Barack Obama Can Finally Rest Now that the BP Oil Well is Finally Dead

Dear President Barack Obama,

You can finally rest, go on vacations and play rounds of golf now that the BP oil well is finally considered dead. Barack Hussein Obama announced back on May 14, 2010 that,“I will not rest until the leak has stopped.” I guess President Obama can finally rest and go on some well deserved vacations after keeping his word to America and the people of the Gulf Coast that he would not rest until the BP oil spill was over. Here are some suggestions, maybe you can vacation in the Gulf or at least spend 27 hours there for a photo-op. Maybe you can have a restful vacation on Martha’s Vineyard?

At the very least, maybe you can now have a party at the White House. After all, you have earned it.

According to the AP, the blown out BP oil well at the bottom of the ocean is finally dead.

The well is dead. Finally.

A permanent cement plug sealed BP’s well nearly 2.5 miles below the sea floor in the Gulf of Mexico, five agonizing months after an explosion sank a drilling rig and led to the worst offshore oil spill in U.S. history.

Retired Coast Guard Adm. Thad Allen, the federal government’s point man on the disaster, said Sunday BP’s well “is effectively dead” and posed no further threat to the Gulf. Allen said a pressure test to ensure the cement plug would hold was completed at 5:54 a.m. CDT.

 Party on, Dude. Oh, wait a minute, you mean he has already done all these things.

Democrat Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid showed up at a Clean Energy Summit in Las Vegas in what else … a fleet of SUV’s. You just can’t make this stuff up. Why would anyone vote for this guy, talk about a fraud. Seriously, how does one preach to other about the evils of carbon based emissions and then show up to the event with an armada of GMC Yukons and Chevy Suburbans?

How can anyone take this “green” message seriously when the individual who organized the event rides to it with a fleet of gas guzzling SUV’s?

Ms Tucker, was it not ‘white” America who elected Barack Obama and the Democrats? According to CNN 2008 Presidential election polls 43% of whites voted for Barack Obama as opposed to the 41% of whites who voted for Democrat John Kerry in 2004. Better yet, following Obama’s election all polls showed that his popularity was through the roof. Rasmussen had Obama job approval the day “The One” took office on January 20, 2009 at 67% and a +25 Presidential Index rating. Gallup had Obama at 68% – 21% job approval on January 21, 2009.

But some how in 19 short months white America became racist. That’s it, you brilliant race baiter on the LEFT. The fact that Democrats are scrambling for their political lives could not be because President Obama promised that his $787 billion stimulus package would hold unemployment at 8% and we are presently at 9.6% and rising, while underemployment is at 18.6%?It couldn’t be that Obama and the Democrats focused on Obamacare and the government take over of health care in the US for months and montHs against the will of the people? Instead of focusing on creating a positive job environment for business, Democrats rammed Obama care down the throats of Americans. To the point where a 58% to 36% margin are in favor of repealing Obamacare.

Americans saw a lack of urgency and leadership from Obama in handling the BP oil spill. So much so that Americans actually view former President GWB as doing a better job with Hurricane Katrina than Obama did in handling the aftermath of the oil spill in the Gulf.

Racism is not the root cause as to what has caused the Democrats plight and their fear of losing both the House and Senate in 2010 and the Presidency in 2012. Americans have discovered what the real meaning of Obama’s “Hope & Change” is and they do not like it. On every major issue of the day, Obama and Democrats have taken the side against the majority of the American people. What did they think was going to happen?

Barack Obama received his present polling numners the old fashion way … he earned it.  Like his recent -23 Rasmussen Presidental index ratong and his overall -4% average job approval polling from RCP.

Appears that Barack Obama Did not Go Swimming in the Gulf of Mexico as MSM Reported

Imagine that, the MSM misreported the news when it comes to Barack Hussein Obama. When is swimming in the Gulf of Mexico, not swimming in the Gulf of Mexico … when it comes to reporting on the media’s Chosen One, Barack Hussein Obama. UNREAL!

It was reported yesterday by the MSM that President Barack Hussein Obama went swimming in the Gulf of Mexico and claimed “Mission Accomplished” while declaring the Gulf area’s beaches “open for business during hsi 27 hour photo-op vacation to Panama City, FL.

To swim or not to swim in the Guld of Mexico, that is the question … One has to wonder whether “The One” is capable of ever having a truthful moment. When he can’t tell the truth or have an honest photo-op when swimming in the water that is supposed to be the Gulf of Mexico, how is anyone supposed to believe Obama on the economy, health care, immigration, etc?

President Barack Obama went swimming off the coast of Florida on Saturday and declared the Gulf area’s beaches “open for business,” trying to show by example that a region hit by the BP oil spill was safe for tourists to enjoy.

Obama, on his fifth visit to the region since BP Plc’s deep-sea well in the Gulf of Mexico ruptured in April, pledged to restore the economy and the environment in the aftermath of the world’s worst offshore oil spill.

Hmm … but did Barack Obama and hid daughter Sasha really go swimming in the Gulf as the MSM reported? The answer is NO. According to the picture taken above by Reuters, Barack and Sasha were swimming at Alligator Point in Panama City Beach, Florida. Take a look at the map at the Gateway Pundit as exactly where Alligator Point really is. Hint, it’s not the Gulf of Mexico, its is inland from the Gulf.

Can this Administration get anything right and can the media actually truthfully report on this President? Thinks the MSM would have done the same if it were George W. Bush? Hardly, the headlines would have read, “Bush doesn’t know difference between Gulf and protected inlet.

Obama Tells America OK to Vacation in Gulf After 27 Hour Stay … Off to Martha’s Vineyard for 10 Day Vacation Next Week

As summer draws to an end, Obama finally goes to Gulf Coast and says beeches are ok to visit. Just like pretty much every thing with Obama, he is a day late and a dollar short. Gulf Coast beeches for thee, not for me … I am going to Martha’s Vineyard. Talk about your after though vacation strictly more political purposes.

The “Photo-op” in Chief Barack Hussein Obama traveled to the Gulf Coast for 27 hours and stated that Florida beaches were safe to go to, then bolted the area. Obama was pretty much forced to go to Florida and claim “mission accomplished” due to the fact that he and the First Family have taken numerous vacations this summer and none to the oil spill ravished Gulf Coast. However, this was more of a photo-op than any vacation.

President Barack Obama declared Gulf Coast beaches clean, safe and open for business Saturday as he brought his family to the Florida Panhandle and promised residents that the government wouldn’t forget them once efforts to stop the leak are finished.

On a warm and muggy day, Obama pledged to “keep up our efforts until the environment is cleaned, polluters are held accountable, businesses and communities are made whole, and the people of the Gulf Coast are back on their feet.”

Obama is in the region for a brief weekend trip with first lady Michelle Obama, daughter Sasha (her sister Malia is at summer camp) and the family dog, Bo. Their 27-hour stop in the Sunshine State is as much a family vacation as it is an attempt by the president to convince Americans that this region, so dependent on tourism revenue, is safe for travel – and that its surf is clean.

To reinforce that message, Obama and Sasha swam in the Gulf’s waters on Saturday, according to White House spokesman Bill Burton. The highly anticipated dip was away from the media’s view.

Obama said his family planned to “enjoy the beach and the water – to let our fellow Americans know that they should come on down here.”

However, for the Obama’s it is what might be for thee, is not for me. The First Family had already made plans to summer vacation in Maine and Martha’s Vineyard. Once again we are witness to the Obama, do as I say, not as I do mentality of so-called leadership. Obama’s visit to Panama City, FL was planned for just 27 hours,  on Monday Obama will set off for a three day cross-country fund raising trip and then will head off for his real vacation, 10 days on Martha’s Vineyard. Because heaven forbid he actually vacation in the Gulf Coast and put his money and reputation where his mere words are.
