Greta Van Susteren Says the Obama White House Pressured Her to Get FOX News Reporter to Back Down on Benghazi Investigation
More dirty Chicago-style politics and shredding of the First Amendment by the Obama Administration …
FOX News’ Greta Van Susteren admitted Friday in “Off the Record” that she was called by the Obama White House and pressured to get Fox News reporter Jennifer Griffin (VIDEO) to back down on her Benghazi investigation. So much for The US Constitution, the First Amendment and Freedom of the Press. Of course we know the rest of the lapdog media was more than willing to oblige Obama.
“Since day one of Benghazi FOX News has been aggressively investigating. It hasn’t been easy. It’s been more like pulling teeth to get answers from the Obama administration. The Obama administration’s behavior post Benghazi has been weird. Like they’re trying to hide something. First that silly story about that video. Remember Susan Rice on all the Sunday talk shows? Even President Obama kept talking about the video for weeks. So FOX continued to press for information … A few weeks later when FOX news reporter Jennifer Griffin said she was told there was a stand-down order at Benghazi, I got a weird call from the Obama administration trying to pressure me to get Jennifer to back down on her report. I thought the call from the Obama administration was dirty. Incidentally, I don’t control my colleagues and they don’t control me.”

Senate Intelligence Committee Chair Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) Says President Obama ‘Too Cautious’ on ISIS
Barack Obama, the Ditherer in Chief …
This Sunday on Meet the Press, Senate Intelligence Committee Chair Dianne Feinstein called Barack Obama a ditherer in dealing with ISIS. Host Andra Mitchell asked, “The fact is, they have been on the march now for months, if not years. So why does the president still say we don’t have a strategy yet? The Democrat Senator from California Feinstein’s exact response was, “I think I’ve learned one thing about this president, and that is he’s very cautious. Maybe in this instance, too cautious.” In other words, a ditherer.
dith•er (definition)
- to be uncertain or indecisive
- state of indecision
- to act irresolutely; vacillate.
- To be nervously irresolute in acting or doing
ditherer – noun: a person who dawdles or is indecisive, pictorial definition, see Barack Obama.
Meet the Press Transcript, Aug 31, 2014:
ANDREA MITCHELL: The fact is, they have been on the march now for months, if not years. So why does the president still say we don’t have a strategy yet? Doesn’t that project weakness from the White House?
DIANNE FEINSTEIN: Well, I mean, I know what you want me to say. But I’m not going to say it in that sense. I think I’ve learned one thing about this president, and that is he’s very cautious. Maybe in this instance, too cautious. I do know that the military, I know that the State Department, I know that others have been putting plans together.
And so hopefully, those plans will coalesce into a strategy that can encourage that coalition from Arab nations, Jordan’s at jeopardy, Lebanon’s at jeopardy, the UAA and other countries are in jeopardy. So there is good reason for people to come together now and begin to approach this as a very real threat, that it in fact is.
ANDREA MITCHELL: The president back in January told The New Yorker magazine, David Remnick, that ISIS is the JV team. That was clearly wrong.
DIANNE FEINSTEIN: Well, I think it’s wrong too. I think it’s a major varsity team. And if you want to use those kinds of monikers. But I see nothing that compares with its viciousness. I’ve been on the intelligence committee now since before 9/11, and I’ve watched this evolution of non-state actors into world terror very carefully and closely.
And this is really the first group that has the wherewithal in terms of financing, the fighting machine in terms of a structure– a heavy equipment, heave explosives, the ability to move quickly, I mean, they crossed the border into Iraq before we even knew it happened. So this is a group of people who are extraordinarily dangerous. And they’ll kill with abandon

Sarah Palin Says … “It’s Time to Impeach” President Barack Obama … “If after all this He’s not Impeachable, Then no one is.”
NO MAS … It is time to impeach Barack Obama.
From Breitbart.com, former Alaska governor and Republicans Vice-Presidential candidate Sarah Palin says, “Enough is enough of the years of abuse from this president.” Honestly, I could not agree with Palin more. Obama has been either the most inept president ever or worse, he is intentionally trying to destroy America from within. There have been one too many scandals, one too many purposeful harmful polices and one too many dereliction of Obama’s duties. As Sarah Palin wrote, “President Obama’s rewarding of lawlessness, including his own, is the foundational problem here.” As Palin ended her oped with, “If after all this he’s not impeachable, then no one is.”
Enough is enough of the years of abuse from this president. His unsecured border crisis is the last straw that makes the battered wife say, “no mas.”
Without borders, there is no nation. Obama knows this. Opening our borders to a flood of illegal immigrants is deliberate. This is his fundamental transformation of America. It’s the only promise he has kept. Discrediting the price paid for America’s exceptionalism over our history, he’s given false hope and taxpayer’s change to millions of foreign nationals who want to sneak into our country illegally. Because of Obama’s purposeful dereliction of duty an untold number of illegal immigrants will kick off their shoes and come on in, competing against Americans for our jobs and limited public services. There is no end in sight as our president prioritizes parties over doing the job he was hired by voters to do. Securing our borders is obviously fundamental here; it goes without saying that it is his job.
The federal government is trillions of dollars in debt; many cities are on the verge of insolvency; our overrun healthcare system, police forces, social services, schools, and our unsustainably generous welfare-state programs are stretched to the max. We average Americans know that. So why has this issue been allowed to be turned upside down with our “leader” creating such unsafe conditions while at the same time obstructing any economic recovery by creating more dependents than he allows producers? His friendly wealthy bipartisan elite, who want cheap foreign labor and can afford for themselves the best “border security” money can buy in their own exclusive communities, do not care that Obama tapped us out.
It’s time to impeach; and on behalf of American workers and legal immigrants of all backgrounds, we should vehemently oppose any politician on the left or right who would hesitate in voting for articles of impeachment.
The many impeachable offenses of Barack Obama can no longer be ignored. If after all this he’s not impeachable, then no one is.
Sarah Palin reminds us … How’s that “Hopey-Changey” stuff workin’ out for ya?
WH Mouthpiece Jay Carney Cannot Answer a Simple Yes-or-No Question as to Whether Barack Obama Has Confidence in VA Sec. Shinseki in Wake of VA Scandal
VA-GATE: REALLY JAY … YES OR NO, IT IS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!
White House press secretary Jay Carney was asked several times today by multiple reporters if President Barack Obama had confidence in embattled Veterans Affairs Secretary Gen. Eric Shinseki. It was a simple yes or no question that Carney could not and did not answer. In the video below, ABC News reporter John Karl asked Carney a very simple yes-or-no question: “Does the president have confidence in General Shinseki?” The response from Carney turned into a reading of ‘War and Peace’. Carney went on to SAY, “The president believes and is confident that Secretary Shinseki has served this nation admirably, heroically as a soldier, as a general and that he has accomplished some very important things as secretary of Veterans Affairs, and I listed them, but they include extending education benefits, reducing veterans homelessness, and reducing the size of the backlog for disability claims while expanding vastly the number of veterans who can make a claim.” Um, Carney has the audacity, even after the release of the Department of Veterans Affairs inspector general’s office report that substantiated recent claims of inappropriate scheduling practices and secret waiting lists. REALLY?
How can the VA problem be a top priority of Obama and his mouthpiece cannot answer a yes or no question about confidence in the head of Veteran Affairs? It is all about politics with Obama. Note to this WH because America is and has grown weary of its games … if you can’t say you support someone … ask them to resign.
“A very simple yes-or-no question: Does the president have confidence in General Shinseki?” ABC News reporter John Karl asked Carney.
Carney said Obama is confident that Shinseki has served the country well.
“The president believes and is confident that Secretary Shinseki has served this nation admirably, heroically as a soldier, as a general and that he has accomplished some very important things as secretary of Veterans Affairs, and I listed them, but they include extending education benefits, reducing veterans homelessness, and reducing the size of the backlog for disability claims while expanding vastly the number of veterans who can make a claim,” Carney said.
Karl followed: “Does the president right now have confidence in Secretary Shinseki, yes or no? Very simple yes-or-no question. He told us last week he did have confidence — does he have confidence now?
Carney said, “What I would point you to is what the president said on Secretary Shinseki. I’m not going to improve upon his words on this regard. He talked about accountability. I understand the wordplay, but I think what is more important.”
Karl shot back, “It’s not wordplay. It’s a very simple question. Does he have confidence in Secretary Shinseki?”
Carney stressed that fixing the VA’s problem was the top priority.
“On the issue you’re referring to when it comes to the revelations that have come to light about Phoenix and other veterans health centers, the president was deeply troubled by what we saw in the interim report from the inspector general and he awaits the preliminary report from Secretary Shinseki on the internal audit that the secretary is conducting with the assistance of roughly 200 individuals,” Carney said.
Montel Williams Gives a Passionate Speech on Memorial Day and the War on Veterans that All Should Listen To … I Dont Care About Politics, What I care About Is That This Country Lives Up to Its Obligations to Veterans
KUDOS to Montel Williams …
TV celebrity and US military veteran Montel Williams provided a speech on Memorial Day that all should listen to. He blasted both President Obama and the Congress for not acting on behalf of veterans and their required healthcare. As Montel stated, “I don’t care about politics” … what I care about is that this country live up to its obligations to its veterans. AMEN BROTHER! Williams was referring to the current VA healthcare scandal where individuals were systemically cooking the books to make it appear that veterans were being seen timely on waiting lists.
“Whether you agree with me politically or not, I know you agree with me on this, ” he said. “We can argue about whether we like football or basketball as soldiers or sailors, airmen, marine or coast guardsmen … when it comes time, we never leave a soldier on the battlefield.”
We’re at war,” Williams said, “Guys are still dying. How dare this nation treat us this way.”
