WikiLeaks: DOJ Official Assistant Attorney General Peter Kadzik Gave Clinton Camp ‘Heads Up’ About Email Filing

The Politico is reporting that a senior department of Justice official gave the Hillary Clinton campaign a “heads up” about new developments related to Clinton’s email use as secretary of state. From Wikileaks hacked emails, in May of 2015, Assistant Attorney General Peter Kadzik emailed Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta to tell him about potential developments at an impending congressional hearing, as well as about a new development in a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit for the emails Clinton turned over to the State Department from her private account. The collusion and corruption runs deep between Hillary Clinton and the Obama Administration.

A senior Department of Justice official gave Hillary Clinton’s campaign chairman a “heads up” about new developments related to Clinton’s email use as secretary of state, according to hacked emails published Wednesday by WikiLeaks.

In May of 2015, Assistant Attorney General Peter Kadzik emailed Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta to tell him about potential developments at an impending congressional hearing, as well as about a new development in a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit for the emails Clinton turned over to the State Department from her private account.

In an email from Kadzik’s personal account titled “Heads up,” he wrote: “There is a [House Judiciary Committee] oversight hearing today where the head of our Civil Division will testify. Likely to get questions on State Department emails. Another filing in the FOIA case went in last night or will go in this am that indicates it will be awhile (2016) before the State Department posts the emails.”

Podesta forwarded the email to a cadre of top Clinton aides, adding: “Additional chances for mischief.”

Hillary Clinton’s campaign chairman, John Podesta, directed her former chief of staff at the State Department to “dump all those emails” on the same day that Clinton’s private email server became public.

Hours after the New York Times reported in March 2015 that Clinton may have violated federal records requirements by exclusively using a private server while serving as secretary of state, Podesta emailed Cheryl Mills, Clinton’s top aide at the State Department, instructing her to erase Clinton’s emails, the New York Post reported.

The exchange from March 2, 2015, was revealed in hacked emails from Podesta’s private account that WikiLeaks released Tuesday. The U.S. government has accused Russia of penetrating American political networks to influence the 2016 election.

“Not to sound like Lanny, but we are going to have to dump all those emails so better to do so sooner than later,” Podesta wrote to Mills.

The email, which may indicate intent, was sent at the same time as the NYT story “Hillary Clinton Used Personal Email Account at State Dept., Possibly Breaking Rules” -  which for the first time revealed the existence of Hillary’s email server – hit, and just days before Hillary’s press conference addressing what was at the time, the stunning revelation that she had a personal email account, and server, in her home.

The proposed “dumping” on March 2 takes place two days before the House Select Committee on Benghazi sent Hillary Clinton a document retention subpoena on March 4, 2015, with some hinting the NYT report may have served to tip off the Clinton campaign about the upcoming subpoena.

Mills’ response to Podesta: “Think you just got your new nick name.”

It is unclear which “Lanny” is referred to: the infamous former DOJ staffer Lanny Breuer who quit in January 2013 after telling Frontline that some banks are too big to fail, or, more likely Lanny Davis, special counsel to President Bill Clinton, and spokesperson for the President and the White House on matters concerning campaign-finance investigations and other legal issues.

It is also unclear – for now – which emails Podesta is referring to in the thread, but Podesta adds: “better to do so sooner than later.” We can hope that a subsequent response, yet to be leaked by Wikileaks, will provide more color.

If the exchange is shown to disclose intent to mislead, it will negate the entire narrative prepared by Clinton that she merely deleted “personal” emails and will reveal a strategic plan to hinder the State Department and FBI “investigation.”

CNN CUTS TIES WITH DONNA BRAZILE AS SECOND WIKILEAKS EMAILS ARISES THAT SHE TIPPED OFF TEAM HILLARY WITH DEBATE QUESTION.

CNN has cut ties, PC for fired, Donna Brazile after it became known that a second Wikileaks email showed that the CNN contributor and co-DNC chair had provided debate question to Hillary Clinton’s team prior to the debate. The lengths of the collusion and corruption between the media and the Democrat party is simply amazing. The DNC, who is supposed to be impartial during the primaries, was aiding Hillary Clinton. Bernie Sanders and his supported should be furious! During the Democrat primary Sander stated on many occasions that the system was rigged. Guess what, it was.

CNN says it is “completely uncomfortable” with hacked emails showing that former contributor and interim Democratic National Committee chairwoman Donna Brazile shared questions with the Clinton campaign before a debate and a town hall during the Democratic primary, and has accepted her resignation.

Hacked emails posted by WikiLeaks show Brazile, whose CNN contract was suspended when she became interim DNC chair over the summer, sharing with the Clinton campaign a question that would be posed to Hillary Clinton before the March CNN Democratic debate in Flint, as well as a possible question prior to a CNN town hall, also in March.

In a statement, CNN spokeswoman Lauren Pratapas said that on Oct. 14, the network accepted Brazile’s resignation.

“On October 14th, CNN accepted Donna Brazile’s resignation as a CNN contributor. [Her deal had previously been suspended in July when she became the interim head of the DNC.] CNN never gave Brazile access to any questions, prep material, attendee list, background information or meetings in advance of a town hall or debate. We are completely uncomfortable with what we have learned about her interactions with the Clinton campaign while she was a CNN contributor,” Pratapas said.

In a tweet, Brazile thanked CNN and her now former colleagues there.

“Thank you @CNN. Honored to be a Democratic Strategist and commentator on the network. Godspeed to all my former colleagues,” she wrote.

A CNN employee, speaking on background, suggested Brazile may have met the woman who was supposed to pose the question about lead poisoning during a service event planned the day before the debate.

So what would cause the FBI director James Comey to send a letter to Congress to amend his Hillary Clinton email scandal testimony? How about 650,000 emails found on a lap tap that was used by both Anthony Weiner and his estranged wife and Hillary Clinton confidant. Not 65 emails. not 650, not 6,500, not 65,000  … but 650,000 emails!!! Are you kidding me? As stated at Legal Insurrection, Abedin is saying she has no idea how those emails got on the co-owned computer, and considering that saying otherwise would reveal a crime. Really? I guess her attorneys have informed her the penalty for perjury and obstruction of justice. Sorry America, you don’t just misplace this many emails and forget to hand over the device to the FBI when they ordered it.

The surprise disclosure that agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation are taking a new look at Hillary Clinton’s email use lays bare, just days before the election, tensions inside the bureau and the Justice Department over how to investigate the Democratic presidential nominee.

Investigators found 650,000 emails on a laptop that they believe was used by former Rep. Anthony Weiner and his estranged wife Huma Abedin, a close Clinton aide, and underlying metadata suggests thousands of those messages could have been sent to or from the private server that Mrs. Clinton used while she was secretary of state, according to people familiar with the matter.

It will take weeks, at a minimum, to determine whether those messages are work-related from the time Ms. Abedin served with Mrs. Clinton at the State Department; how many are duplicates of emails already reviewed by the FBI; and whether they include either classified information or important new evidence in the Clinton email probe.

Officials had to await a court order to begin reviewing the emails—which they received over the weekend, according to a person familiar with the matter—because they were uncovered in an unrelated probe of Mr. Weiner.

The new investigative effort, disclosed by FBI Director James Comey on Friday, shows a bureau at times in sharp internal disagreement over matters related to the Clintons, and how to handle those matters fairly and carefully in the middle of a national election campaign. Even as the probe of Mrs. Clinton’s email use wound down in July, internal disagreements within the bureau and the Justice Department surrounding the Clintons’ family philanthropy heated up, according to people familiar with the matter.

Wow, just wow!!! The Democrats and Hillary Clinton are crying foul for this so-called unprecedented action by Comey. Maybe the real unprecedented action is the willful, wanted and corruption by Hillary Clinton and her private email server and the lengths she went to cover her crimes up?

UPDATE I: Poll – Over a Third of Likely Voters Less Willing to Back Hillary Clinton After FBI Bombshell.

A poll released Sunday shows more than 30 percent of likely voters say they are less inclined to support Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton after the FBI announced Friday the agency is reviewing newly-discovered emails potentially related to Clinton’s tenure as secretary of state.

The ABC/Washington Post tracking poll was conducted from Tuesday to Friday, which means the survey’s 1,781 respondents could only be asked on the final day about the revelations regarding the new emails.
