Carol Bowne Stabbed to Death by Ex-Boyfriend Michael Eitel in New Jersey While Waiting for Gun Permit (VIDEO)
THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN GOVERNMENTS RESTRICT THE RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS … NEW JERSEY WOMAN STABBED TO DEATH BY EX WHILE WAITING FOR GUN PERMIT.
39 year old Carol Bowne, a New Jersey hairdresser, feared for her life and the threat of domestic violence from her ex-boyfriend, 45 year old Michael Eitel. Carol Bowne sought to protect herself by getting a restraining order, installed security cameras and an alarm system to her home and began the long process of obtaining a handgun. Carol Brown was stabbed multiple times by Eitel in the driveway of her home Wednesday night in the 100 block of Patton Avenue in Berlin Township. Bowne was transported to Virtua Hospital in Berlin where she was pronounced dead a short time later. Michael Eitel was charged with her murder. Eitel, a convicted felon, is a fugitive and being sought by a U.S. Marshals Service.
This didn’t have to happen. Thanks to New Jersey’s restrictive gun laws, Carol Browne is dead. As reported at the Washington Free Beacon, Unlike most states, New Jersey’s restrictive gun laws require a permit to purchase a handgun of which the permit process can take several months to complete. Carol Browne could not simply buy a gun for her protection, the very equalizer of a petite female hairdresser against a crazed ex-boyfriend, convicted felon. Obviously, a retraining order means nothing, security cameras and an alarm system did nothing to protect Brown and the police cannot be everywhere at all times to protect people. Do ypu know what would have given Carol Brown a fighting chance … A Sig Sauer P238 ESP, a Rugar SR22, or a Rugar SR40.
Carol Bowne
When Carol Bowne felt the threat of domestic violence, the petite hairdresser took steps to protect herself.
The Berlin Township woman got a restraining order against a former boyfriend, installed security cameras and an alarm system to her home and began the months-long process of obtaining a handgun, friends said.
But it wasn’t enough.
Bowne, 39, was stabbed to death in the driveway of her Patton Avenue home on Wednesday night.
Her former boyfriend, 45-year-old Michael Eitel, was charged with her murder. Eitel, a convicted felon, was a fugitive Thursday, being sought by a U.S. Marshals Service task force.

UPDATE I: Suspect in Murder of Carol Browne Found Dead.
Like a typical coward who would take the life of a defenseless woman, Michael Eitel committed suicide rather than facing the punishment for his heinous crime. Good riddance.
Officials say the suspect wanted for allegedly stabbing his ex-girlfriend to death in Berlin Township, New Jersey has been found dead.
45-year-old Michael Eitel was found dead around 1:30 p.m. Saturday in the garage of a home on the unit block of Holly Drive in West Berlin.
He took his own life

Co-Pilot Andreas Lubitzn in Germanwings Crash Hid Medical Condition From Employer … Authorities Find Torn Up Doctors’ Notes Stating He Was Too Ill to Work, Including Day of the Plane Crash
Search of Andreas Lubitzn’s home finds doctor’s notes that he was too ill to work …
The NY Times is reporting that Andreas Lubitzn, the co-pilot who deliberately crashed Germanwings flight 9525 into the French Alps on Tuesday killing all aboard, had been given a mental health diagnosis but kept the condition hidden from his employer. Prosecutors said on Friday that among the items found at Mr. Lubitz’s home were several doctors’ notes stating that he was too ill to work, including on the day of the crash; one of the notes had been torn up.
Isn’t this special. We have an individual who received a doctor’s note that says he is too ill to work; however, the employer does not get the same.
Investigators probe Germanwings co-pilot Andreas Lubitz’s background
Andreas Lubitz, the pilot who flew a Germanwings jetliner into the French Alps on Tuesday, had been given a mental health diagnosis but kept the condition hidden from his employer, the authorities said Friday.
A psychiatric diagnosis might explain why Mr. Lubitz, a 27-year-old German, did not disclose his full medical record to Germanwings and its parent company, Lufthansa. Certain diagnoses are grounds for a pilot’s license to be revoked.
Prosecutors said on Friday that among the items found at Mr. Lubitz’s home were several doctors’ notes stating that he was too ill to work, including on the day of the crash; one of the notes had been torn up. These documents “support the preliminary assessment that the deceased hid his illness from his employer and colleagues,” the prosecutors said in a statement.

ISIS Killing Muslims: Bombings: 137 People Killed & 345 Injured in Quadruple Suicide Bombings At a Pair of Mosques in Sanaa, Yemen
BUT ISIS IS JUST THE JV ACCORDING TO BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA …
The BBC is reporting that hundreds are dead and even more injured after multiple suicide bombs ripped through two mosques during Friday prayer in the capital city of Sanaa, Yemen. ISIS is taking credit for the bombings saying in a statement that the terror attacks were carried out by IS in Yemen. ISIS called these attacks, “a tip of an iceberg.” Yemen is in complete and total chaos. Wasn’t it Obama that was just touting Yemen as one of his shining successes? Typical.
Suicide bombers have attacked two mosques in Yemen’s capital, Sanaa, killing at least 126 people and wounding many others, reports say.
Worshippers were attending noon prayers at the Badr and al-Hashoosh mosques when at least four attackers struck.
The mosques are used mainly by supporters of the Zaidi Shia-led Houthi rebel movement, which controls Sanaa.
Islamic State (IS), which set up a branch in Yemen in November, said it was behind the attacks.
A statement from the group was published on Twitter accounts known as reliable sources for IS propaganda. If confirmed, the attacks would be the first carried out by IS in Yemen.
The Sunni terror group ISIS purportedly claimed it committed Friday’s bombings that killed scores of people at two mosques frequented by Shiite rebels in Yemen’s capital — an attack that would mark ISIS’s first large-scale attack in the Arabian Peninsula country.
At least 137 people were killed and 357 wounded when suicide bombers, pretending to be disabled and hiding explosives under casts, attacked the mosques in Sanaa, according to Yemen’s state-run Saba news agency.
It would also illustrate a seemingly expanding focus for ISIS, which controls parts of Syria and Iraq and earlier this week claimed responsibility for Wednesday’s killings of tourists at a museum in Tunisia.
Regardless, Friday’s attacks marked one of the worst days of recent violence during a complicated struggle for control of Yemen, where Houthi rebels — Shiites in a predominantly Sunni country — already faced resistance from AQAP and from supporters of ousted President Abdu Rabu Mansour Hadi.
UPDATE I: Yemen mosque bombings: ‘Blood was running like a river.’
Many of the worshippers in the mosques were supporters of the Shia Houthi fighters who control the capital, and responsibility for the carnage was claimed by Isis which regards all Shia as heretics – though it was impossible to immediately verify this and some analysts were sceptical. The final death toll was uncertain last night, with sources giving varying accounts, at least one putting it at 137 with a further 350 people injured. But the authorities warned that with so many of the wounded suffering critical injuries the toll is sure to rise.
After the blasts the wounded were loaded on the back of pick-up trucks and were taken to hospitals where, as they waited for treatment, they lay side by side with the dead. Among the dead was, according to Al Jazeera and Houthi-owned television, the imam of the Badr mosque, the prominent Houthi cleric al-Murtada bin Zayd al-Mahatwari.

According to Sheriff James Sigman, there are multiple crime scenes, including four in the Texas County community of Tyrone. The school district have asked officials in Tyrone to show up early. Oh no, this was not a school shooting; however, it is possible and most likely that a child has been killed in this mass shooting and thus the reason why counseling is being provided at the school this morning.
The gunman is reported dead from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Eight people, plus a suspect, were found dead in multiple locations after a report of gunfire in south-central Missouri, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said Friday morning.
Police said there were “multiple homicides,” although one of the eight, an elderly woman, apparently died of natural causes. Police didn’t say how the others died, though police found them in several homes in Tyrone, Missouri, after a report of gunfire Thursday night.
The suspect, a 36-year-old man, was found dead of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot in a vehicle in an adjacent county, the highway patrol said.

The Missouri Highway Patrol said the Texas County Sheriff’s Department asked for help at 10:15 p.m. on a disturbance involving a weapon at a residence in Tyrone, Missouri.
“A juvenile female caller indicated she was in the residence and apparently heard gun shots. She immediately fled to a neighbor’s house to notify authorities.”
“Responding deputies found two deceased persons at this residence. Further investigation revealed five additional victims who were deceased and one additional victim who was wounded in three additional residences.

UPDATE III: 8 dead in door-to-door shootings in rural Missouri.
A gunman went door to door in a small south-central Missouri community late Thursday, fatally shooting 7 people before driving to an adjoining county and apparently killing himself, State Highway Patrol Sgt. Jeff Kinder said Friday.
Texas County deputies investigating the killings in the unincorporated community of Tyrone, Mo., also found the body of an elderly woman who is believed to have died of natural causes. “We’re not calling her a victim at this time,” Kinder told reporters in Houston, Mo.
Tyrone Missouri killings Police press conference
UPDATE IV: Coroner says suspect may have gone on Missouri killing spree after finding mother dead.
Kinder did not release the names of the dead or explain any possible connection between the victims and the 36-year-old man suspected in the killings.
The deputies found bodies in four separate residences in the Tyrone area after responding to a 911 call around 10:15 p.m. Thursday regarding a disturbance. The caller, described as a juvenile girl, reported hearing shots in her residence “and immediately fled to a neighbor’s house,” the statement said.
Deputies found two bodies at the first house then five more bodies – plus an injured person – at three more houses. The body of the deceased elderly woman was found at yet another residence as deputies canvassed the area, the highway patrol said.
The gunman’s body was found in a car in Shannon County to the east.
Texas County Coroner Tom Whittaker told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch that the deceased woman and the alleged gunman have the same surname. Investigators, he said, suspect that he may have gone on a shooting spree after discovering her body.
Joseph Jesse Aldridge
UPDATE V: Gunman Identified as 36 year old Joseph Jesse Aldridge.
Gunman Joseph Jesse Aldridge, 36, was later found dead of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound inside a car in a neighboring county after the killings in the rural community of Tyrone, located in the southern part of the state, about 90 miles east of Springfield, authorities said.
Texas County coroner Tom Whittaker told NBC affiliate KSDK that the body of a woman identified by authorities as Aldridge’s mother, 74-year-old Alice Aldridge, had been dead for 24 hours before she was found by authorities Thursday night, and she is thought to have died of natural causes.
Whittaker said the suspect’s discovery of the body may have sparked the killing spree, but investigators said a motive has not yet been determined. Texas County Sheriff’s deputies first learned of the rampage — which spanned six crime scenes in a three-mile radius in Tyrone — just after 10 p.m. local time after a juvenile female called 911 and said there were gunshots in her home.
Four of the seven victims were identified as husband and wife Darrell Aldridge and Julie Aldridge and husband and wife Harold Aldridge and Janelle Aldridge, Missouri State Highway Patrol Sgt. Jeff Kinder said at a news conference Friday, adding that the some were cousins of the suspect.
UPDATE VI: Eight killed, including suspect, in apparent murder-suicide.
Eight people were killed, including the alleged gunman, in multiple shootings Thursday night near Tyrone in Texas County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol said the suspect, 36-year-old Joseph Jesse Aldridge, apparently killed seven individuals and injured another at multiple residences before fleeing to Shannon County and killing himself. Authorities believe a ninth person died of natural causes before the shooting spree and may have motivated the gunman.
The patrol identified four victims Friday afternoon at a press conference as two married couples: Garold Dee Aldridge, 52, and Julie Ann Aldridge, 47, and Harold Wayne Aldridge, 50, and Janell Arlisa Aldridge, 48.
Three victims’ names are not being released pending notification of next of kin.
