National Enquirer Claims Photos of John Edwards and his Love Child Frances Quinn Hunter
The National Enquirer is claiming to have pictures of John Edwards and his love child Frances Quinn Hunter. The main stream media claims they are being responsible in reporting this story. Or is it that they just want this embarrassing John Edwards story to go away and be the the story that you never see?
The NATIONAL ENQUIRER is releasing the photograph that the world has been waiting for – the first-ever picture of John Edwards and his love child!
The stunning “spy photo” shows the former presidential contender holding his infant daughter Frances Quinn Hunter at the Beverly Hilton hotel in Los Angeles – where the ENQUIRER caught him visiting the baby’s mother, his mistress Rielle Hunter.Edwards is holding his love child while standing in front of a distinctive striped curtain.
The problem with any type of story like this is that if there is not an emphatic denial and reason provided by John Edwards to explain away the pictures, the perception is that one is hiding something. There usually is a little truth in all stories, even if the story gets stretched a bit. The blurred tabloid pics cause pause. However, it is 100% confirmed that John Edwards was at the hotel. Now the question he must ask is why. Is the above pic real or faux, who knows. The fact that the MSM refuses to cover the story because they are claiming to be responsible is nonsense. If John Edwards was a Republican this story would have been covered much differently.
However, one would pose the question if the tabloid story is an unfounded lie … where is the John Edwards law suit??? He is a trial lawyer.
FNC Talks of Edwards Affair & the Media, NYT Double Standards
Think that the National Enquirer article is not having an effect on Edwards? With two weeks to go before the Democratic National Convention, the tabloid’s claims threaten Edwards’ role at the Democrats party convention. This little scandal just doesn’t seem to be going away. Now with the Convention just a short time away, the MSM may be forced into covering the John Edwards love child scandal and as Flopping Aces says, “forced to report the news”.
If Edwards fails to clear up the story in short order, he risks party officials deciding not to have him speak or, if they do, creating a distraction from a week focused on Barack Obama accepting the nomination.
“If there is not an explanation that’s satisfactory, acceptable and meets high moral standards, the answer is ‘no,’ he would not be a prime candidate to make a major address to the convention,” said Don Fowler, a former Democratic National Committee chair.
Dems call on Edwards to address affair rumors
Instead some Democrats say convention organizers will try to avoid the lingering questions if Edwards himself doesn’t talk.
“He absolutely does have to [resolve it]. If it’s not true, he has to issue a stronger denial,” said Gary Pearce, the Democratic strategist who ran Edwards’ 1998 Senate race. “It’s a very damaging thing. … The big media has tried to be responsible and handle this with kid gloves, but it’s clearly getting ready to bust out. If it’s not true, he’s got to stand up and say, ‘This is not true. That is not my child and I’m going to take legal action against the people who are spreading these lies.’ It’s not enough to say, ‘That’s tabloid trash.’ ”

Who Knew Iranian were into “Faux”tography … Just a Few Too Many Missiles in the Pic
Notice something just a bit different about the two pictures below? According to the NYT’s … they are the same picture, the bottom one posted in newspapers was a fake. Wonder why we shouldn’t believe a word that comes out of Iran. It’s pretty sad when the Iranian government feels the need to digitally doctor pics as a show of force. Iran did not want to show the world that one rocket had failed … instead they embarrassed themselves to the world.
Agence France-Presse said that it obtained the image from the Web site of Sepah News, the media arm of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards, on Wednesday. But there was no sign of it there later in the day. Today, The Associated Press distributed what appeared to be a nearly identical photo from the same source, but without the fourth missile.
In the four-missile version of the image released Wednesday by Sepah News, the media arm of Iran’s Revolutionary Guard, two major sections (encircled in red) appear to closely replicate other sections (encircled in orange). (Illustration by The New York Times; photo via Agence France-Presse)

Barack Obama’s Faux Presidential Seal … Perfect for the Faux Candidate, Too Bad Its Illegal
How pretentious is this … The Great Seal of Obamaland? Barack Obama, the make believe Presidential candidate.
Is Barack Obama trying to be cute in creating a faux Presidential seal for himself? Does Obama actually think that he is deserving of his own seal? Is this creepy or is it symbolic of the Obama campaign? Please tell me that Obama does not actually believe the media hype that he is the chosen one. Is Obama nothing more than a faux candidate and political caricature? What game is Obama up to now? When do enough of these antics and typical political nonsense become enough for Americans to stomach?
BTW Barack, you are the presumptive nominee of the Democratic party, not the presumptive President of the United States. Below left is the actual seal that Barack Obama used while speaking to Democratic governors in Chicago. As compared with the actual official Presidential seal to the right. That;s about right, Obama is nothing more than a scripted, fauxto-shopped 21st century, internet age candidate. Obama has all the zeal of a Hollywood movie President and maybe that is the reason for the need to show he is Presidential-like … even if he just plays one on TV.
Definitely creepy – and pretentious. The motto is so banal and saccharine sweet that translating it into Latin and sticking it on a faux presidential seal can only be seen as an attempt to attach more gravitas to a candidate than he deserves. And perhaps that’s the ultimate reason for the entire exercise. (Right Wing Nut House)
The Gateway Pundit and Weekly Standard blog point out that Obama’s seal is illegal. Far be it from the law to get in the way of the messiah and his pursuit of Obamaland.
18 USC Sec. 713 …
(a) Whoever knowingly displays any printed or other likeness of the great seal of the United States, or of the seals of the President or the Vice President of the United States, or the seal of the United States Senate, or the seal of the United States House of Representatives, or the seal of the United States Congress, or any facsimile thereof, in, or in connection with, any advertisement, poster, circular, book, pamphlet, or other publication, public meeting, play, motion picture, telecast, or other production, or on any building, monument, or stationery, for the purpose of conveying, or in a manner reasonably calculated to convey, a false impression of sponsorship or approval by the Government of the United States or by any department, agency, or instrumentality thereof, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than six months, or both.
The response from John McCain’s campaign.
Asked to explain the new seal, Obama spokeswoman Jen Psaki said, “It’s a mix of presidential politics and a call for hope and change.”
Snarked John McCain spokesman Tucker Bounds, “I think we can all agree that we need presidential candidates that are serious enough not to play make-believe on the campaign trail.”
“It’s laughable, ridiculous, preposterous and revealing all at the same time,” Bounds said.
UPDATE I: Maybe the following is the true seal that the Obama campaign was looking to emulate.
UPDATE II: Little Green Footballs seems to agree that Barack Obama thinks he is already the President
UPDATE III: Michelle Malkin, The Obamessiah’s deep humility shines through in his new seal

Lifetouch National School Studios Inc Fauxtoshop Gaffe … People’s Heads Show Up On Other Bodies
WTF!!! Imagine getting your high school yearbook only to find that your picture is really not yours. Then you look to see your best friend’s picture and her head is on a boys body. Stunned, you check out another friend’s pic and her head appears to be on a nude body. Is this the Twilight Zone? This is beyond bizarre and who knew that fauxtoshopping year book pics was a non-firable offense.
What was Lifetouch National School Studios Inc thinking when they altered students photos and actually switched heads of students to other students bodies. The result was a ruined high school year book for McKinney High School. Spokes people for Lifetouch claim that it was not done maliciously. What else could it have been? Lifetouch has taken full responsibility for the incident and will pay for the reprinting of the yearbooks.
Besides the head and body switching, some necks were stretched, one girl’s arm was missing, and another girl’s head was placed on what appeared to be a nude body, with the chest blurred.
A spokeswoman for Minnesota-based Lifetouch National School Studios Inc. said the alterations were “an unfortunate lapse in judgment” by an employee but didn’t believe it was malicious.
The high school had required Lifetouch to make heads the same size and eyes at the same level in all student photos, company spokeswoman Sara Thurin Rollin said Saturday. The request was “unusual and definitely very particular, but that’s not to suggest what happened here is acceptable,” she said. (FOX News)
In a faxed statement, Lifetouch officials acknowledged the school’s high marks in previous publications. Lifetouch misinterpreted the specifications … BS!!! How can anyone print this many pictures and “misinterpret” what was asked for?
“McKinney High School enjoys a well-earned reputation in excellence in yearbook design and presentation with many local and national awards. Unfortunately, Lifetouch misinterpreted the specifications and guidelines requested and an error in judgment was made to alter and adjust some photos. It is not the Lifetouch standard practice to alter images for yearbook publications.”
Listen to the spin and back peddling from a Lifetouch spokesperson. Lifetouch also has refused to say whether the employee who was responsible for this was fired or reprimanded, only that it was “an unfortunate lapse in judgment.” Lifetouch, way to hold your employees to any type of standard. This was much greater than a lapse in judgment.
