Down, Down, Down … Gallup Poll has President Obama with 44% Approval, 48% Disapproval
wn, down, down … Rock Lobster.
With just five months before the November midterm elections, President Barack Hussein Obama finds himself with an all time low in the Gallup poll. The One’s approval rating according to Gallup has slipped to 44% while his disapproval is at 48%. OUCH, that is going to leave a mark. With Obama’s approval rating nearing the 30′s, Democrats must be in complete panic mode. The once Obama “Midas” touch is all but gone as even the LEFT is starting to questions Obama’s leadership.
Rasmussen has Obama with a 46% approval rating and 53% disapproval.
The Real Clear Politics average has Obama at a 47.3% approval and 46.4% disapproval.
What is dragging and continuing to drag Obama’s approval numbers down? That would be the BP oil spill and his miserable handling of the situation. Any one can plainly see that he is in over his head, has no idea how to handle the matter and is completely void of leadership. Gallup polling show that only 40% of the public approve of how Obama is handling the BP oil spill.
How is it possible that after 54 days since the BP oil spill began and 60 million gallons pf spilled oil later, Barack Hussein Obama is finally going to meet with the CEO of BP. WHAT LEADERSHIP. Only when questioned and criticized that Obama had never met with the Chief Executive Officer of BP did the White House finally arrange the meeting. Did it not dawn on Obama that he should have?
Never has there been such a naive, novice and dangerous WH running the United States of America. Their ineptness knows no bounds and can be seen by the American public as “The Chosen One” is losing support.

Barack Obama, All Talk & No Action With the BP Oil Spill … ” … so I know whose ass to kick.”
Talk is cheap President Obama …
President Barack Obama ia all talk and no action when it comes to the BP oil spill and the ecological disaster in the Gulf of Mexico that is recking environmental havoc on Louisiana. Obama decided to not only show a lack of leadership with the BP oil spill as he is in over is head, Obama also decided to ask un-Presidential while doing an NBC interview as he says, ” … we talk to these folks because they potentially have the best answers, so I know whose ass to kick.”
Classy, President Obama, real classy.
Video Hat Tip: Real Clear Politics
“I don’t sit around just talking to experts because this is a college seminar, we talk to these folks because they potentially have the best answers, so I know whose ass to kick.”
As reported at CNN, Barack Obama is trying to defend his actions in dealing with the Gulf of Mexico oil spill crisis. Barack, you were really on it. Sure you were. The explosion on the oil platform took place on April 20 that killed 11 workers. The rig sank two days later, and it was not until May 2 that Obama finally visited the Coast Guard command center in Venice, Louisiana.
Obama says during his interview that he was down there (the Gulf Coast) a month ago before most of these talking heads were even paying attention. Really Sir? You were there a month ago yet we are in day 49 of the environmental disaster. As Hot Air stated, he is days and weeks late and three dollars short.
“See? He’s mad. He cares.” It’s completely out of character with his Cool Hand Luke persona and roughly six weeks too late, which means it’s as phony as a three-dollar bill, but so what?
Barack Obama is trying to do every “I care” and “I feel your pain” political ploy because as many have previously stated, the BP oil spill is his Hurricane Katrina. Ouch, we stand corrected … it is much worse than his Hurricane Katrina. According to an ABC poll, 69% of American give the federal government (that would be Barack Obama) a failing grade to the federal response to the BP oil spill. A near whopping 70%, that is going to leave a mark on the midterm elections and most likely the clean up of the Gulf Coast region will be still going on in 2012 when Obama faces reelection.
The full polling data can be read HERE.
What is most amazing is that Hurricane Katrina received a 62% negative rating for the federal response as opposed to Obama’s 69% for his handling of the BP oil spill. Even 56% of Democrats give Obama a failing grade for his handling of the issue.
There’s partisanship in views of the federal response, with Democrats less critical of the
Democratic-led government. Nonetheless, even among Democrats 56 percent rate the federal
response negatively. That rises to 74 percent of independents and 81 percent of Republicans.
Partisanship ran in precisely the opposite direction in views of the Katrina response under the
Bush administration. Just 41 percent of Republicans rated that response negatively, rising to 64
percent of independents and 79 percent of Democrats.
Remember when Senator Obama called President GWB administration’s “unconscionable ineptitude” in the context of Katrina and, during the 2008 campaign, declaring, “We can talk about a trust that was broken, the promise that our government will be prepared, will protect us, and will respond in a catastrophe.”
Guess what Barack Obama, WE THE PEOPLE think that your ” UNCONSCIONABLE INEPTITUDE” with the BP oil spill is byond INEPT!!! Once again you big mouth and campaign rhetoric has come to bite you. This is the most over his head President in the history of the USA.

431,000 New Jobs … 9.7% Unemployment & Only 41,000 are Private Sector Jobs
WOW, 431,000 new jobs in May 2010 and unemployment down to 9.7%.
Now comes the double wow … 441,000 were temporary government census jobs. You heard that correctly, that means only 41K jobs created in the private sector. What a didaster.
Payrolls rose by 431,000 last month after a 290,000 increase in April, figures from the Labor Department in Washington showed today. The gain was smaller than the 536,000 median forecast in a Bloomberg News survey and reflected a 411,000 jump in government hiring of temporary help for the 2010 census. Private payrolls rose a less-than-forecast 41,000. The unemployment rate fell to 9.7 percent as Americans dropped out of the labor force.
It’s official, it is a jobless recovery. This is just terrible jobs news as all of the 441K census jobs will be ending at the end of the summer. The markets are going to get hammered on this terrible jobs news. But wait, creating jobs was Obama’s #1 priority in his second year of his Presidency. That is when he is not thinking about the BP oil spill. Or if he is not golfing or paying tribute to Paul McCartney.
This Census worker claims that the job numbers are inflated.

Hey Crude … Obama Says It Would be Wonderful Story if LeBron James Stays in Cleveland … Thought the BP Oil Spill was on His Mind Morning, Noon & Night!
Did you plug the leak yet daddy? No dear, I am doing more important things like discussing the future of LeBron James and doing a tribute to Paul McCartney. Who, daddy … are they going to plug the damn hole daddy?
It would appear that President Barack Hussein Obama has other pressing things on his mind that are more important to the country than the BP oil spill disaster. Remember when Obama said he was on it and he thinks about it every waking moment. Really?
More of Obama on it since Day One
More from President Obama and Lost in Smallness … Chris Matthews was correct, Obama has no concept of the importance of events over others.
“This is more important than a Presidency. This President has not acted that way. He has not acted like this is more important than some thing else like a fund raiser in California or an interview about basketball with Marv Albert.
Tonight on Larry King Live I guess whether Bron Bron stays in Cleveland or goes elsewhere in free agency was more important. It would appear that the pressing issue of whether James stayed in Cleveland or went to Obama’s Chicago Bulls is something that deserves Presidential attention. Even on this issue Obama can’t have an affirmative answer.
The country’s basketball-fan-in-chief seemed to change his tune on NBA superstar LeBron James’ potential free agent destination on Thursday.
In an interview with CNN’s Larry King, President Barack Obama said it would be “wonderful story” if King James stays with his current team, the Cleveland Cavaliers.
I’ll be honest with you, and my folks in Chicago may be mad at me for saying this, but I think it’d be a wonderful story if LeBron says, you know what, I’m going to stay here in Cleveland,” he said. “He’s from Ohio. That’s a town that has had some tough times. For him to say, I’m going to make a commitment to this city, you know, I think would be a wonderful thing.”
It seems that Obama for for Bron, Bron going to the Bulls before he was against it. Last month when Obama was thinking about the oil spill, not … he was doing an interview with Marv Albert discussing LeBron coming to the Chicago Bulls. Can any one please tell me with the state of the economy and the ecological disaster going on in the Gulf of Mexico why this President is talking basketball?
Obama raised some eyebrows in an interview with basketball announcer Marv Albert late last month when he said James would fit in well with Obama’s hometown team, the Chicago Bulls.
“You know, like I said, I don’t want to meddle,” Obama told Albert. “I will say this: [Bulls point guard Derrick] Rose, [Bulls forward] Joakim Noah it’s a pretty good core. You know, you could see LeBron fitting in pretty well there.”
America, what’s wrong with this picture? I guess the oil spill must have been stopped at the source. Seems like Obama is resting.
Hey Crude, HT: The Gateway Pundit
It could be worse, Obama could be yucking it up with Paul McCartney and paying tribute to him and others while Americans suffer in the Gulf Coast. Oh wait, he did. How absolutely un-Presidential. He paid tribute to those in the Gulf Coast by telling them to eat cake. Hey Barack, how about another round of golf while you are at it.
