Bill Montag, Father of Heidi & Holly Montag Arrested for Child Sex Abuse & Incest

REALITY CRIME …

Bill Montag, the 67 year old father of reality television star Heidi Montag, has been arrested and charged with multiple counts of child sex abuse and incest. A 29 page arrest affidavit outlines years of abuse that Bill Montag allegedly inflicted on a girl starting when she was 13 years old. The abuse was said to have began in 1993 and continued until she was 17 years old. The arrest affidavit also indicates Montag abused the victim at least 50 different times. The court docs describe the abuse:

“[Bill Montag] groomed [the victim] with back rubs in her bedroom in the basement of their home,” court documents state, going on to charge that the ongoing abuse escalated to Montag attempting to insert a vibrator into the young teen’s vagina, and then developed yet further, resulting in Montag allegedly performing oral sex on the girl when she was 16.

The victim told authorities that she came forward in order to save other girls from becoming victims. The identity of victim of sexual assault will not be released to protect the victim. However, the victim cannot be either Heidi or Holly Montag, as they are too young to fit the profile. But because of the incest charges, the victim is obviously a family member.

Reality television star Heidi Montag’s father, Bill Montag of Glenwood Springs, is in custody and charged with several counts of child sex abuse and incest, according to a court records filed in Arapahoe County.

Montag was arrested Thursday evening by Aspen police. A 29-page arrest affidavit outlines years of abuse Montag allegedly inflicted on a girl starting when she was 13 years old.

The abuse allegedly began in 1993 and continued until she was 17 years old.

Due to the statute of limitations, Montag is only eligible to be charged with crimes that occurred after July 1st, 1996, when the victim would have been 16 years old.

TMZ reports sources connected to Heidi and Spencer … the alleged victim has significant credibility problems.

That is a tough call to say that whether whoever this source is does not have an agenda, or speaks the truth. Charges like sex abuse and incest, if true, would cause speculation as to who else Bill Montag abused. A skeleton that some not ready to deal with would not want to be made public.

Our sources who are very close to Heidi and Spencer tell us … they are very familiar with the accuser who “is determined to destroy the family.”  They say she has stalked Heidi and Spencer at various public appearances to the point security had to remove her.  Heidi and Spence believe Bill Montag will be exonerated.

32 Year Old Chicago Man (Judex Colon) Sexually Assaults 4 Year Old Girl on Bus After Just Having Registered as a Sex Offender

A 32 year old Chicago convicted sex offender, Judex Colon, has been arrested for the sexual assault of a 4 year old girl on a CTA bus. The story sounds sick enough with that alone; however, it gets worse if possible. The habitual sex offender boarded a city bus after just registering as a sex offender at the Chicago Police Headquarters, sat down next to an innocent 4 year old girl and sexually assaulted her. ARE YOU SERIOUS!?! This deviant was on his way home from registering as a sex offender and he commits a sex crime! Colon was charged with predatory criminal sexual assault of a victim under the age of 13 and held without bond. Thirteen, the girl was 4!!!  The Class X charges carries a sentence of 6 to 30 years in prison on conviction.

Here is a shock, this POS has a criminal history of sexual assault. Colon was previously convicted in 2008 of aggravated criminal sexual abuse of a victim under the age of 13 in Lake County, Indiana. Colon sexually abused two girls while working as a carnival-ride operator. He was also convicted of failure to register as a sex offender in Cook County in 2013 and sentenced to two years in prison.

A Chicago man who had just registered as a sex offender is charged with sexual assault for allegedly groping a four-year-old girl on his bus ride home, reports CBS Chicago.

Judex Colon, 32, boarded a city bus Tuesday afternoon and sat down next to the girl, according to a statement from the Cook County state’s attorney’s office. At the time, he was returning from registering as a sex offender at the Chicago Police Headquarters, according to the station.

While riding the bus, Colon “placed his hands on the victim over her clothes and then lifted the child’s jacket and continued to inappropriately touch and rub the victim,” according to the state’s attorney’s office. Colon then allegedly got off the bus and ran away.

The girl, who was riding the bus with relatives, was so frightened by the incident that she urinated on herself, prosecutors said. She told her mother about the assault after arriving home.

A police booking photo showed Colon, who was arrested Wednesday, wearing an orange T-shirt that read, “You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say will be misquoted and used against you.”

He appeared to be wearing the same shirt under a black hoodie in court Friday.

35 Year Old Wendy Holland Sentenced to 219 Years in Prison for Sodomy, Sexual Abuse & Incestuous Sex Ring in Molesting Children (VIDEO)

Wendy Holland sentenced to 219 years in prison and it probably wasn’t even enough for her heinous crimes …

On Thursday, 35 year old Wendy Holland was sentenced to 219 years for her role in an incestuous sex ring accused of molesting children for years. Holland was previously convicted of incest, sodomy, sexual abuse, sexual torture, child endangerment and molestation. Prior to sentencing Judge Jody Bishop stated in the ”Fourteen years I’ve been on the bench, I have never seen a case come as close as bad as this one has been in terms of acts of sexual abuse.”  Wendy Holland is the aunt of Brittany Wood who went missing at age 19 in May of 2012 and is now presumed dead. Defendant, William Brownlee, 50, received the maximum sentence of 20 year s for his crimes. This POS was convicted of sodomy and sexual abuse in October 2014. Judge Bishop stated the maximum sentence was not long enough. Agreed!

Holland, one of the leaders of an incestuous sex ring, was sentenced Thursday by a Baldwin County judge to 219 years in prison.

Holland, 35, stood expressionless as Judge Jody Bishop sentenced Holland for sex crimes she committed to children. She was convicted by a jury on charges of sodomy, sexual torture, and sex abuse to a child under age 12.

“Fourteen years I’ve been on the bench, I have never seen a case come as close as bad as this one has been in terms of acts of sexual abuse,” Bishop said before sentencing. “The court can’t … understand why you did all of this action.”

Also sentenced Thursday was family friend, William “Billy” Brownlee, 50, to 20 years in prison. He also participated in deviant sexual acts to children inside the Wood homes in Stockton and Fairhope.

Brownlee and Holland also face pending charges in Mobile County.

Holland and Brownlee were among 11 people charged with sex crimes following the disappearance in 2012 of a suspected victim of the ring, 19-year-old Brittney Wood.

In a letter read in court, the underage female victim in both cases said years of abuse left her traumatized. She has a hard time trusting anyone, gets angry easily and rarely feels safe.

“I was a little girl being held down and raped,” wrote the victim, who was in court.

Authorities said the two were part of a group of relatives and friends who sexually abused children and swapped their own kids for sex for years.

Holland is the widow of the alleged leader of the group, Donnie Holland, who was Brittney Wood’s uncle. The teen went missing around the time Holland was found with a gunshot to the head; his death was later ruled a suicide.

Even without Brittney Wood to testify, two of her uncles and an older brother already pleaded guilty to sex charges before juries convicted Wendy Holland and Brownlee.

Memphis, Tennessee Dead Beat Dad: 50 Year Old Terry Turnage Has Fathered 26 Children with 20 Different Women

Sorry, but I think it is time the Court orders Mr. Turnage to be neutered.

50 year old Terry Turnage will not be getting any father of the year awards any time soon. Unless the award because a reward for someone fathering the most children. Turnage has fathered 26 children with 20 different women to date and counting. Twenty-three of them in Shelby County, TN and it appears 3 more across the river in Forrest City, Arkansas.  Three women in Forrest City went to court asking for child support from  Terry Turnage. He didn’t show up. I don’t know who is more pathetic, Turnage or the 20 woman. What are the odds that all of the twenty woman are single mothers, getting public assistance from our tax dollars. Some how this walking serial impregnation is allowed to just continue along his merry way. UNREAL. Sorry, but this is serial child abuse.

Just curious, where is Barack Obama, Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson speaking out against this and the destruction of the black family structure? No where of course.

The Tennessee deadbeat who has fathered 26 children with 20 different women has again been ordered by a judge to make child support payments, this time for a two-year-old Arkansas boy, court records show.

Terry Turnage, a 50-year-old Memphis resident, was ordered this month to pay $60 per week to Miesha Davis, mother of the pair’s son Ja’Voin. The support order came as a result of a paternity complaint filed on
Davis’s behalf by Arkansas’s Office of Child Support Enforcement.

A Circuit Court judge also ordered Turnage to “maintain health care insurance” for the child “when reasonably available” through his employer, and pay $365 in court fees.

According to Arkansas court records, state officials have filed income withholding notices with a Memphis company that operates a McDonald’s restaurant where Turnage has supposedly worked (and earned $247.28 weekly).

Two Year Old Missing Colton Turner’s Remains found in SE Austin, Texas

The sad, but all to common conclusion … 

Cedar Park Police had been searching for two year old Colton Turner, whose mother was being held in nearby Williamson County on a charge of abandoning and endangering a child. Sadly, the police have discovered the remains of the missing two year old boy. Colton’s mother, identified as Meagan Work, says she last saw Colton in Austin in July. Police say Work is homeless and that the two lived out of Work’s car in Houston, Austin and Cedar Park.

The police are now investigating this missing persons case as a homicide and vowed to bring all those responsible in Colton’s death to justice.

Texas authorities say they’ve recovered the body of a small child in Austin and believe it’s the remains of a missing 2-year-old boy.

Police had been searching an Austin field for Colton Turner, whose mother was being held in nearby Williamson County on a charge of abandoning and endangering a child.

Cedar Park Police Chief Sean Mannix said authorities consider the case a suspicious death and that Williamson County and Travis County prosecutors are collaborating on more charges against the missing child’s mother, Meagan Work.

Cedar Park Police: Colton Turner’s remains found in SE Austin.

4 p.m. Police have declined to say who led them to the site where Colton Turner’s body was found. Officials also declined to say when they think the boy died or whether he was found buried in some sort of container.

“We are not going to go into the investigative details of what brought us to where we’re at,” Cedar Park Police Chief Sean Mannix said. “We still have search warrants to run.”

3:35 p.m. update: Cedar Park Police Chief Sean Mannix said investigators believe the remains of a small child discovered in Southeast Austin on Friday belong to Colton Turner, 2.

Mannix said the case of is now considered a suspicious death. He said Turner’s mother, Meagan Work, who on Friday was being held in the booking area of the Williamson County Jail, gave three separate accounts about the child’s disappearance.

In a joint news conference with Cedar Park police, Austin Police ChiefArt Acevedo said part of the investigative process will include digging into the history of Turner’s family and any contact with Child Protective Services. Acevedo says he wants to bring justice to a boy whose body was “discarded” as if he were a cat.
