60% of Americans Want Controversial Obamacare Law Repealed, Yet 66% of AZ Voters in Favor of Arizona Immigration Law

Is a law really controversial when more than 6 in 10 voters are in favor of it? Or should a law be considered controversial when 6 in 10 voters are opposed to it instead. The misrepresentation of Barack Obama, the Democrats and the Arizona Immigration law.

What’s up with the Arizona Immigration law being referred to as a “CONTRAVERSIAL” law by the MSM? Even FOX NEWS uses the adjective when describing it. Is a law really controversial when 66% of Arizona voters favor that law, while 24% oppose it as those in favor have ranged from 64% to 71%? Nationally, 58% of voters favor Arizona’s immigration law in their own state. 

Now compare that to the Obamacare law that was passed along a partisan Democrat vote which an overwhelming majority of Americas are strongly opposed to.

Barack Hussein Obama, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats thought that over time the demand to repeal Obama would subside and be forgot by the American people. Once again the Three Stooges were wrong and according to the most recent Rasmussen poll, 60% of Americans want Obamacare repealed. Only 36% are against repealing the government take over of health care.

Sixty percent (60%) of voters nationwide favor repeal of the recently passed health care law, including 49% who Strongly Favor repeal.

A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 36% oppose repeal. That figure includes 24% who are Strongly Opposed.

Forty-three percent (43%) believe repeal would be good for the nation’s economy. Twenty-seven percent (27%) believe repeal would be bad for the economy, while 20% say it would have no impact. Political Class voters strongly believe repeal would be bad for the economy, while most Mainstream Americans think repeal would help the economy.

This marks an 8% increase of those in favor of repealing the Obamacare bill that will increase the cost of health care and add to the federal deficit. Two items that Obama and Democrats falsely stated would not happen in the lead up to the partisan vote on Obamacare. However, just 41% believe the law is even somewhat likely to be repealed while 45% say repeal is unlikely. This is why it is your job America to make the repeal of Obamacare a reality. If you truly want it repealed then you must vote the Democrats out of office in 2010 in the US House and Senate and Obama out in 2012. There is no other way to accomplish this task.

Surprise, Surprise Surprise … Congressional Report Claims Obama Administration Misled About Efforts on BP Oil Spill

Barack Obama was on it since day one, NOT! Some like to say Obama misled, we like to refer to it as, HE LIED!

More Obama “Hope & Change” … Congressional report claims the Obama Administration Misled about efforts on BP Oil spill clean up. What, we are supposed to be surprised? You mean the Obama Administration misled us on the BP oil spill efforts like they did when Obama claimed that his administration would be the most transparent ever and the health care debates would be seen on C-SPAN? You mean like when Obama misled the American public in claiming that Obamacare would lower health care costs and reduce the federal deficits? You mean like when Obama misled the American people prioer to the 2008 Presidental election and claimed he would govern as a moderate and reach across the aisle?

Billy Nungesser, president of New Orleans’ Plaquemines Parish, sensed that a chart showing 140 oil skimmers at work — a chart given to him by BP and the Coast Guard — was “somewhat inaccurate.” So, Nungesser asked to fly over the spill to verify the number.

The flyover was cancelled three times before those officials admitted that just 31 of the 140 skimmers were actually deployed.

The incident is detailed in a report released Thursday by Republicans on the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee. Republicans say the report provides evidence that the Obama administration misrepresented the assets devoted to the cleanup, misrepresented the timing of when government officials knew there was an oil spill and misrepresented the level of control the government had over the matter. It also claims the Obama administration seemed more interested in public relations than cleaning the mess and plugging the hole.

That Tolerant LEFT, Judge Martin Feldman Faces Death Threats After Overturning Obama Administration’s Moratorium on Deep Water Drilling

U.S. District Court Judge Martin Feldman who overturned Barack Obama’s moratorium on deep water drilling because there was no “rational connection between the facts found and the choice made,” is now receiving death threats. Oh that tolerant LEFT. So let’s understand this, a judge a ruling that the LEFT and enviromental-whackos do not agree with, so he must die. Who does this sound like? Here’s a hint, rhymes with “sadical Islam”.

While many Americans undoubtedly agree with the decision of U.S. District Court Judge Martin Feldman to overturn the Obama administration’s moratorium on deep water drilling, not everyone is happy. In fact, the Judge is now receiving death threats in the aftermath of his bold ruling.

Last night, Feldman served as a celebrity judge at a cooking contest at a school gymnasium in Uptown New Orleans. Due to the threats, Feldman was accompanied by a federal marshal security team.

It is a sad indictment of our society today that a judge with such a sterling record of integrity and service to his country would be subject to such threats. Feldman was appointed to the federal bench by President Reagan in 1983. Today, he is in the eye of a political hurricane unlike anything he has ever experienced.

Of course the second that the decision was made, the loony LEFT aided by the MSM began to demonize Judge Feldman and stated that he owned stock on “BIG OIL”. Of course if they had done their home work and an ounce of research they would have seen that judge Feldman sold his shares in 2008. However, why would the LEFT let the fact get in the way of a good smear. Because for the LEFT and the crazoids who would actually make death threats against Feldman, it’s all about character assasination and intimidation.

Another Obama Loss: Judge Blocks Obama Moratorium on Deep Water Drilling

President Barack Hussein Obama loses another one as his policies and agenda are rebuked by the Courts.

U.S. District Judge Martin L.C. Feldman in New Orleans issued an injunction blocking the six month moratorium that President Obama imposed on deep water drilling following the BP oil spill.  This is not necessarily a victory for oil companies, but one more for the thousands of oil company workers, the economy and a victory against Obama’s “Cap & Trade” agenda and knee jerk reaction to the BP oil spill.

U.S. District Judge Martin L.C. Feldman said in issuing his injunction that the Interior Department had failed to show that the oil spill triggered by the Deepwater Horizon rig blowout in April meant that there was imminent danger on all deep-water drilling rigs in the gulf. By contrast, he said, the “blanket, generic, indeed punitive, moratorium” has clearly harmed the industry and region.

“An invalid agency decision to suspend drilling of wells in depths of over 500 feet simply cannot justify the immeasurable effect on the plaintiffs, the local economy, the Gulf region and the critical present-day aspect of the availability of domestic energy in this country,”Feldman wrote in a case brought by Hornbeck Offshore Services and three other offshore oil service firms.

What is most amazing as seen at Town Hall,  in the judges ruling is he did not only throw out Obama’s moratorium, but he also accused the administration of misleading the public. Did you catch that America … Obama Administration was misleading, you mean they lied.

CBS Poll Shows Obama Has No Clue to Deal With BP Oil Spill, New energy or Jobs

American voters say that Obama has no idea when it comes to BP oil spill, new energy or jobs. Besides that Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?

Americans to Obama … you have no clue what you are doing with regards to the BP/Gulf Coast oil spill crisis. Nearly six in ten Americans believe that Barack Obama has no idea, no clue and no plan as to what he is doing in how to deal with the BP oil leak. There’s a vote of confidence with regards to the leadership under President Obama.

Most Americans do not believe President Obama has a clear plan to deal with the oil spill in the Gulf, according to a new CBS News/New York Times poll.

Just 32 percent say Mr. Obama has a clear plan to deal with the oil leak, while 59 percent (including 64 percent of Gulf coast residents) say he does not.

The numbers are not much better among those who watched the president’s Oval Office speech on the spill last week, with 35 percent of that group saying he has a clear plan and 56 percent saying he does not.

It gets worse, if possible. The American people think Obama has no clue when it comes to developingnew forms of energy or jobs either. Can this President get any thing right? Maybe he needs another round of golf to relax and clear his mind? At some point there is going to be a breaking point in the Obama favorability polls and it is going to come crashing down. The American people are growing weary of this President.

Just 41 percent say Mr. Obama has a clear plan for developing new sources of energy, while 45 percent say he has no clear plan. And when it comes to creating jobs, just 34 percent say he has a clear plan; 54 percent say he does not.

Newsbusterspoints out the MSM, namely the CBS media bias, in trying to hide the data of these polls. What cannot be overklooked is that 61% of Americans believe that Obama reacted too slow to the crisis. Hardly encouraging numbers seeing that Obama has stated that he was on this from day one.
