should have been a complete search of their residence,” the agent pointed out. “That the FBI did not seize devices is unbelievable. The FBI even seizes devices that have been set on fire.”

Another special agent for the bureau who worked counter-terrorism and criminal cases said he is offended by Comey’s saying: “we” and “I’ve been an investigator.”

FBI Files Reveal Two Missing Email ‘Boxes’ in Clinton Case … Yes, Thus is Evidence Tampering

THE FBI WAS WELL AWARE OF THIS WHEN THEY DECIDED NOT TO RECOMMEND PROSECUTION AGAINST HILLARY CLINTON.

We now learn from FOX News that two bankers boxes containing printouts of Clinton’s emails have gone missing in the Clinton private email server crimes are missing. Imagine that. The FBI should be ashamed of themselves and director Comey needs to resign. Just how corrupt is the FBI in their complicity to help Hillary Clinton cover up her obvious crimes? Or is the FBI that incompetent? In either case, Comey needs to resign in disgrace. How any one with the mountain of evidence and the obvious evidence tampering and attempt t destroy evidence was not recommended to be indicted by and FBI and prosecuted by the Department of Justice is one of the greatest travesties of justice and coverups this country has ever seen.

But what difference does it make that two boxes of my emails went missing, the liberal MSM will never care or report on it.

This case gets worse and worse and the cover-up just gets more obvious each passing day. Now it is up to Donald Trump to nail her on this in the next debate and actually articulate the issue, the crime and the conspiracy to cover up her actions. America, how could you possible vote for some one that you know is this corrupt?

These boxes didn’t go missing, they were destroyed and everyone knows it.

Buried in the 189 pages of heavily redacted FBI witness interviews from the Hillary Clinton email investigation are details of yet another mystery — about two missing “bankers boxes” filled with the former secretary of state’s emails.

The interviews released earlier this month, known as 302s, also reveal the serious allegation that senior State Department official Patrick Kennedy applied pressure to subordinates to change the classified email codes so they would be shielded from Congress and the public.

The details about the boxes are contained in five pages of the FBI file – with a staggering 111 redactions – that summarize the statements of a State Department witness who worked in the “Office of Information Programs and Services (IPS).” The employee told the FBI that, “Initially, IPS officials were told there were 14 bankers boxes of former Secretary of State Hillary CLINTON’s emails at CLINTON’s Friendship Heights office.” Friendship Heights is a neighborhood that straddles the Northwest neighborhood of the District of Columbia and Maryland.

The State Department witness further explained to the FBI that “on or about December 5, 2014, IPS personnel picked up only 12 bankers boxes of CLINTON’s emails from Williams & Connolly.”

The officials were not sure if the boxes “were consolidated or what could have happened to the two other boxes.
