President Donald Trump to FBI Director James Comey … You’re Fired!!!

IT IS ABOUT TIME COMEY WAS FIRED …

Upon the recommendations of both Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and Attorney General Jeff Sessions, President Donald Trump has fired FBI Director James Comey. This has been a long time in coming and it is about time. In typical hypocritically fashion, Democrats are suddenly up in arms after they had previously called for Comey’s head. It was just a couple of weeks ago that Hillary Clinton blamed Comey for her losing the 2016 presidential election.

Before you think that the Hillary email and private server scandal was the only thing that Comey botched, think again, there was more, much more. Comey should have been fired a long time ago; however, Obama did not have the CO-JONES to do so. Democrats know damn well they had lost confidence in Comey, they just have to show outrage to their constituents because they could never agree with something Trump did.

FBI Director James Comey has been fired, according to the White House.

“Today, President Donald J. Trump informed FBI Director James Comey that he has been terminated and removed from office,” the White House statement reads.

“President Trump acted based on the clear recommendations of both Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and Attorney General Jeff Sessions,” the statement continues.

Comey’s termination was read to him over the phone while he was traveling for the bureau in Los Angeles, two FBI sources told ABC News. He was there for a field office inspection and a recruitment event this evening that’s part of the FBI’s efforts to boost diversity. A separate FBI official told ABC News that Comey first learned of his firing by seeing news reports on TV. The official said Comey was “surprised, really surprised” and was “caught flat-footed.”

The letter from Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein credits Comey with being “an articulate and persuasive public speaker about leadership” but goes on to note that he “cannot defend the Director’s handling of the conclusion of the investigation of Secretary Clinton’s emails, and I do not understand his refusal to accept the nearly universal judgment that he was mistaken.”

“Almost everyone agrees that the Director made serious mistakes; it is one the few issues that unites people of diverse perspectives,” Rosenstein writes.

Rosenstein says in the letter that it was wrong of Comey to say that the investigation into Clinton’s private email server should be closed and that no charges should be issued.

The letter goes on to allege that Comey was wrong to later “hold press conferences to release derogatory information about the subject of a declined criminal investigation.”

I GUESS THIS WAS ONE WAY OF ENDING O’REILLY’S REIGN AS THE #1 CABLE TV NEWS SHOW …

For over 20 years at Fox News and 15 years as the #1 cable news show in America, Bill O’Reilly is out at Fox following a myriad of sexual harassment allegations against him. According to past NY Time reports, 21st Century Fox had repeatedly stood by him even as he and the company reached settlements with five women who had complained about sexual harassment or other inappropriate behavior by him. The parent company fears there may be more. It is both hard and sad to believe the story of the rise and meteoric fall of Bill O’Reilly. How does one go from #1 and #1 by a mile and forever to out immediately? The allegations are there of sexual harassment and the stories are their of the LEFT’s agenda to destroy anyone on the right. My belief is like many stories like this, the truth lies some where in-between. I do not condone sexual harassment in any shape or form, but the LEFT needs to stop their selective approach to who they attack and try to destroy. Can we say Bill Clinton? Mum was the word from the liberal media and the LEFT when it came to the not sexual harassment claims, but sexual assault and even rape.

Bill O’Reilly’s reign as the top-rated host in cable news came to an abrupt and embarrassing end on Wednesday as Fox News forced him out after the disclosure of a series of sexual harassment allegations against him and an internal investigation that turned up even more.

Mr. O’Reilly and his employers came under intense pressure after an article by The New York Times on April 1 revealed how Fox News and its parent company, 21st Century Fox, had repeatedly stood by him even as he and the company reached settlements with five women who had complained about sexual harassment or other inappropriate behavior by him. The agreements totaled about $13 million.

Since then, more than 50 advertisers had abandoned his show, and women’s rights groups had called for him to be fired. Inside the company, women expressed outrage and questioned whether top executives were serious about maintaining a culture based on “trust and respect,” as they had promised last summer when another sexual harassment scandal led to the ouster of Roger E. Ailes as chairman of Fox News.

Bill O’Reilly … The Spin Stops Here, literally

There is a note to the LEFT, Bill O’Reilly was far from a conservative as you claim. He was more a a centrist. In my opinion the story is a sad one all the way around as I believe their is truth on all sides. O’Reilly has an ego the size of Texas, it would be naive to think he did not say certain things and it appears that Fox News had an environment conducive to this type of behavior. Then again, she network tries to promote attractive individuals. No one knows the full truth. Upon being let go from Fox, O’Reilly issued a statement.

“Over the past 20 years at Fox News, I have been extremely proud to launch and lead one of the most successful news programs in history, which has consistently informed and entertained millions of Americans and significantly contributed to building Fox into the dominant news network in television,” O’Reilly said.

“It is tremendously disheartening that we part ways due to completely unfounded claims. But that is the unfortunate reality many of us in the public eye must live with today. I will always look back on my time at Fox with great pride in the unprecedented success we achieved and with my deepest gratitude to all my dedicated viewers. I wish only the best for Fox News Channel.”

To end, I will say this probably could have been handled much better by all involved.

Ex-Clinton volunteer Dan Grilo Condemned & Loses Job After Vile & Hateful Tweet at widow of fallen SEAL William “Ryan” Owens

Dan Grilo, a former volunteer for both Hillary Clinton and President Barack Obama, who appears to be so full of Trump hate that he cannot contain himself, attacked the widow of Navy Seal William “Ryan” Owens on Twitter saying, “Sorry, Owens’ wife, you’re not helping yourself or your husband’s memory by standing there and clapping like an idiot. Trump just used you.” Does the LEFT have no shame? Grillo’s reaction was following the moment from Trump’s Address to Congress where he honored the widow and the memory of her fallen husband, Navy Seal William “Ryan” Owens. What kind of a vile individual makes these types of comments to the widow of a Navy Seal killed why protecting the very liberties and freedoms that allow a LEFTY like this to make such a comment?

What rock did this individual crawl out from? After these hateful comments to such an amazing moment, he might want to crawl back there real fast.

A former Hillary Clinton volunteer drew swift condemnation — and lost his job — after mocking the widow of a fallen Navy SEAL who was honored by the president during his congressional address Tuesday night.

Dan Grilo, who said in his Twitter profile that he was a former volunteer for both Hillary Clinton and President Barack Obama, made the remarks after Trump paid tribute to Carryn Owens. She is the widow of U.S. Navy SEAL William “Ryan” Owens, who was killed in a counterterrorism raid in Yemen last month.

“Our veterans have delivered for this nation—and now we must deliver for them,” Trump said, eliciting an extended standing ovation from the entire chamber for a visibly emotional Owens.

“Ryan died as he lived: a warrior, and a hero – battling against terrorism and securing our nation,” Trump said.

While widely regarded as the most powerful moment of the night, Grilo was not impressed. Responding to a tweet from L.A. Times reporter Matt Pearce, who noted that Owens was crying and overwhelmed, Grilo tweeted:

“Sorry, Owens’ wife, you’re not helping yourself or your husband’s memory by standing there and clapping like an idiot. Trump just used you.”

UPDATE I: Dan Grilo, the pathetic LEFTY who attacked Carryn Owens, the widow of U.S. Navy SEAL William “Ryan” Owens, on Twitter for being a special guest of President Trump  for his joint Address to Congress has been fired from his job.

In a statement, the company said that while the message was from his personal account, “his comments were inconsistent with the Company’s values.”

“Regardless of whether the comments in the tweet were intended to cause the hurt and anger that they ultimately generated, they were unacceptable to us, and the individual who issued the tweet is no longer affiliated with Liberty,” the statement said.

The Limited is Closing All of Its 250 Stores Nationwide

The WAPO is reporting that The Limited is going to close all of its 250 stories nationwide. That is correct, The Limited, a women’s clothing chain that propelled central Ohio into a major retail player nationally, will close all of its remaining stores on Sunday. In a statement Friday, the company said that its website, TheLimited.com, “will continue operations after the store closings.” However, the website reads “all sales final” and a number of items were not available in all sizes and colors.

The Limited has posted a message on its website saying it is closing all of its 250 stores nationwide, a move that would make the women’s apparel chain the latest big-name retailer to be wounded by shoppers’ growing preference for online shopping and “fast fashion.”

The posting said that the chain’s website would continue to be open for business.

There had been a steady drumbeat of evidence that trouble was brewing at The Limited. During the December shopping rush, the store’s 80 percent off deals and its sudden decision to disallow returns seemed more characteristic of a fire sale than a holiday bonanza.

And reports have cropped up across the country of individual store closures in recent weeks: Shoppers in the Washington region were notified by e-mail that the Pentagon City store was closing. News outlets in places such as Indianapolis, Albany, N.Y., and central Illinois reported that their local Limited stores were shuttering.

A spokesman told the Associated Press that the company will shut its stores by Sunday and that the closures would result in about 4,000 job cuts.

The Limited was once a cornerstone of one of retailing’s most formidable empires. Founded in 1963 by Leslie H. “Les” Wexner, the store was a 2,000-square-foot box named for its limited assortment of women’s apparel.

Macy’s Closing 68 Stores & Cutting 10,000 Jobs

MAYBE IT WASN’T A SMART IDEA TO STOP SELLING TRUMP BRAND MERCHANDISE …

According to reports, Macy’s will be closing 68 stores and eliminating 10,000 jobs between now and mid-2017. The announcement was issued alongside an unfavorable earnings report, showing comparable store sales dipped 2.1% last quarter. This will leave only about 660 stores open in the United States. Obviously, the trend is to do on-line selling and will continue to be that way going forward. One has to wonder how much revenue was lost in the wake of the Macy’s decision to no longer carry Trump products. Seeing the outcome of the 2016 presidential election, one might call Macy’s business decision a “HUGE” mistake.

After seeing sales drop during the holidays, Macy’s said Wednesday it has either closed or will shutter 68 stores and cut an additional 6,200 positions at a time when shoppers are going online to buy everything from scarves to lipstick.

Of the 68 stores out of 730 in total, nine closings had been previously announced and three locations have already shut down. But the retail giant revealed the locations of the remaining 59 stores, which will be shuttered by the middle of this year and affect 3,900 employees, some of whom may be offered jobs at other locations.

Some of the stores are relatively new to the chain. The Macy’s store in the Eastland center in Columbus, Ohio, opened in 2006, and has 73 employees. Some, however, are historic or have been around for decades. Macy’s said it will shutter its store in downtown Minneapolis opened in 1902, where it has 280 employees.

Additionally the retail giant says that it will be cutting “layers of management” at its central operations, and paring the number of managers supporting stores, making up the bulk of 6,200 jobs that will be lost.
