Country Power Couple Break Up … Blake Shelton & Miranda Lambert Divorcing

As Tammy Wynette sang … DIVORCE.

TMZ is reporting that power Country couple Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert are getting a divorce. How unfortunate. After just 4 short years of marriage, their marriage is over. According to reports, Lambert will get the family home in Nashville, Tennessee while Shelton will keep their ranch in Oklahoma.  In a statement released to the AP stated, ”This is not the future we envisioned. And it is with heavy hearts that we move forward separately. We are real people, with real lives, with real families, friends and colleagues. Therefore, we kindly ask for privacy and compassion concerning this very personal matter.”

Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert are getting divorced  … TMZ has learned.

The couple filed divorce docs a while ago, and a judge is expected to officially end their 4 year marriage today. We’re told Blake is the one who filed.

We’re also told all the financial arrangements have been worked out … made easy by the fact that they have a prenup.

The divorce was filed in Oklahoma.

Until the sexual assault accusations  continued to piled up last year, Bill Cosby had been one of America’s most beloved comedians, after a successful career that included stand-up, the 1980′s hit NBC sitcom, ‘The Cosby Show’ where he was everyone’s favorite dad, Dr. Cliff Huxtable and those popular and whimsical commercials for Jell-O (VIDEO). All that has now changed and changed it has.  Over the course of the past 6 or 7 months, some two dozen woman have come forward to accuse Bill Cosby of sexual assault. As they say, they all can’t be lying. Sadly, the more we learn of what Bill Cosby had done in the past when it came to women, we find out that it was true. In a recently released deposition from 2005, we further learned that Cosby had admitted obtaining Quaaludes in the 1970s to give to young women with whom he wanted to have sex. Exactly what so many of the women who have accused Cosby of. I guess this can be considered complete vindication by for all of his female accusers.

He was not above seducing a young model by showing interest in her father’s cancer. He promised other women his mentorship and career advice before pushing them for sex acts. And he tried to use financial sleight of hand to keep his wife from finding out about his serial philandering.

Bill Cosby admitted to all of this and more over four days of intense questioning 10 years ago at a Philadelphia hotel, where he defended himself in a deposition for a lawsuit filed by a young woman who accused him of drugging and molesting her.

Even as Mr. Cosby denied he was a sexual predator who assaulted many women, he presented himself in the deposition as an unapologetic, cavalier playboy, someone who used a combination of fame, apparent concern and powerful sedatives in a calculated pursuit of young women — a profile at odds with the popular image he so long enjoyed, that of father figure and public moralist.

In the deposition, which Mr. Cosby has for years managed to keep private but was obtained by The New York Times, the entertainer comes across as alternately annoyed, mocking, occasionally charming and sometimes boastful, often blithely describing sexual encounters in graphic detail.

CNN: Cosby admitted pursuing younger women in deposition.

Bill Cosby said he had sexual relationships with at least five women and tried to hide the affairs from his wife, the New York Times reported Saturday.

The paper told CNN it obtained a copy of the deposition where Cosby said he obtained seven prescriptions for the sedative Quaaludes from a Los Angeles doctor, ostensibly for a bad back, but really to give to young women he partied with. He said the sex and drug-taking were consensual, the Times reported.

The deposition was taken 10 years ago and stems from a civil lawsuit filed by Andrea Constand — one of the dozens of women who have publicly accused the comedian of sexual assault.

Rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Arrested after Assaulting UCLA Strength & Conditioning Football Coach Sal Alosi

HIP-HOP HELICOPTER DAD ARRESTED …

42 year old rapper, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, was arrested Monday on the campus of UCLA and charged with assault with a deadly weapon after an altercation with a UCLA assistant football coach. Diddy’s son, Justin, is a  football player with the UCLA Bruins. As reported at TMZ Sports, Diddy allegedly attacked UCLA strength and conditioning coach coach with a kettlebell weight. Diddy was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon, which is a felony. Diddy was supposedly confronting the assistant coach because coach Sal Alosi was “riding Justin badly” and told him not to come back until the end of the summer. Can you say “Helicopter” dad?

According to accounts, the incident was captured on video.

TMZ Sports:

P. Diddy has been arrested for allegedly getting into a fight with a football coach at UCLA … where his son is on the team, TMZ Sports has learned.

We’re told Campus Police took the music mogul into custody early Monday afternoon. Diddy’s son, Justin Combs, is a defensive back on the team. We’re told the fight went down at the UCLA athletic facility.

One source says a strength and conditioning coach was screaming at Justin on the field during a strength and conditioning session. We’re told the coach “was riding Justin, screaming intensely at him.” Diddy watched the whole thing from the sideline.

At some point later, we’re told Diddy confronted the coach in his office and grabbed him. Diddy was arrested for assault.

UPDATE I: Football coach Jim Mora issued the following statement:

“I’m thankful that our staff showed the level of professionalism that they did in handling this situation. This is an unfortunate incident for all parties involved.  While UCPD continues to review this matter, we will let the legal process run its course and refrain from further comment at this time.”
