Former Student Owen Labrie at St. Paul’s School Acquitted of Felony Sexual Assault … Convicted on Three Counts of Misdemeanor Sexual Assault (VIDEO)

One more “Senior Salute” to women for the St. Paul’s Prep School …

Owen Labrie, a former student at the prestigious New England prep-school, The St. Paul’s School in Concord, NH, has been found not guilty and acquitted of the three felony rape charges and of misdemeanor simple assault. Each of the felony charges could have carried uo to 20 years in prison. However, Labrie was convicted on three counts of misdemeanor sexual assault, endangering the welfare of a child and a felony count of using a computer to seduce a minor under 16, which requires him to register as a sex offender. Labrie was originally accused of raping the girl in May 2014 at their boarding academy in what Prosecutors said he did it as part of a ritual called the “Senior Salute,” in which graduating seniors try to have sex with underclassmen.  WOW, what a special tradition from a prep-school that cost over $55,000 a year to attend. One would think that maybe with this type of education, the St Pal School could teach a little character and crack down on this disgusting tradition.

Both the victim and Lebrie cried during the reading of the verdict.

A former New Hampshire prep school student accused of raping a freshman girl as part of a campus tradition was acquitted Friday of the most serious charges against him.

Owen Labrie, now 19, was cleared of three counts of felony sexual assault, each of which carried up to 20 years in prison. He was convicted of misdemeanor sexual assault and a separate felony charge that carries up to seven years.

Labrie sobbed in court as the verdict — reached by a jury of three women and nine men — was read.

He was accused of raping the girl in May 2014 at their boarding academy, the prestigious St. Paul’s School in Concord. Prosecutors said he did it as part of a ritual called the “Senior Salute,” in which graduating seniors try to have sex with underclassmen.

Labrie will face sentencing on Oct. 29, and is out on $15,000 bail in the meantime. He must adhere to a 5 p.m. to 8 a.m. curfew and turn over his passport.

Owen Labrie, of Vermont, had received a full scholarship to Harvard, which was put on hold, and had planned to go to divinity school after graduating from college. Ain’t that something. I guess he can kiss Harvard goodbye and have fun the rest of his life as a registered sex offender.

Jeffrey Fairbanks, the Father of Missing Janna Rivera Arrested in Marion County and Charged with Murder & Neglect of a Dependent Resulting in Death

Jeffrey Fairbanks, the father of missing and presumed dead 3 month old Janna Rivera, has been arrested in  Marion County, Indiana and charged with murder and the neglect of a dependent child resulting in a death. The Marion County Prosecutor’s office is expected to release more information about the arrest Friday. 3 month old Janna Rivera has been missing since Friday, May 29, 2015 in Indianapolis, Indiana.  Authorities searched for the missing baby, including looking for the infant at a local landfill. It was suspected from the outset of this missing person case that the child was deceased. Initially, Fairbanks told Eyewitness News at the time the child died of natural causes, then he placed her body in a dumpster at an east Indianapolis apartment complex. Janna’s remains have never been found.

The father of missing baby Janna Rivera was arrested Thursday in Marion County and preliminaryly charged with murder and neglect of a dependent resulting in death.

In July, Jeffrey Fairbanks told FOX59 he put Janna, who was 3 months old at the time, in a dumpster. Her body has never been located.

Investigators with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) told FOX59 previously that Fairbanks is the only person of interest in this case. Fairbanks told investigators Janna died in her sleep.

Ferguson, MO: 9 Year Old Jamyla Bolden Shot Dead as She Was doing Homework on Her Mother’s Bed … Do Black Lives Matter?

DO BLACK LIVES REALLY MATTER IN FERGUSON, OR IS IT JUST WHEN THEY ARE KILLED BY THE POLICE?

9 year old Jamyla Bolden was shot dead as she was doing homework in her home as she laid on her mother’s bed. Jamyla was a fourth grader at Koch Elementary School. The incident took place at about 9:30 Thursday night in the 9200 block of Ellison in Ferguson, Missouri.  The shooting happened a couple of blocks from the site where 18-year-old Michael Brown was fatally shot by a police officer on Aug. 9, 2014. What a tragic and sad story about the death of a child who was simply just doing home work. Her mother also suffered a gunshot wound to the leg.

For the Black Lives Matter crowd, this is what you should be concerning yourself with. But alas, there are no cops, and white ones at that, to blame. Only most like gang members. You would protect when a thugs who attempt to attack a police officer or stupidly points a gun at police and wind up dead, imagine that? But for an innocent young girl you are silent. What’s the matter Rev’s Al and Jessee, not enough race-baiting in this tragic situation?

Ferguson police are searching for clues about the killing of a 9-year-old girl who was shot when someone fired into a home where she was doing homework on her mother’s bed.

No arrests have been made in Tuesday night’s fatal shooting of Jamyla Bolden and police don’t yet know if the home was targeted or the shots were random, Ferguson Sgt. Dominica Fuller said Thursday.

Jamyla’s mother, 34, was struck in the leg and treated at a hospital.

“You have a 9-year-old child on her mother’s bed doing homework and a bullet strikes her,” Fuller said. “Our concern is to get this person off the street.”

The shooting happened a couple of blocks from the site where 18-year-old Michael Brown was fatally shot by a police officer on Aug. 9, 2014, sparking sometimes violent protests.

Fuller, herself the mother of a 9-year-old, was among the first officers at the home after the shooting, which was reported just after 9:30 p.m. Tuesday. She said police did all they could to help the child, to no avail.

AMBER ALERT Issued for Missing 3 Year Old Keegan Elijah Waterman in Alpena Township, MI … Could be Headed to Tennessee with his mother, Christina Marie Waterman

AMBER ALERT – MICHIGAN

An Amber Alert has been issued for 3 year old Keegan Elijah Waterman.  Keegan Elijah Waterman was last seen at 2660 East Grant St. in Alpena Township around 11:30 p.m. on Sunday. The missing 3 year old was taken by his mother,  Christina Marie Waterman, and are believed to be headed to Tennessee. Her vehicle was described as being a tan 2000 Chevy Tahoe with a Tennessee license plate of U4758V.

Michigan State Police have issued an Amber Alert for a missing 3-year-old, that they say may be en-route to Tennessee.

According to CBS Detroit, Police said 3-year-old Keegan Elijah Waterman was last seen at 2660 East Grant St. in Alpena Township around 11:30 p.m. on Sunday.

He is a 4-foot-3 black male that is 55 pounds, and was last seen wearing a diaper and sandals.

Police said the child may be en-route to Tennessee with his mother, Christina Marie Waterman. Her vehicle was described as being a tan 2000 Chevy Tahoe with a Tennessee license plate of U4758V.

Anyone with information was asked to call 911 or contact the Michigan State Police Alpena Post at 989-354-4101 or Michigan State Police Operations at 517-241-8000.

UPDATE I: suspect stopped for directions in Indiana.

A woman at the center of a Michigan Amber Alert may have stopped in Indiana to ask for directions, according to Indiana authorities.

24 Hour News 8’s sister station in Indiana reports the woman, 38-year-old Christina Waterman, is believed to have stopped in Delaware County, northeast of Indianapolis, for directions. Authorities told WISH-TV someone advised her to get onto I-70 to head to North Carolina.

UPDATE II: Father of missing 3-year-old says ‘I’m numb’ as police continue search.

In an interview with MLive.com, Lamay said he went to bed Sunday, Aug. 16, around midnight and woke up at 7 a.m. Monday, Aug. 17, unable to find his son.

“He wasn’t playing with toys, and I knew something was wrong,” Lamay said. “I looked all around the house, I looked out the back door, and I noticed the curtain was pulled over the sliding door all the way.

“It’s a feeling you can’t describe. I’m numb.
