FBI’s Clinton Foundation Investigation Now ‘a Very High Priority’ & Headed Toward Possible Indictment (VIDEO)

As reported at FOX News, The FBI’s investigation into the Clinton Foundation that has been going on for more than a year has now taken a “very high priority.” Last night on the Fox News Channel, Bret Baier reported the latest news about the Clinton Foundation investigation from two sources inside the FBI. Baier stated, “the investigation looking into possible pay-for-play interaction between Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and the Foundation has been going on for more than a year. Led by the white collar crime division, public corruption branch of the criminal investigative division of the FBI”.

It would appear that the story that the computer devices of Clinton aides, Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson, were not destroyed as earlier thought. The FBI is currently exploiting those devices.

Hillary Clinton’s “Pay for Play” Clinton Foundation investigation is going to go forward even after the 2016 election, meaning that if she is elected, she will continue to be investigated and possibly indicted as a sitting president. The FBI’s investigation into the Clinton Foundation that has been going on for more than a year has now taken a “very high priority,” separate sources with intimate knowledge of the probe tell Fox News.

FBI agents have interviewed and re-interviewed multiple people on the foundation case, which is looking into possible pay for play interaction between then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and the Clinton Foundation. The FBI’s White Collar Crime Division is handling the investigation.

Even before the WikiLeaks dumps of alleged emails linked to the Clinton campaign, FBI agents had collected a great deal of evidence, law enforcement sources tell Fox News.

“There is an avalanche of new information coming in every day,” one source told Fox News, who added some of the new information is coming from the WikiLeaks documents and new emails.

FBI agents are “actively and aggressively pursuing this case,” and will be going back and interviewing the same people again, some for the third time, sources said.

The Clinton Foundation investigation is a, quote, “very high priority.” Agents have interviewed and reinterviewed multiple people about the Foundation case, and even before the WikiLeaks dumps, agents say they have collected a great deal of evidence. Pressed on that, one sources said, quote, “a lot of it,” and “there is an avalanche of new information coming every day.”

Some of it from WikiLeaks, some of it from new emails. The agents are actively and aggressively pursuing this case. They will be going back to interview the same people again, some for the third time.

As a result of the limited immunity deals to top aides, including Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson, the Justice Department had tentatively agreed that the FBI would destroy those laptops after a narrow review. We are told definitively that has not happened. Those devices are currently in the FBI field office here in Washington, D.C. and are being exploited.

The source points out that any immunity deal is null and void if any subject lied at any point in the investigation.

Meantime, the classified e-mail investigation is being run by the National Security division of the FBI. They are currently combing through former Democratic Congressman Anthony Wiener’s laptop and have found e-mails that they believe came from Hillary Clinton’s server that appear to be new, as in not duplicates.

Whether they contain classified material or not is not yet known. It will likely be known soon. All of this just as we move inside one week until election day.

O’Reilly also believes that Comey would not have doe this unless some of the FBI agents looking at the computer gave Comey a heads up and said, this is bad.

Gingrich points out that FBI Director Comey had always stated Hillary was guilty of this, she was guilty of this and she was guilty of this, he just didn’t think that she was indictable or would be convicted in a court. And with an Obama DOJ and Loretta Lynch who would meet with the husband of the individual in question, of course she was never going to be indicted. Then Comey went to Congress and said she lied about this, lied about this and lied about this. And this was the FBI director who the Democrats were praising. Then comes 650,000 emails!!!

ONE HAS TO WONDER HOW MANY HONEST THINKING DEMOCRATS, MODERATES AND MIDDLE OF THE ROAD INDEPENDENTS ARE NOT SAYING THE SAME THING?

Yesterday we reported on this and we are again so today because of its importance in such a close presidential race. Longtime Democratic strategist and pollster Doug Schoen announced Sunday that he will no longer be able to support Hillary Clinton for president. Schoen did this because he is putting country ahead of party and a single candidate. I have longed disagreed with Doug Schoen; however, respected him. This is an example of why. I to believe, like Schoen, never should we elect an individual of any party who would simply through the country into chaos and a “constitutional” crisis. Sadly, the Democrat party did just that as they cooked a Democrat primary as seen by the Wikileaks emails as Team Clinton, the DNC and the MSM all colluded against Bernie Sanders. A vote for Hillary Clinton was always a risky vote as one never knew what scandal would blow up again, no matter how hard the Obama DOJ, FBI and Democrat media complex tried to cover for her.

In an op-ed in the Hill, Schoen said that he believed the United States could face a “constitutional crisis” if Clinton is elected president due to the looming FBI investigation into her private email server and the email practices of her aides.

“I say this because regardless of what Secretary Clinton did or didn’t do or what her aide, Huma Abedin, did or didn’t do or even what Anthony Weiner did or didn’t do, I am now convinced that we will be facing the very real possibility of a constitutional crisis with many dimensions and deleterious consequences should Secretary Clinton win the election,” Schoen wrote.

The question that remains is just how many Democrat voters are also having a change of conscience and feel this is just a scandal too far? How many Independents have just had enough? Will the polls reflect it or will the final poll be in the election vote count? With just one week to go, we shall see what the answer truly is.

I made one of the most difficult decisions of my life — not just political, but also personal — last night.

During my weekly show on the “Fox Report” hosted by Harris Faulkner with Pat Caddell and John LeBoutillier, I indicated that it will be very difficult, if not impossible, for me to vote for Hillary Clinton on November 8.

Why did I say this?

Not for any small reason.

FBI Director James Comey’s decision to make public the fact that more emails potentially pertinent to the Clinton probe had been found on Anthony Weiner’s computer changes the impact of this election on the future of the country.

I say this because regardless of what Secretary Clinton did or didn’t do or what her aide, Huma Abedin, did or didn’t do or even what Anthony Weiner did or didn’t do, I am now convinced that we will be facing the very real possibility of a constitutional crisis with many dimensions and deleterious consequences should Secretary Clinton win the election.

In the best case scenario, there will be at the very least a criminal investigation of President-elect Clinton. And there will be a criminal investigation of Huma Abedin, which is apparently ongoing. Furthermore, there will be potential investigations into the actions of the Justice Department and most of all the FBI and its director, James Comey.

Morning Joe co-host Mika Brzezinski ripped Democrats on Monday for hypocritically attacking FBI Director James Comey in the wake of the re-opened investigation into Hillary Clinton’s private email server use.

Comey set off a political explosion on Friday after a letter to Congress announcing that emails related to Clinton’s server were found on Anthony Weiner’s computer during a separate investigation into his sexting with an underage girl.

Weiner, a former congressman who resigned in 2011 because of a similar scandal, is the estranged husband of top Clinton aide Huma Abedin.

Democrats came down hard on Comey, with Clinton calling his letter “deeply troubling.” Sen. Harry Reid (D., Nev.) accused him of breaking federal law.

Brzezinski, a supporter of Clinton, has nevertheless criticized the Democratic nominee harshly for her use of a private email server and wavering explanations for why she had one.

“This was a great, credible man with great integrity a week ago,” she said of Comey. “So I don’t really get that. What if there is something big? We’re not going to say it was so outrageous. The bottom line is this all goes back to the server, something she shouldn’t have done, something that was way more than a mistake. Way more.”

Brzezinski called it a “self-inflicted, massive wound.” Noting she has continually ripped Republicans for nominating a figure like Donald Trump, Brzezinski said Democrats had put up someone under FBI investigation.
