TSA Baggage Inspector Clayton Keith Dovel Indicted for Theft of Apple iPads
TSA … Groping and Robbing the public …
Isn’t this special, while some TSA agents are groping old woman, children and cancer survivors in the name of protecting us from terrorism, other TSA agents are stealing from us. TSA agent, 36 year old Clayton Keith Dovel, was arrested and indicted in the theft of Apple iPads. Duruing his arrest, Dovel was caught in the possession of several other iPads. He stated that they belonged to him; however, could not say where he bought them.
A Transportation Security Administration baggage inspector at Dallas/Fort Worth Airport has been indicted in the theft of Apple iPads from luggage over eight months.
Clayton Keith Dovel, 36, of Bedford was arrested Feb. 1 and has been suspended indefinitely, officials said.
The investigation led to the recovery of eight stolen iPads, including one that was among Dovel’s possessions at Terminal E when he was arrested, airport police said.
His attorney, Greg Westfall, declined to comment.
The indictments that the Tarrant County grand jury issued this week charge Dovel with theft by a public servant of items valued at up to $20,000. If convicted, he could face two to 10 years in prison.
Who thinks that the people that should be frisked and groped are actually the TSA agents?

Add yet another thing to the list that you have never seen the Tea Party charged with …
More from the Barack Obama endorsed Occupy protest movement … Three Occupy Oakland protesters, Michael Davis, 32, Nneka Crawford, 23, and Randolph Wilkins, 24, have been charged with robbery and hate crimes. The three remain in jail. Bail for Crawford and Wilkins is $105,000 and Davis is being held on $100,000 bail.
Michael Davis, 32, Nneka Crawford, 23, and Randolph Wilkins, 24, all of Oakland, were charged with the felonies by Assistant District Attorney Paul Hora. All remain jailed at Santa Rita Jail in Dublin. Bail for Crawford and Wilkins is $105,000 and Davis is being held on $100,000 bail.
Other possible suspects are being sought by police, said Sgt. Randy Wingate, the lead investigator.
Among the evidence against the three, besides the 42-year-old victim identifying them, is a video of the confrontation taken by a fellow Occupy Oakland protester.
The three Occupy protesters surrounded and taunted the victim before stealing her wallet. NICE. During the course of the crime when the 20 year old victims wallet was taken, the three Occupy Oakland protesters shouted “vulgar epithets regarding their perception of her sexual orientation. According to lead investigator gt. Randy Wingate, other possible suspects are being sought by police. I thought the LEFT and the 99% protesters were supposed to be so liberal minded and open minded?
Three arrested Occupy Oakland protesters – CBS San Francisco
Michael Davis, 32, Nneka Crawford, 23, and Randolph Wilkins, 24, confronted the woman on the streets of Oakland in February after she told them not to riot in her neighborhood, the Oakland Police said in a written release.
“She was surrounded by three protestors and battered as they yelled vulgar epithets regarding their perception of her sexual orientation,” Oakland Police spokeswoman Johnna Watson said.
The female victim was not identified except as a 20-year resident of the neighborhood.
“Her wallet was taken during the crime,” Watson said. “The victim broke away from the group and called police, who were able to arrest one suspect near the scene.”
One of the protesters shot a video of the altercation, which police viewed on the Internet. The VIDEO has since been removed from the internet for obvious reasons as it will become evidence.
So these people are supposed to represent the 99% eh? Not even close.

New Details in Death of of George A. Smith IV Who Died on Honeymoon Mediterranean Royal Caribbean Cruise … FBI Russian Organized Crime Agents Join Investigation … Could it lead to Justice for George?
WILL THERE FINALLY BE JUSTICE FOR GEORGE?
“We have truth on our side. “My son’s life is not going to be in vain.” (Maureen Smith, George’s mother – Jan. 2006)
It has been six years since George A. Smith IV disappeared on July 5, 2005 while on his honeymoon in the Mediterranean on a Royal Caribbean cruise with his then wife, Jennifer Hagel Smith. George’s body was never recovered; however, his body left bloodstains on an exterior overhang of the ship. Sadly, no one was ever held responsible for the death and disappearance of George Smith. Now the focus is on four men, among them three Russian-Americans from Brooklyn, New York.
Flash-forward to 2012 … there might just be new details into George Smith’s death that could lead to answers and the truth as what happened to George Smith on that fateful night in 2005. Much of the information comes from the legal settlement with Royal Caribbean cruise line where they also agreed to hand over its investigative file on Smith’s disappearance, which includes witness statements made to Royal Caribbean and Turkish authorities by those who last saw Smith, as well as from cruise ship employees.
Attorney Michael Jones, who represents Smith’s family, said cruise line documents obtained in a settlement over the Greenwich man’s estate and the lawyer’s own questioning of the four young men who are believed to have escorted a heavily intoxicated Smith back to his room that night raise doubts about their account of events.
Attorneys for the men have said their clients did nothing wrong.
One of the men, Josh Askin of California, failed an FBI-administered polygraph test, Jones said. When questioned by Jones about Smith, Askin did not answer, instead invoking his Fifth Amendment right.
“The evidence suggests that Josh Askin and the boys know more than they have let on,” Jones said. “It’s time for them to come forward and tell what they know about George’s disappearance.”

Oklahoma Mom Sarah Dawn McKinley Calls 911 & Asks Operator for Permission to Shoot Intruders
Why we have the Second Amendment … SCARED MONKEYS HERO OF THE DAY
Sarah Dawn McKinley, an 18 year old widow, called 911 and asked the operator if she could shoot an intruder entering her home. Although the operator did not say yes, she did say do what ever you need to do to protect yourself and your baby. The also said that she could not shoot until they broke into the home. The end result … she shot Justin Shane Martin dead with her 12-gauge shot gun. Police called the shooting, “justified”. I’ll say. Thank God for the “Castle” doctrine.
Don’t mess with a momma bear and her cub.
From CNN …
Home alone with her 3-month-old son, Sarah Dawn McKinley of Blanchard, Oklahoma, said she decided to make a stand when two men tried to break into her home on New Year’s Eve.
McKinley, who had been widowed less than a week before, placed a couch in front of one door and went to the bedroom and put a bottle in her baby’s mouth before calling 911, she said on HLN’s “Dr. Drew” on Wednesday.
A 911 operator calmly spoke with McKinley, who asked if it was permissible to shoot an intruder, officials said.
“I’ve got two guns in my hand. Is it OK to shoot him if he comes in this door?” asked McKinley, 18.
“Well, you have to do whatever you can do to protect yourself,” dispatcher Diane Graham responded. “I can’t tell you that you can do that, but you do what you have to do to protect your baby.”
These two men actually stalked and attacked this 18 year old widow whose husband died Christmas Day of cancer. Good riddance to bad rubbish.
Sarah McKinley says that a week earlier a man named Justin Martin dropped by on the day of her husband’s funeral, claiming that he was a neighbor who wanted to say hello. The 18-year-old Oklahoma City area woman did not let him into her home that day.
On New Year’s Eve Martin returned with another man, Dustin Stewart, and this time was armed with a 12-inch hunting knife. The two soon began trying to break into McKinley’s home.

TOTUS Stolen … How Will Obama Be Able to Speak without Teleprompter?
TOTUS MISSING … ABDUCTED!!!
It would appear that President Barack Obama is learning just how bad of an economy he has created with his failed policies of economic recovery. Thieves stole the truck that contained President Obama’s podiums and audio equipment. How on earth does the President’s property get stolen? An estimated $200,000 worth of equipment was lifted. As stated at Michelle Malkin, “what next, Air Force One up on block?” Would it surprise anyone with this President? the rate Obama is destroying jobs and the economy, I would suspect that the Operation Repo might come for Marine One or Air Force One any day.
NBC12 has uncovered one of those stories that makes you think: “How in the world does that happen?!” A truck filled with President Obama’s podiums and audio equipment was stolen in Henrico just days before his visit to Chesterfield.
We confirmed an investigation with the U.S. Defense Department. There are still a lot of questions. The biggest one being did the thieves intentionally target the President’s truck or did they take advantage of a crime of opportunity and give a big “uh-oh” when they saw what was inside.
More from the Lonely Conservative and comments from TOTUS.
We can only hope that the “Pass my Jobs Bill” lame speech was loaded into the teleprompter that was stolen. What do we have to look forward to .. Obama not being able to use his crutch, the telepropmter, and we might get more of the same like his comments below.
Obama at his finest without his teleprompter when he has to do it on his own
