Polygamist Sect Leader Warren Jeffs Found Guilty Sexual Assault on Two Minor Child Brides … Prophet? He is a Convicted Pedophile

Finally justice is served …

Polygamist sect leader Warren Jeffs has been  found guilty by a Texas jury of child sexual assault.The crimes took place as a result of two young female followers he took as child brides in what his church calls “spiritual marriages.” Of course spiritual marriages is code for raping young girls.

The head of the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints stood stone-faced as the verdict was read. Jeffs, who acted as his own attorney, stood mostly mute for his closing argument, staring at the floor, for all but a few seconds of the half hour he was allotted.

At one point he mumbled, “I am at peace,” and said no more. The only noise in the courtroom was the creaking of wooden benches brimming with spectators.

Warren Jeffs represented himself in his trial which not only proves the age old adage that when one represents them self they not only have a fool for a client, but some times a pedophile as well. Jeffs stood silent during his closing argument.

How absolutely sick that Waren Jeffs would try and hide behind freedom of Religion in order to sexually assault female minors. Jeffs’ got one thing right, God will seek revenge; however, it will be Jeffs who faces God’s judgment and a special life time of eternity in the 7th level of Hell.I hardly think that God appreciates it when you implicate God in the following, “instructing young women on how to please him sexually — and thus, he told them, please God.”

Prosecutors used DNA evidence to show Jeffs fathered a child with a 15-year-old girl and played an audio recording of what they said was him sexually assaulting a 12-year-old. They also played audio recordings in which Jeffs was heard instructing young women on how to please him sexually.

Good grief, this man taped the rapes of minors and called them training sessions.  It took the jury of 10 women and two men just 3 1/2 hours to return a guilty verdict, Jeffs faces a possibility of live in prison. I guess its safe to say that we can rest assured that it was not the Casey Anthony jury that heard this case. Had it been, they would have thought that it was George Anthony who might have assaulted the two child brides and not Jeffs.

Warren Jeffs, what a creepy little, evil man who will now get his and exactly what he has coming to him. A note to the FLDA, Jeffs is not a prophet, he is a pedophile.

Former IMF Chief Dominique Strauss-Kahn Said to Maid While Assaulting her … “Don’t You Know Who I Am?”

It would appear that former IMF Chief  Dominique Strauss-Kahn while assaulting a NYC  hotel maid was trying to do his best Senator John Kerry imitation by saying the following. According to Fox News.com, reported,  Strauss-Kahn reportedly said to the NYC hotel made while pinning her down an allegedly assaulting her … “Don’t you know who I am! Don’t you know who I am?”

That and other details of the maid’s complaint to police emerged Monday as police reportedly confirmed that disgraced ex-International Monetary Fund boss Strauss-Kahn’s DNA was found on the maid’s shirt.

Convicted Sex Offender Phillip Garrido Pleads Not Guilty to Kidnapping & Raping of Jaycee Lee Dugard

So much for the news that Phillip Garrido was going to plead guilty and spend the rest of his life in prison. It would appear that the sex offending, kidnapping rapist has had a change of heart. Oh sorry, alleged. And sorry, one would have to have a heart to have a change of one.

Convicted sex offender Phillip Garrido and his wife  Nancy Garrido both pleaded not guilty today in the kidnapping and raping of Jaycee Lee Dugard. They have been charged  of kidnapping of a person under 14, kidnapping for sexual purposes, rape, false imprisonment, child pornography and committing lewd acts on a child.

However, instead of taking a guilty plea, that was widely reported in advance by attorney Stephen Tapson to spare would spare Dugard and her daughters from having to testify. Obviously a sex offender could care less of sparing anyone anything. Instead, the sex offender’s lawyer wants to play games contended the grand jury was improperly selected.

A convicted sex offender pleaded not guilty Thursday to charges of kidnapping and raping a Northern California girl when she was 11 and holding her captive for nearly two decades.

The plea came as a surprise after an attorney said Phillip Garrido had made a deal with prosecutors to plead guilty. It would have sent him to prison for the rest of his life.

Jaycee Lee Dugard was 11 years old when she was kidnapped and held for 18 years and had been missing since 1991 before she miraculously walked into a Northern California police station in 2009.   If convicted on all counts, the maximum sentence for Nancy Garrido would be 181 years, while Phillip Garrido could get 431 years. No, WHEN THEY ARE CONVICTED. Sorry, but the Garrido’s defense attorney can try and play all the legal games in his bag of tricks … both of these dirt bags are getting the max. My apologies to dirt bags.

In the end there will be JUSTICE FOR JAYCEE.

VP Joe Biden goes to UNH to Discusses New Guidelines Regarding Sex Crimes on School Campuses

VP Biden gets an “A” for bringing the issue to light of the increasing number of sex crimes on school campuses. Reading, Writing and Arrhythmic is not also supposed to include sexual assault.

Vice President Joe Biden travels to the Granite state today and will discuss at the University of New Hampshire new Education Department instructions to public school districts, colleges and universities about their responsibilities under civil rights laws to prevent sexual violence. However, is this just more federal government interference? Although I do not completely agree with the remedy of federal govt involvement, I do commend the Veep for bringing the issue to the forefront.

“Sexual violence can happen to anyone, and it happens at the best colleges,” Mr. Biden said in a statement. “Very few report the crime to law enforcement because when they do, universities often fail to discipline the offender, leaving him free to do it again.”

Mr. Biden’s New Hampshire visit is part of a broader effort by the Obama administration to draw attention to sexual violence and ways to prevent it, officials said.

“There is a terrible and alarming trend in the country of sexual violence,” said Russlyn H. Ali, assistant secretary of education who heads the Office of Civil Rights. (NY Times: Read full story)

 I do not doubt that Biden’s heart is in the right place; however, there needs to be a lot more to prevent sexual crimes on school campuses than an edict from on high from and Education Department and a 19 page letter to all educational institutions that receive federal money. Once again we are witness to the strings, ropes chains that are attached to receiving federal monies.

Crystal Mangum, the Woman who Falsely Claimed Rape by Duke LAX Players … Now Accused of Stabbing her Boyfriend

SHE’S BAAACK … ARRESTED AGAIN.

Some people just cannot keep their names out of the news with negative news. One of them is Joran Van der Sloot, add Crystal Mangum to that list as well. It may not actually be true that any PR is good PR.

32 year old Crystal Mangum just cannot keep out fo trouble. Who is Crystal Mangum you ask? She is the woman who not only falsely accused that she had been raped by Duke Lacrosse player, but also was recently found guilty of child abuse. It gets worse for Crystal Mangum. She has now been accused of stabbing her 46 year old boyfriend. Crystal Mangum has been charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury. She is presently being held without bond.

Durham police say 32-year-old Crystal Mangum was arrested Sunday morning several hours after the stabbing that seriously injured her 46-year-old boyfriend.
