FBI Director James Comey systematically laid out the case as to why Hillary Clinton should be indicted of a felony violation of Section 793(f) of the federal penal code (Title 18) of which she met every criteria of the charge and then he did a 180 and recommended no charges be sought against Hillary Clinton. In order to do such a thing, Comey had to rewrite the federal statute to serve his own, Barack Obama’s and Hillary Clinton’s purpose. UNREAL. It is a sad and shameful day when the FBI has now become politicized as pretty much every department has become under Barack Obama, add to it the EPA, FCC, IRS and AG. However, just because Director Comey did not recommend charges be brought against Hillary, he did eviscerate her and basically called her a liar and that she acted in a reckless behavior and was “extremely careless” (aka. ”Gross Negligence”)

Watch Comey’s full speech as it is hardly paints a nice picture of Hillary Clinton and in no ways states she is innocent. To the contrary, Comely calls Hillary a liar.

There is no way of getting around this: According to Director James Comey (disclosure: a former colleague and longtime friend of mine), Hillary Clinton checked every box required for a felony violation of Section 793(f) of the federal penal code (Title 18): With lawful access to highly classified information she acted with gross negligence in removing and causing it to be removed it from its proper place of custody, and she transmitted it and caused it to be transmitted to others not authorized to have it, in patent violation of her trust. Director Comey even conceded that former Secretary Clinton was “extremely careless” and strongly suggested that her recklessness very likely led to communications (her own and those she corresponded with) being intercepted by foreign intelligence services.

Yet, Director Comey recommended against prosecution of the law violations he clearly found on the ground that there was no intent to harm the United States.

In essence, in order to give Mrs. Clinton a pass, the FBI rewrote the statute, inserting an intent element that Congress did not require. The added intent element, moreover, makes no sense: The point of having a statute that criminalizes gross negligence is to underscore that government officials have a special obligation to safeguard national defense secrets; when they fail to carry out that obligation due to gross negligence, they are guilty of serious wrongdoing. The lack of intent to harm our country is irrelevant. People never intend the bad things that happen due to gross negligence.

USA Today reports, the meeting raises eyebrows. Really, just eyebrows? It should raise a lot more than that. Last night on The O’Reilly Factor, Bill O’Reilly interviewed Christopher Sign, the ABC15 reporter, who broke the story about Bill Clinton and Loretta Lynch’s meeting at an airport in Phoenix AZ.

Lynch claimed it was an unplanned meeting. Hmm, really, that is not what it seemed to be after listening to the video below. Watch and listen directly from the individual who had first hand knowledge of this dirty, clandestine meeting that should never have taken place. According to Christopher Sign, the FBI on the tarmac told everyone around the vicinity of the two planes, no cameras and no cell phones. Hmm, really? So the FBI was part of the cover up too? This whole thing stinks to the high heavens. But when you have the Clinton’s involved, what else would you expect?

Simply unbelievable … ABC 15 is reporting that Attorney General Loretta Lynch and former President Bill Clinton met privately on a plane at the Sky Harbor International Airport in Phoenix, AZ. So, as the criminal investigation goes on of Hillary Clinton’s use of her private email server when she was Secretary of State under Barack Obama, AG Lynch, the individual who will be responsible for determining whether Hillary Clinton will be indicted, is meeting with her husband. UNREAL.

When asked about the meeting Lynch said,”Our conversation was a great deal about grandchildren, it was primarily social about our travels and he mentioned golf he played in Phoenix.” SURE YOU DID. The fix is in folks and we wonder why Hillary Clinton has been so confident that she would not be indicted. Loretta Lynch needs to recuse herself and step down from this case.

Amid an ongoing investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of email and hours before the public release of the Benghazi report, US Attorney General Loretta Lynch met privately with former President Bill Clinton.

The private meeting took place on the west side of Sky Harbor International Airport on board a parked private plane.

Former President Clinton was visiting the Phoenix area and arrived to Sky Harbor Monday evening to depart.

Sources tell ABC15 Clinton was notified Lynch would be arriving at the airport soon and waited for her arrival.

Lynch was arriving in Phoenix for a planned visit as part of her national tour to promote community policing.

Who does not think that this at least a gross appearance of impropriety and at worse, something much more sinister? But of course liberals and Team Hillary think nothing of this as they live under a different set of rules than you and I, nothing to see here. As Doug Powers sarcastically opines, “the next thing you know the Clinton’s will be taking a Caribbean cruise with the FBI director, but only so they can talk about feng shui.”

MSNBC’s Morning Joe panel ripped Attorney General Loretta Lynch for privately meeting with Bill Clinton this week, despite his wife being under federal investigation for her private email server as secretary of state.

“You can’t make this up,” host Joe Scarborough said as the panel discussed the news.

Lynch claimed the discussion, which took place aboard her government plane between her and the former president on Monday, only concerned social matters like grandchildren.

Co-host Mika Brzezinski asked what Clinton could have possibly needed to know that required a private conversation on a plane.

“There is no way you let him come on your plane and talk privately,” Scarborough said. “There’s no way.”

“It’s her decision,” said panelist Mark Halperin. “I mean, she shouldn’t have let him on the plane. He shouldn’t have wanted to get on the plane. I understand they’re friends. They have a lot to talk about.”

Emails From Hillary Clinton’s IT Director Bryan Pagliano at State Department Appear to Be Missing

What a crock of sh*t, according to the State Department now it appears that Hillary Clinton’s IT Director, Bryan Pagliano’s, emails are missing. Of course they are. Pagliano’s emails from the time he served as Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s senior information technology staffer during her tenure there have gone poof, up in smoke, or should we say delete, scrub. Sorry folks, I have worked with government contracts, which is not even the extensive nature of the government, and all emails are backed up daily on and offsite server and saved. The fact that they claim they can’t find them means either they were scrubbed off, he was using a different email server o they are just flat out lying. WHY THE AMERICAN PEOPLE WOULD TOLERATE THIS TYPE OF COVER UP AND LYING IS ASTOUNDING. Sorry, Hillary Clinton does not belong running for president, but instead should be serving time in prison for her crimes of putting the United States secrets at risk and the cover up.

The State Department said today it can’t find Bryan Pagliano’s emails from the time he served as Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s senior information technology staffer during her tenure there.

Pagliano would have been required to turn over any official communications from his work account before he left the government. State Department officials say he had an official email account, but that they can’t find any of those records he would have turned over and continue to search for them.

“The Department has searched for Mr. Pagliano’s email pst file and has not located one that covers the time period of Secretary Clinton’s tenure,” State Department spokesman Elizabeth Trudeau said today, referencing a file format that holds email.

America, You do realize her crimes are worse, right?

“To be clear, the Department does have records related to Mr. Pagliano and we are working with Congress and [Freedom of Information Act] requesters to provide relevant material. The Department has located a pst from Mr. Pagliano’s recent work at the Department as a contractor, but the files are from after Secretary Clinton left the Department,” Trudeau added.

After this story was posted, Trudeau reached out to ABC News, amending her previous statement to say that despite the absence of his original pst file, some small amount of Pagliano’s email has been recovered, suggesting they were gleaned from other email accounts.

This statement about Pagliano’s email comes in response to a FOIA request-turned-lawsuit by the Republican National Committee, which wants the State Department to turn over all his emails as well as Clinton’s text and Blackberry Messenger communications. In a court filing today, the RNC said the State Department has told them there are no documents responsive to either of those requests.

In a shocker that should shock no one, Bryan Pagliano’s emails from his time as Hillary Clinton’s senior information technology staffer have turned up missing.

Even though a condition of him leaving government would have included turning over all official communications.

Even though other archived email communications from Pagliano’s account have been retrieved, except, of course, those dated May 1, 2009 to Feb. 1, 2013, the time he worked for Secretary Clinton.

Pagliano, you’ll recall, was the staffer who traveled to Clinton’s private Chappaqua, New York residence to set up her private server. As such, he is a key witness in the FBI inquiry into the Clinton email scandal and was even granted immunity in exchange for his cooperation.

RNC Deputy Communications Director Raj Shah released a statement to ABC News, “It’s hard to believe that an IT staffer who set up Hillary Clinton’s reckless email server never sent or received a single work-related email in the four years he worked at the State Department. Such records might shed light on his role in setting up Clinton’s server, and why he was granted immunity by the FBI. But it seems that his emails were either destroyed or never turned over, adding yet another layer to the secrecy surrounding his role.”
