MISSING JUSTICE: Aruba Learned Nothing from Natalee Holloway: Like Joran Van der Sloot, Like Gary Giordano … Aruba Judge Orders Release of Murder Suspect in Death & Disappearance of Robyn Gardner

ARUBA, NO BODY NO CRIME … Oops, They Did It Again … ARUBA … THE NEW KILLING FIELDS.

Can anyone say that they are not surprised with the news out of Aruba and that they did it over an American long weekend Thanksgiving Day holiday? An Aruba judge has ordered the release of Gary Giordano without any conditions. Giordano is the 50 year old Gaithersburg, Maryland man who has been jailed in Aruba and the primary suspect in the death and disappearance of American travel companion Robyn Gardner.

A judge in Aruba on Friday ordered the release of U.S. businessman Gary Giordano, who was detained in connection with the August death of his traveling companion.

The judge said Giordano, a 50-year-old employment agency owner from Gaithersburg, Maryland,  must be freed on Tuesday without any conditions.

ITS DEJA VU ALL OVER AGAIN. If this does not reeks of the Natalee Holloway case all over again. The Aruba LE and prosecutors have done it again. They have failed to make a case, in an obvious one that Giordano killed his travel companion and will profit from her death. First we were witness to Joran Van der Sloot, Deepak Kalpoe and Satish Kalpoe being released from jail in the case of the death and disappearance of Natalee Holloway. Now Aruba has a twofer, Giordano will be released in the death and disappearance of Robyn Gardner. UNREAL. No Body, No Crime … NO JUSTICE!

Some Caribbean islands are known as tax haven shelters due to their lax rules on taxes and privacy. However, Aruba now has to be known as the “killing fields” island. How can it not be thought that if one wants to kill their girlfriend, spouse or travel companion … just go to Aruba, take out a life insurance policy in advance, make yourself the beneficiary and then kill her.  In Aruba … NO BODY NO CRIME, get you off of murder charges. Imagine knowing that all one has to do is make sure a body of your murder victim never needs to be found, and you skate. Of course not without first making sure you can make money off killing them.

To make matters worse, fresh off the miscarriage of justice in the death of Caylee Anthony in the murder trial of Casey Anthony in Orlando, FL, we have a smug Jose Baez claiming the innocence of his client Giordano, when we all know differently. One day Jose, karma is going to come back and bite you in the a$$, as it is you who does not  pass the laugh test. Wow Jose, what a limb you went out on becoming a murderers defense attorney in Aruba. Geez Vegas odds have it as even money for Aruba to ever successfully prosecute a murder suspect.

Gary Giordano’s lawyer, Jose Baez, told ABC News that Giordano would be freed Tuesday night at 8 p.m. and could be home as early as Wednesday.

“Gary had a chance to speak, and the judge listened to him,” Baez said. “He made a heartfelt plea — explained the situation.”

“Justice delayed is justice denied,” Baez said.

Prosecutors admitted that they had no body, no murder weapon and no solid motive. But over the past few months, they believed they had accumulated enough circumstantial evidence to keep him jailed for a while.

The judge thought differently.

During today’s short proceeding, Giordano was allowed to explain his situation, according to Baez, who also defended Casey Anthony.

“It doesn’t even pass the laugh test,” Baez said today on “Good Morning America.”

Casey Anthony Case & Death of Caylee to Become Movie … Imperfect Justice, by Retired Florida Prosecutor Jeff Ashton

It appears that there will be a Casey Anthony movie after all; however, with a catch … the movie is not a product of Casey Anthony, Jose Baez or Cindy & George Anthony.

According to ABC News, a TV movie is in the works based on the book by former Florida prosecutor Jeff Ashton, “Imperfect Justice, Prosecuting Casey Anthony.” The movie will go into detail regarding the Casey Anthony trial and investigation of the death of Caylee Anthony. This should be an interesting perspective and hopefully not done in a PC manner.

The book written by one of the attorneys who prosecuted Casey Anthony is now in the works to be adapted into a TV movie.

The movie will be based on the new book “Imperfect Justice, Prosecuting Casey Anthony”  by retired Florida prosecutor Jeff Ashton, according to Fox Television Studios spokeswoman Leslie Oren, who said that the studio has optioned the book.

Oren said that the film is being developed for the Lifetime cable network, but is in its early stages. Lifetime has yet to give the green light to the project.

The movie will examine the case through the eyes of a man who believes she escaped justice. Ya think? Have at it. How long will it be before Casey, Baez and the A’s are suing for slander and libel?

“I have seen my share of liars, but never one quite like this,” Ashton writes, according to the Orlando Sentinel.

Legacy of Caylee Anthony … Florida Looks to Make Lying about Missing Children to Become a Felony Offense … Too Bad its Not Retroactive for Casey Anthony

It is the backlash of the Casey Anthony murder verdict where a jury failed to provide Justice for Caylee.

Florida politicians are looking to make it a felony offense to lie to law enforcement when a child goes missing, is hurt or killed. This is in direct response to the outrage and miscarriage of justice in the murder trial of Casey Anthony in the death of her daughter Caylee.  Casey Anthony was acquitted of murdering her daughter by a clueless jury but convicted of four counts of misleading law enforcement officers. Hardly justice, especially when most common sense thinking people believe that Casey Anthony was guilty as sin.

A special state Senate committee created in response to the death of 2-year-old Caylee Anthony and acquittal of her mother, Casey, wants to make it a felony to lie to law enforcement officials when a child goes missing and is hurt or killed, punishable by five years in prison.

Sen. Joe Negron, R-Stuart, chairman of the Select Committee on Protecting Florida’s Children, proposed revising the law that currently classifies lying to law enforcement officials investigating crimes as a misdemeanor. Negron’s measure would make it a third-degree felony for anyone to “knowingly and willfully” give false information to law enforcement officers conducting an investigation involving a child 16 years of age or younger.

Florida Senator Joe Negron is not looking to create a new law; however, looks to make it a third-degree felony for intentionally and willfully misleading law enforcement when a child is missing.  Had this law been in place when the Casey Anthony murder trial took place this past summer, Casey Anthony could have received up to 20 years behind bars instead of just four for lying to police who were investigating the disappearance of her 2 year-old daughter, Caylee,

Anthony’s acquittal on murder charges prompted Florida legislators to file a flurry of “Caylee’s Law” measures, but Negron said he did not want to craft a new law specifically in response to the Anthony verdict. Unlike the other bills, Negron said he would not attach the child’s name to the measure.

“But the bottom line is, if your child is missing and you’re intentionally and willfully misleading law enforcement, that’s evil behavior and it won’t be tolerated. By making it a third-degree felony, I think we’re making that statement,” he said.

Casey Anthony Jurors’ Names Be Released Tuesday, But Will They? (Update: Names Revealed)

The names of the jurors in the Casey Anthony murder trial in the death of her daughter Casey Anthony are supposed to be released today. But will the names of the Anthony jury, better known as the Ship of Fools, who inexplicably declared Casey Anthony “not guilty as sin” in the murder of Casey? The names were originally withheld from the public for their safety.

Court administration “may release the names only of the fourteen seated jurors who have not already voluntarily released their names in this matter, on or after October 25, 2011,” Judge Belvin Perry ruled on July 26.

Two of the five alternate jurors voluntarily revealed their identities after the not guilty verdict was announced, and one of the twelve who participated in deliberations allowed her name to be released when she did media interviews about the decision. A few others, including the jury foreman, have given interviews but remained anonymous.

Perry authorized the release of the remaining jurors’ names nearly four months after the trial ended because “such a ‘cooling-off’ period fairly balances the public’s access to information and the jurors’ safety.”

UPDATE I: The Ship of Fools Casey Anthony jurors names are revealed.  So has the cooling off period worked? Time will tell. However, one thing is for certain, these folks might be in more of a name change than Casey Anthony. For the rest of their lives these people will be haunted by the fact that they let a most likely murderer go free.

The jurors are Joan Meier, Raymond Screen, Linda Bills, Harriet White, Brian Berling, Kimberly Kimball, Kathleen Nighland, James Kearns, Ronald Robertson, David Angelo, Mary Fuhr and Jennifer Ford.

Alternate jurors whose names were not previously released are Elizabeth Jones and Heather Feuerhake.

Alternate jurors Dean Edward Eckstadt and Russell William Huekler already voluntarily revealed their identities publicly.

EXIT QUESTION: How many people will shoe up to the jurors homes for Halloween dressed like Casey Anthony … Trick or Treat.
