SCOTUS Rejects Request to hear Environmental challenge to President Trump’s Border Wall Construction

PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP WINNING …

President Donald Trump won a major victory in the building of the border wall between the United States and Mexico when on Monday U.S. Supreme Court rejected a request from a trio of conservation and environmental groups seeking to block construction.  The justices declined to consider the groups’ appeal of a lower court ruling that paved the way for the federal government to begin replacing border fencing in two locations and building wall prototypes.

The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday rejected a request from a trio of conservation and environmental groups seeking to block construction of President Trump’s wall along the U.S.-Mexico border.

The justices declined to consider the groups’ appeal of a lower court ruling that paved the way for the federal government to begin replacing border fencing in two locations and building wall prototypes.

The judge, U.S. District Judge Gonzalo Curiel, rejected the groups’ challenge to a 1996 federal law that gives the government the power to waive environmental laws to more quickly begin work on a wall. The Department of Homeland Security sought to sidestep the laws as it pursued the projects related to construction of the border wall.

The conservation groups said the 1996 law violated the Constitution because of the power it granted the federal government.

Curiel, however, said the Trump administration did not exceed its authority when it waived environmental laws as part of its efforts to build the wall along the U.S.-Mexico border.

The Trump administration asked the justices not to hear the case.

Bruce Springsteen Says “I don’t see anyone who can beat Trump”

SPRINGSTEEN SAYS NO ONE CAN BEAT TRUMP IN 2020

As reported at the UK Daily Mail, liberal rocker Bruce Springsteen says, “I don’t see anyone out there at the moment… the man who can beat Trump, or the woman who can beat Trump.” These are tough words coming from an individual on the far LEFT. In other words, Trump is ‘Tougher than the Rest’ for what they Democrats would put forth in 2020 as the rest of the Democrat candidates will be ‘Dancing in the Dark’ because Donald Trump in 2020 was ‘Born to Run’.

Donald Trump thumbs up

‘I don’t see anyone who can beat Trump:’ Bruce Springsteen believes Trump will win a second term in the White House because the Democrats don’t ‘have an obvious, effective presidential candidate’

The rocker said he believes Trump will get reelected because of division in US
He also said Democrats don’t have an ‘obvious’ candidate who could beat Trump
Singer said Democrats need someone who can ‘speak same language as Trump’
Springsteen, a long time Democrat, said that there are a lot of reasons people ‘became Trump voters’

Bruce Springsteen believes that President Donald Trump will win a second term in the White House.

‘I don’t see anyone out there at the moment… the man who can beat Trump, or the woman who can beat Trump,’ the rocker told The Sunday Times Magazine.

Springsteen, who is a long-standing Democrat himself, said the political party doesn’t ‘have an obvious, effective presidential candidate’ who can ‘speak the same language’ as Trump.

Stormy Daniels Claims CPL Michael Avenatti Sued Trump For Defamation Against Her Wishes

TROUBLE IN CPL PARADISE

We had actually called this from the beginning and stated that porn star Stormy Daniels was getting in over her head and would be used, abused and screwed by CPL Michael Avenatti in ways the porn star had never been in her life. Now it appears to be coming to fruition. As reported at The Daily Beast, Stormy Daniels states that Michael Avenatti sued Trump for defamation against my wishes and set up not one, but two crowd funding sites, and has refused to provide an accounting.  In essence, Stormy Daniels is accusing the creepy porn lawyer of unethical conduct.

Michael Avenatti sued Donald Trump for defaming Stormy Daniels against her wishes, Daniels told The Daily Beast in a statement on Wednesday.

Avenatti also started a new fundraising site to raise money for her legal defense fund without telling her, Daniels said. She said she is not sure whether or not she will keep Avenatti on as her lawyer.

Here is her full statement, provided to The Daily Beast:

“For months I’ve asked Michael Avenatti to give me accounting information about the fund my supporters so generously donated to for my safety and legal defense. He has repeatedly ignored those requests. Days ago I demanded again, repeatedly, that he tell me how the money was being spent and how much was left. Instead of answering me, without my permission or even my knowledge Michael launched another crowdfunding campaign to raise money on my behalf. I learned about it on Twitter.

Stormy Daniels called her attorney “a great advocate in many ways,” she is unsure whether she will keep him. Did Avenatti ever act in his clients best interest or his own and just used her? Who could not see this coming a mile away? In the end Daniels appears to have been screwed again. The legal advice she was given will probably cost her money in the end.

The actress whose real name is Stephanie Clifford accused Mr. Avenatti, who has become a talk-show staple and a potential Democratic presidential contender, of not acting in her best interests.

“In other ways Michael has not treated me with the respect and deference an attorney should show to a client. He has spoken on my behalf without my approval. He filed a defamation case against Donald Trump against my wishes. … I don’t want to hurt Michael, but it’s time to set the record straight. The truth has always been my greatest ally,” Ms. Clifford said.

Michael Avenatti provided an identical statement on the matter to The Daily Caller as he did The Daily Beast on the matter.

He said, “I am and have always been Stormy’s biggest champion.  I have personally sacrificed an enormous amount of money, time and energy toward assisting her because I believe in her. I have always been an open book with Stormy as to all aspects of her cases and she knows that.  You need only look back at her numerous prior interviews where she states we talk and communicate multiple times every day about her cases.”

“The retention agreement Stormy signed back in February provided that she would pay me $100.00 and that any and all other monies raised via a legal fund would go toward my legal fees and costs.  Instead, the vast majority of the money raised has gone toward her security expenses and similar other expenses,” Avenatti continued. “The most recent campaign was simply a refresh of the prior campaign, designed to help defray some of Stormy’s expenses.”

White House Press, You Only Think You Won … Trump Tells Fox’s Chris Wallace Conduct ‘Rules’ Coming for Press

NOTE TO WHITE HOUSE PRESS, YOU CAN BLAME CNN’S ACOSTA FOR ALL THE RULES THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO FOLLOW IN THE FUTURE …

The main stream media only thinks they have won, when on Friday a judge ruled that CNN reporter, Jim Acosta, press access be reinstated. Smile and smirk now Acosta et al, but you actual just lost.  If the media bothered to  report on the story, including the shills at establish Republican FOX News, you will have noted that the judge stated that this was not a First Amendment issue, it was supposedly a 5th Amendment of due process. What does that mean? Well, know that President Trump will be handing down rules of decorum of how the media will conduct themselves in the White House during press conferences, if they disobey the rules, they will be thrown out of the room and have their press credential revoked. The MSM has been put on notice. You will now be subject to a strict criteria of rules of conduct during press conferences, and if you do not behave you will be thrown out or they will end altogether.

So MSM, how do you think you won again?

President Trump seems to be already working on a plan to regulate press briefings, hours after a judge ruled an ousted CNN reporter’s press access be reinstated.

In an interview with Chris Wallace for Fox News Sunday, Trump brushed off Judge Timothy Kelly’s Friday ruling that CNN’s Jim Acosta have his Secret Service pass to the White House grounds be reinstated. Despite the ruling being a interim rejection of The White House argument that the president has “broad” discretion in which credentialed members of the press are allowed access to attend official briefings, Trump said, “It’s not a big deal,” and that his team is already working on “rules” for reporter conduct.

“We’re doing that, we’re going to write them up right now,” Trump told Wallace. “It’s not a big deal and if he misbehaves we’ll throw him out or we’ll stop the news conference.”

Pushing for specifics, Wallace asked if certain things are going to be considered “over the line” and Trump reiterated that these new rules are being written now, but that they will cover “decorum” and outline that reporters “can’t keep asking questions.”

In other words MSM, in the end, you lost. You can thank CNN’s Jim Acosta, his boorish behavior and his grand standing for your new set of specific rules that will govern your behavior. Gone will be the days of you getting follow up questions and a dialogue back and forth with Sarah Sanders. You will sit, raise your hands, ask one question, sit back down and shut the hell up. You have brought this upon yourselves. President Trump was asked about the judge’s ruling, he stated, “It’s not a big deal. And if he misbehaves, we’ll throw him out or we’ll stop the news conference.”
