3 Year Old Harvey Hernandez Mugged While in Stroller by Thugs in Bedford-Stuyvesant Brooklyn, NY

 I guess there really is no honor amongst thieves …

A three year old boy, Harvey Hernandez, was mugged while he was being pushed in his stroller by his mother in the lobby of their Bedford-Stuyvesant apartment building. The thug and his accomplice ripped a $400 gold chain off the neck of a 3 year old boy and the mother feared that they might have kidnapped her son if it were not for neighbors who were alerted by her screams. According to accounts, the two thugs had stalked the family back to their apartment from the laundry. What kind a creep would steel “candy from a baby?”

Things are getting so rough in the Big Apple that even toddlers are getting mugged.

A cruel thug ripped a $400 gold chain off the neck of a 3-year-old boy who was sitting in his stroller and being pushed by his mom in Bedford-Stuyvesant in Brooklyn on Tuesday, law-enforcement sources said.

The crook and an accomplice attacked tot Harvey Hernandez in the lobby of his family’s Malcolm X Boulevard apartment building at 11:45 p.m. after following him, his teenage brother and mom Riyana Guerrero home from a Laundromat.

“I was screaming ‘Let go of my baby! Let go of my baby!’” the mom told The Post in Spanish yesterday.

14 Year Old Phoenix Boy Shoots Armed Intruder While Watching His 3 Younger Siblings … Why We Have a Second Amendment

If there was ever a reason why we have a Second Amendment and a Right to Bear Arms, one needs to look no further than the following story.

A 14 year old Phoenix, AZ boy shot an intruder who had broke into his home as the boy was looking out for three siblings, ages 12, 10 and 8. The 37 year old home invader was carrying a gun was shot and is in critical condition, but expected to live. What a brave act on the part of this 14 year old boy. Look what happens when law abiding citizens are allowed to carry guns.

The teen and his brothers and sisters were at home alone at their residence at 55th Avenue and Baseline when a woman rang the doorbell Friday. The teen didn’t open the door because he didn’t recognize her, Police Officer James Holmes said Saturday.

Soon after, the teen heard a bang on the door, rushed his siblings upstairs and got a handgun from his parent’s bedroom. When he got to the top of the stairs, he saw a man breaking through the front door and point a gun at him.

The boy shot the 37-year-old man, who is in critical condition but expected to survive and be booked into jail.

Comments Police Officer James Holmes:

Holmes hailed the teen’s actions and his parents for teaching the kids to never open the door to strangers.

“The police and indeed our community does not ever want to see a situation where a teenager of that age has to take a weapon to protect his family … but this young man did exactly what he should have done,” he said. “I’m not sure he gave full thought about what he had to do. He just acted.”

Auburn, AL Shooting Suspect Desmonte Leonard Wanted for Three Capital Murder Arrest Warrants Had Prior Arrest Record

22 year old Desmonte Leonard, the shooting suspect sought in the Auburn, Alabama apartment shooting over the weekend that left three people dead and injured others, had prior arrests for gun offenses. Go figure, why are none of us surprised? Auburn police have issued three capital arrest warrants for Desmonte Leonard. Sadly over the weekend during a police press conference, Auburn Police Chief Tommy Dawson confirmed that three Auburn University students were killed during the Saturday night shooting, former Auburn Tiger football players Ed Christian and Ladarious Phillips and Demario Pitts   Leonard and two other men were thought to have fled the scene in a white Chevrolet Caprice, authorities said. Police later found the car abandoned in an adjacent county

Shooting Suspect: Desmonte Leonard

A man sought by authorities in connection with a shooting near Auburn University that left three people dead and injured three others, one critically, has previous arrests for gun offenses, but was never prosecuted, according to media reports Monday.

Desmonte Leonard, 22, of Montgomery, is the subject of a multiagency manhunt that stretched into its second day Monday. Leonard faces three charges of capital murder in the shooting late Saturday at an off-campus Auburn, Alabama, apartment complex, police said.

From The Opelika-Auburn News: Court records show Leonard has a criminal past with guns at the root of the crimes. Is anyone really shocked that this thug punk escalated his violence to include murder? This is what happens when you do not throw these low life’s in prison from the outset.

Leonard’s criminal history is one punctuated with gun violence, according to court records. He was charged with carrying a pistol without a permit and theft in 2008 as well as second-degree assault in 2009 for shooting a 16-year-old in the groin. Montgomery County grand juries did not indict Leonard on the theft and assault charges.

Court records also show two child support claims against Leonard, the most recent on Friday.

Alton L. Hayes III

Alton L. Hayes III, 18,  and a 15 year old boy claimed they robbed and assaulted a victim because he was upset by the Trayvon Martin case and beat the man up because he was white. So let’s understand this … two black beat the crap out of a white guy because they were upset about Trayvon Martin? Really?

Hayes and a 15-year-old Chicago boy walked up behind the 19-year-old man victim and pinned his arms to his side, police said. Hayes, 18, then picked up a large tree branch, pointed it at the man and said, “Empty your pockets, white boy.”

The two allegedly rifled through the victim’s pockets, then threw him to the ground and punched him “numerous times” in the head and back before running away, police said. Hayes and the boy are black; the victim is white.

After being arrested, Hayes told police he was upset by the Trayvon Martin case and beat the man up because he was white, Cook County State’s Attorney’s office spokeswoman Tandra Simonton said, citing court records.

How ignorant could an individual be?  This fool just admitted to a “hate crime” as opposed to simple assault and robbery.  However,I just two questions, one, George Zimmerman is Hispanic, not white. Two, I must have missed the part where there was a robbery in the Trayvon Martin case.

Actually there is a third question. Where is Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson marching in the streets with “No Justice, No Peace” over this racial hate crime? Where is the NBBP putting out a bounty on the racists?  As stated by the Left Coast Rebel, we are awaiting the response from the LEFT.

Hmm … I am betting Barack Obama will not be commenting that Alton L. Hayes III looks like his son, had he had one.
