Amber Alert Issued for 6 Year Old Hailey Betts Missing Since 3/28/15 in Flint, MI … Belived to be With her Father Brett Betts (Update: Hailey Betts Found, Safe Suspect in Custody)

The Michigan State Police Flint Post has issued an Amber Alert for 6 year old Hailey Betts Saturday morning, March 28, 2015. Hailey was last seen in Bancroft, Michigan between 10 p.m. and 11 p.m. on Friday. She was apparently abducted by her father, Brett Bettes, and authorities fear she might be in danger. They two may be traveling in a teal 2000 Ford F-250 with Michigan license plate “7KJ C97. Port Huron Police Lt. Scott Pike said Brett Betts lived in Port Huron in 2010. Pike said police have been checking the area and working with the Michigan State Police.

According to WDIV, police believe Hailey may be with her father, Brett Betts. Betts is a white male around 5’9? and weighs around 165 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.

Hailey is described as a white female around 3’6? tall and weighs around 56 pounds. She has blonde hair and blue eyes. Police said it is unclear what she was wearing at the time of her disappearance, but she was last seen in Bancroft, Michigan between 10 p.m. and 11 p.m. Friday.

Officials believe the pair may be traveling in a teal 2000 Ford F-250 pick-up truck with the Michigan license plate 7KJC97.

Amber Alert Issued For 6-Year-Old Girl Feared Abducted; Might Be In Port Huron Area.

Michigan State Police say Hailey Betts was last seen with her biological father, Brett Betts, around midnight Friday at a home on Bancroft and Britton roads in Bancroft.

“There was an altercation with a family member and Betts had made threats to harm the child and harm himself, and he left,” with the child, Michigan State Police Lt. David Kaiser told WWJ’s Erika Murphy. Other circumstances about the girl’s disappearance weren’t immediately clear.

Investigators initially said the pair was traveling in a teal 2000 Ford F-250 with Michigan license plate “7KJ C97.” Police, however, located that truck in Flushing but found no signs of Hailey or Betts.

Investigators now believe someone else picked up the father and daughter, and might have transported them to the Port Huron area.

A missing child who was the subject of an Amber Alert has been found in Port Huron. Port Huron police Sgt. Christopher Frazier said 6-year-old Hailey Betts was found in a residence in the 1000 block of Seventh Street.

A suspect is in custody.

Amber Alert Issued for 9 Year Old Brianna Christine Elise Crane Missing Since 3/7/15 in Salon, Iowa … Abducted by 48 Year Old Stepfather Kenneth Eugene Johns (Found Safe, Amber Alert Cancelled, Arrest Made)

An AMBER ALERT has been issued for missing 9 year old Brianna Christine Elise Crane by the Iowa Department of Public Safety and the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office. Brianna Crane was abducted Saturday afternoon from her home in Solon, Iowa by her stepfather, 48-year-old Kenneth Eugene Johns. He is believed to possibly be armed and dangerous and driving a rental car, a 2014 dark gray Ford Focus, Gray, 4 door with Iowa license plate #CKJ484. DPS spokesman Alex Murphy stated Johns is believed to live in the Johnson County area, possibly Coralville. Kenneth Eugene Johns is considered armed and dangerous and has a previous felony conviction.

According to the Iowa Department of Corrections, Johns was paroled on Dec. 9, 2013. In 2006, he was sentenced to 25 years in prison for controlled substance violation, assault while participating in a felony and other charges. That case was in Polk County, as was a 2000 conviction for interference with official acts causing serious injury.

Authorities searching for a convicted felon who is suspected of abducting his stepdaughter from Solon this afternoon.

According to an Amber Alert issued by the Department of Public Safety and the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office, 48-year-old Kenneth Eugene Johns is accused of abducting Brianna Christine Elise Crane, 9, of Solon.

Brianna is white, 4 feet tall, 85 pounds, with blondish-brown hair and hazel eyes. Police said she was last seen wearing a plaid coat with a furry hood, blue jeans and black high tops. She is hearing impaired, authorities said.

Johns is white, 6 feet tall, 210 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes. He is clean shaven and was last seen wearing a red hooded sweatshirt, black hat, blue jeans and gray shoes.

“We do believe he is armed and dangerous; that could be a risk to our public or officers or both,” said DPS spokesman Alex Murphy. “We’re trying to play it safe.”

Police said they’re looking for a 2014 Gray Ford Focus sedan with an unknown license plate.

DESCRIPTIONS:

• Brianna Crane is from Solon, IA. She’s 9-years-old, 4 feet tall and about 85 pounds. She’s also hearing impaired. She was last seen wearing blue jeans and black high tops.
• Kenneth Eugene Johns. Johns is a 48 year old man, 6 feet tall and 210 pounds. He is clean shaven and was last seen wearing a red hooded sweat shirt, black hat, bluejeans and gray shoes.

UPDATE II: Two locations in Johnson County searched in connection with AMBER ALERT for missing 9 year old Brianna Christine Elise Crane.

Authorities have searched two homes in Johnson County in connection with a convicted felon who is suspected of abducting his stepdaughter from Solon this afternoon.

Law enforcement searched two locations in Johnson County connected with the case: one in Coralville and another in Iowa City. Coralville Police Chief Barry Bedford said the home checked by his officers was where Johns was believed to have stayed at one time and a vehicle matching the description of what Johns is driving was seen in the area. Bedford said the car turned out to belong to someone else and Johns was not found at that location.

Police in Iowa City followed up with an acquaintance of Johns’, but he was not found there either. Authorities said they had no specific reason to suspect Johns was in Iowa City.

UPDATE III: Missing Girl Found, Suspect in Amber Alert Arrested.

The suspect in Saturday’s Amber Alert has been arrested in Davenport.

The Amber Alert was cancelled after the girl was located early Sunday morning. Officials said she was in good health when she was dropped off to police by a third party.

Johns, 48, was taken into custody without incident at about 9:30 a.m. at a home in Davenport.

AMBER ALERT (Endangered Child Alert) Issued in Tennessee for Missing 9 Year Old Christopher King Ponce Abducted by William Allen Borck (Also known as William Stanley King) on 2/27/15

An Amber alert, Endangered Child Alert, has been issued by the Clarksville, TN police department for Middle Tennessee for missing 9 year old Christopher King Ponce, who was abducted by William Allen Borck. Christopher King Ponce was kidnapped by William Allen Borck, also known as William Stanley King, after a custody hearing held on February 27, 2015 in which Borck lost custody of Christopher. Following the hearing, police say that he drove to the child’s school and checked him out of class. Also, according to authorities, Borck has a history of being armed and should be approached with caution. William Allen Borck/William Stanley King is currently wanted for custodial interference and filing a false police report.

It would appear that William Allen Borck/William Stanley King is the estranged husband of the child’s mother, Yenny Ponce, and the boy’s stepfather.

Christopher is a Hispanic male, 5 feet tall and weighs approximately 80 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue, black and white coat, blue jeans, a hooded gray sweatshirt with red, blue and orange writing and tan shoes with red shoe laces. Christopher also wears glasses.

56-year-old William Allen Borck may be driving either a red pick-up truck with a camper or a red 1986 Toyota SUV Disabled TN Tag DD-1841. He stands 5’8″ tall, weighing 130 pounds with graying dark brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seeing wearing a black suit jacket, black dress pants and a black tie. He is currently wanted for Custodial Interference and Filing a False Police Report.

UPDATE I: According to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), it is believed they may be traveling from Tennessee to Mexico.

UPDATE II: Mother pleads for safe return of son abducted in Clarksville.

The mother of an abducted boy is pleading for her son’s safe return.

Yenny Ponce, who spoke to News 2 via Skype Monday, says her estranged husband took her 9-year-old Christopher King-Ponce and fled.

His mother told News 2 she planned on taking Christopher home with her to South Carolina after the hearing, but she never go the chance.

“When he heard the judge’s decision, he just ran out of court and went to the school right away to take Chris,” Ponce said. “He doesn’t really want Chris. He just wants to hurt me.”

She added, “I just want my son back.” (VIDEO)

Police have reason to believe the suspect might be taking Christopher from Tennessee to Mexico.

UPDATE III: Mother says boy’s stepfather kidnapped him to hurt her.

Yenny Ponce drove nearly 600 miles from South Carolina to Clarksville to persuade a judge to give back her 9-year-old son after the boy’s stepfather won temporary custody by making allegations she was trying to prostitute the boy.

She won back custody Friday after police said an investigation proved the stepfather was the one who posted an ad on Craigslist in an attempt to frame her.

But as Ponce of Bluffton, South Carolina, waited for the papers to be processed at the Montgomery County Courts Center, her estranged husband was racing to the boy’s school, Byrns Darden Elementary. By the time she arrived to be reunited with her child Friday afternoon, both he and his stepfather were gone.

AMBER ALERT: 3 Year Old Elinor Trotta Missing Since 2/23/15 in New Castle, DE … Abducted by 43 Year Old Mother’s Ex-boyfriend Michael Trotta (Update: Elinor Trotta Found Safe in Mass, Father Arrested)

A multi-state AMBER ALERT has been issued for missing 3 Year Old Elinor Trotta.

An Amber Alert has been issued for missing 3 year old Elinor Trotta. Police responded to a home on the 800 block of East Basin Road in New Castle, Delaware around 6:45 p.m. Monday for a report of a domestic assault. The woman told police her ex-boyfriend, 43-year-old Michael Trotta, came to the home, assaulted her and then took their 3-year-old daughter Elinor Trotta. Police state that 3 year old Elinor is in  “imminent danger” and that Michael Trotta may have fled with her to New Jersey and is possibly heading to New York City. Trotta fled with Elinor in a 1989 gray Mazda 626 with Delaware plates but that car was later found near the scene in Delaware and towed away.

Police issued a multistate AMBER ALERT and the FBI got involved in the search for a Delaware girl who police say was abducted by her father and could be in a sport utility vehicle heading through New Jersey.

Elinor, who has shoulder-length brown hair and weighs about 60 pounds, was last seen wearing a purple puffy coat, pink pants and “Frozen” sneakers. Trotta, who is described as white, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 160 pounds, with a scruffy beard and balding, was last seen wearing all black clothing.

UPDATE @ 5:38 p.m.: The Amber Alert for the state of Delaware has been canceled. Three-year-old Elinor Trotta has been located and is safe.

AMBER ALERT CANCELED: Girl Found Safe in Massachusetts, Father Arrested.

Elinor Trotta and her father Michael Trotta were both found safe in Massachusetts.

The girl and her father were found at an apartment complex in Spencer, Massachusetts Tuesday around 3:30 p.m. Trotta was walking with his daughter out of the complex when he was met by an FBI SWAT team who cornered him and arrested him without incident, police said.

AMBER Alert Issued for 6 Year Old Kloe Rose Donohoo in Corpus Christi, TX Missing Since 2/22/15 (Abducted by 19 Year Old Austin Edward Carlin)(Update: Found Safe in Ozona, TX, Carlin in Custody)

The Corpus Christi, Texas Police Department have issued an AMBER ALERT for missing 6 year old Kloe Rose Donohoo. Kloe Rose has been missing since February 22, 2015. She is believed to have been abducted by 19 year old Austin Edward Carlin and according to law enforcement officials believe this child to be in grave or immediate danger.  Carlin has a mental disability and cannot read.  Authorities believe they are traveling in a white 1998 Dodge Caravan with Texas license plate 6BZXV.

Kloe Rose Donohoo was last seen at a home on the 2002 block of Yorktown Boulevard early Sunday morning, February 22. Law enforcement said that an adult relative noticed around 4:30 a.m. that Donohoo was gone. She also discovered that the suspect, 19-year-old Austin Carlin, and her van were also gone.

UPDATE I: Missing Corpus Christi girl found safe.

An Amber Alert issued Sunday by Corpus Christi police was canceled hours later after six-year-old Kloe Rose Donohoo was found safe more than 300 miles away.

Kloe disappeared late Saturday night, taken by Austin Edward Carlin, according to police. The girl was located in Ozona, Texas along with Carlin, who was taken into custody.

Carlin was found on Interstate 10 by a Department of Public Safety trooper who heard a report over a scanner and recognized his vehicle, Corpus Christi police said. The trooper was able to secure Donohoo and took Carlin into custody.
