Americans Suddenly Noticed They’re Pay Checks are Less Thanks to Obama’s Payroll Tax Hike

Hey America, how’s that hopey-changey Obama payroll tax increase treating ya?

America, so you thought that Barack Obama and Democrats were just looking to raise taxes on the rich, eh? This past Friday when you received your pay check you realized otherwise. So many jealous and envious people were so caught up in Obama’s class warfare in taxing and punishing the so-called rich with a tax increase that they did not even consider that Obama was going to raise taxes on them too.  Don’t say you were not warned.

Obama is laughing at the fact he was able to divert the attention of Americans away from the Obama payroll tax increase

As reported at Yahoo.com, say hello to the Obama payroll tax hike and goodbye to your hard earned money to the government. According to the Tax Policy Center, about 160 million workers pay this expired payroll tax that President Barack Obama cared little to extend during a terrible economic down turn. The increase will cost the average worker about $700 a year. The joke of a fiscal cliff bill contained no provisions to help the middle class avoid this 2% tax increase.

Americans are beginning to feel the pinch from Washington’s decision to embrace austerity measures aimed at bringing down the nation’s budget deficit.

Paychecks across the country have shrunk over the last week due to higher federal tax rates, and workers are already cutting back on spending, which will drag on the economy this year.

In Warren, Rhode Island, Ben DeCastro got his first paycheck on Friday in which taxes on his wages rose by 2 percentage points. That works out to about $30 a week.

“You sit back and do the calculation, and that’s $30 I’m not going to spend at a restaurant,” said DeCastro.

He said he worries that people hit by higher taxes will spend less at the chain of furniture stores where he works as a marketing manager.

Economists estimate the payroll tax hike will reduce household incomes by a collective $125 billion this year. Some households could reduce contributions to retirement accounts or other savings, but most are also expected to cut back on spending.

That alone could reduce economic growth this year by about 0.6 percentage point, said Michael Feroli, an economist at JPMorgan in New York City.

“The headwind to growth should be noticeable,” he said.

60% of Americans Want Controversial Obamacare Law Repealed, Yet 66% of AZ Voters in Favor of Arizona Immigration Law

Is a law really controversial when more than 6 in 10 voters are in favor of it? Or should a law be considered controversial when 6 in 10 voters are opposed to it instead. The misrepresentation of Barack Obama, the Democrats and the Arizona Immigration law.

What’s up with the Arizona Immigration law being referred to as a “CONTRAVERSIAL” law by the MSM? Even FOX NEWS uses the adjective when describing it. Is a law really controversial when 66% of Arizona voters favor that law, while 24% oppose it as those in favor have ranged from 64% to 71%? Nationally, 58% of voters favor Arizona’s immigration law in their own state.

Now compare that to the Obamacare law that was passed along a partisan Democrat vote which an overwhelming majority of Americas are strongly opposed to.

Barack Hussein Obama, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats thought that over time the demand to repeal Obama would subside and be forgot by the American people. Once again the Three Stooges were wrong and according to the most recent Rasmussen poll, 60% of Americans want Obamacare repealed. Only 36% are against repealing the government take over of health care.

Sixty percent (60%) of voters nationwide favor repeal of the recently passed health care law, including 49% who Strongly Favor repeal.

A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 36% oppose repeal. That figure includes 24% who are Strongly Opposed.

Forty-three percent (43%) believe repeal would be good for the nation’s economy. Twenty-seven percent (27%) believe repeal would be bad for the economy, while 20% say it would have no impact. Political Class voters strongly believe repeal would be bad for the economy, while most Mainstream Americans think repeal would help the economy.

This marks an 8% increase of those in favor of repealing the Obamacare bill that will increase the cost of health care and add to the federal deficit. Two items that Obama and Democrats falsely stated would not happen in the lead up to the partisan vote on Obamacare. However, just 41% believe the law is even somewhat likely to be repealed while 45% say repeal is unlikely. This is why it is your job America to make the repeal of Obamacare a reality. If you truly want it repealed then you must vote the Democrats out of office in 2010 in the US House and Senate and Obama out in 2012. There is no other way to accomplish this task.

Barack Hussein Obama Says,”I’d Rather be a Really Good One-Term President than a Mediocre Two-Term President”

THE ONE WILL BE ONE AND DONE!!!

The arrogance and denial of Barack Hussein Obama is among the worst this country has ever seen in the White House. Barack Obama is on the verge of becoming one of the worst Presidents America has ever had the misfortune to suffer through, yet he has the audacity of dope to say the following:

“I’d rather be a really good one-term president than a mediocre two-term president,” he told ABC’s “World News” anchor Diane Sawyer in an exclusive interview today.

Obama sat down with Sawyer two days before he will deliver a State of the Union speech to a joint session of Congress, and he acknowledged the political setbacks of his first year in office.

There is one lucid moment from this interview. Barack Obama already has it in his mind that he is a one termer.

Because all great one term Presidents have 10% unemployment, record level federal deficits and put an issue like health care and the government control of Americans health care ahead of jobs. Supposedly, Obama is now going to talk JOBS at his State of the Union speech. Funny, it took Obama and the Democrats being handed their hats in Massachusetts for Obama to focus on jobs? So are we supposed to assume that if Democrats had won Massachusetts that Obama would have continued to ignore and go against WE THE PEOPLE?

NEWS FLASH to the delusional Obamamessiah, name me a really good one term President that did not meet an unfortunate end that ended their Presidency sooner than expected? The fact that a President does not get elected for a second term means that he is a failure in their first term. That is except in the mind of Barack Obama.

As Flopping Aces reminds us, there is a reason why there was a recent poll that stated that more Americans would vote for anyone else except Barack Obama in 2012.

Obama was elected on the campaign promise that he would change Washington politics. Of course that did not mean by substituting Chicago-style politics in their place. In less than one year America has so rejected Obama’s liberal agenda in making such statements the the governor elections in Virginia, New Jersey and the most recent election of Scott Brown, Senator-elect from blue, blue Massachusetts.
