AMBER Alert Issued For 4 Year Old Mia Olarte Missing Since 6/8/15 in the Bronx, NY (Taken by 48 Year Old Dora Olarte During Custodial Visit)(Update: Child Found Safe)

An AMBER ALERT has been issued for 4 year old Mia Olarte missing since Monday, June 8, 2015 in the Bronx New York. Police say the mother, Dora Olarte, walked off with Mia around 5 p.m. Monday during a supervised visit at a foster care center.  The four-year-old Bronx girl is reported to have Down syndrome. Currently, the biological mother does not have custody of the child, who presently lives with a foster family.  The mother has a mental health history and prior allegations of abuse.

Mia Olarte was last seen around 4:50 p.m. Monday with her mother during a supervised visit at a foster care center on Brown Place, police said.

Her mother, 48-year-old Dora Olarte, then left the location with her daughter, police said. Dora Olarte does not have custody of the child, who currently lives with a foster family, police said.

Detectives say the little girl has Down Syndrome and requires medication. Her mother has a history of mental health issues and there are allegations of abuse, authorities said.

Mia is 2’1? tall and weighs 48 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. She was last seen wearing a pink shirt and grey pants.

Dora Estella Olarte is a Hispanic female, 5’4? tall, weighs 140 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. She was last seen wearing a white shirt and blue jeans.

A 5-year-old girl who had been missing from the Bronx has been found safe, and now her mother is facing charges.

Police canceled an AMBER Alert that was issued for Mia Olarte after police said she was taken by her biological mother, who does not have custody of the child.

The little girl was found in Corona, Queens Tuesday morning and was taken to Elmhurst Hospital for an evaluation. Police said her mother, 48-year-old Dora Olarte, was also located.

An AMBER ALERT has been issued in Texas for 9 year old Caitlyn Elizabeth Williams who has been missing since Friday, May 23, 2015 in Benbrook, TX. Caitlyn Williams was last seen Friday, May 23 when she was supposed to spend the weekend with a friend, but did not return home Sunday. However, her parents did not report her missing until  Monday. Police say they discovered Caitlyn never made it to her friend’s house that Friday. The FBI has joined the investigation of her disappearance.

UPDATE I: Police have issued an arrest warrant for the girl’s uncle, 24-year-old Jessie Nicholas Williams.

Police say Caitlyn and her uncle were spotted twice over the weekend, at a hotel and a hair salon.

Caitlyn is white, 4-foot-4 and about 95 pounds. She has long brown hair, but police suspect it may have been cut at the salon. She was wearing bluejeans and a yellow shirt with “Benbrook Field Day” written on it. She was last seen riding a pink, purple and white bicycle near her home in the 1100 block of Wade Hampton Street.

Jessie Williams is described as white, 5-foot-10 and 220 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

A warrant was issued for the arrest of Williams, who’s accused of kidnapping his niece.

Benbrook police say they believe missing 9-year-old Caitlyn Williams’ hair may have been cut to change her appearance.

Authorities issued an Amber Alert for the girl, who police say was taken by her uncle, 24-year-old Jessie Nicholas Williams of Arlington. A warrant was issued for the arrest of Williams, who’s accused of kidnapping his niece.

According to Police Chief James Mills, the uncle and niece have been spotted twice in the North Texas area since she was last seen Friday afternoon.

They were first spotted at a hotel on Altamesa Boulevard off Interstate 35 in Fort Worth, and were also seen at a beauty salon off Bryant Irvin Road.

Police say the uncle, who has no history of mental illness, is driving a rented Chevy SUV.

UPDATE III: Search for Benbrook girl ends at Louisiana motel.

Nine-year-old Caitlyn Williams, missing since Friday, was found safe in Bossier City, Louisiana on Tuesday, according to the Benbrook Police Department.

The suspect in the case and Caitlyn’s uncle, Jessie Nicholas Williams, was killed in a struggle with authorities.

An FBI task force member was shot in the leg during the incident, but he is expected to recover, a Benbrook police spokesman said. The federal agency confirmed to News 8 that tips led agents to the Louisiana motel. They had been tracking his cell phone and credit card activities.

Amber Alert: Girl Found Safe in Louisiana, Uncle Killed.

A missing 9-year-old Benbrook girl abducted by her uncle is safe in Bossier City, Louisiana, Benbrook police say, after her uncle was killed in a struggle with an FBI Task Force officer Tuesday afternoon.

Benbrook Police Officer Sandy Eubanks said Tuesday afternoon that a tip led law enforcement to a motel room where the girl’s uncle was killed during a struggle with law enforcement.

“The Amber Alert that was issued resulted in numerous tips that led officers to a motel room in Bossier City, Louisiana. Just a little bit earlier, the FBI attempted to take the suspect into custody. An FBI Task Force officer was shot and wounded and the suspect was killed. The child was safely recovered,” Eubanks said.

The wounded officer, whose name has not been released, was shot in the leg and is expected to recover.  Police were not able to comment on the condition of the 9-year-old girl, though they did say she is expected to be reunited with her parents in North Texas soon.

An AMBER ALERT was issued Friday night by the Virginia State Police and the Virginia Missing Children Clearinghouse for 2 year old Jameson R. Linberry-Pollard who went missing May 1, 2015. The toddler is believed to be in danger and was last seen at 13034 Walnut Shade Lane in Ashland, VA. The police believe the child is with his father, Jason Pollard. They are believed to be traveling in a white 2002 Nissan Altima with Virginia Registration, VBU-1115.

UPDATE I: Hanover authorities searching for missing man, 2-year-old.

Deputies are searching for a man who may be suffering from the symptoms of bi-polar disorder and his 2-year-old son after the two left his home on Thursday.

Jason Pollard, 24, and his son, Jameson- or “Jimmy” as he’s known to his family, were last seen leaving his home in the 13000 block of Walnut Shade Lane around 2:30 p.m. in a 2002 white Nissan four door sedan with a Virginia license plate VBU1115.

His family tells NBC12, Jason’s cell phone was found crushed on nearby route 54.

His girlfriend, Jessica Krebs says Pollard, who has diagnosed bipolar disorder, hasn’t been taking medicine over the last several days.

She tells NBC12, Jason has disappeared before, but never with their son.

The Hanover Sheriff’s Office tells NBC12, Jason disappeared last month for a week and was found in South Carolina.

Authorities asked people to call the Hanover Sheriff’s Office at 804-365-6140 or the State Police at 800-822-4453.

UPDATE II: Missing child from Ashland found in North Carolina.

Deputies from the Hanover County Sheriff’s Office said Saturday that a missing two-year-old and his father had been found in Greenville, North Carolina.

North Carolina Highway Patrol pulled 24-year-old Jason Pollard over for speeding.

His son, Jameson Linberry-Pollard, appeared to be in good health. His mother was on her way to reunite with him Saturday night.

AMBER ALERT ISSUED IN BOWLING GREEN, KY …

An Amber Alert has been issued for missing 5 year old Aubrey Madison Johnson who was abducted by 21 year old Rique Griffin in Bowling Green, Kentucky. According to police, the mother and child were with the suspect and got into a fight this morning, Thursday, April 16, while traveling down Morgantown Road. The suspect, Rique Griffin, then assaulted the mother and abducted the child. The altercation reportedly occurred around 2:30 a.m. The vehicle Griffin is driving is described as a silver Ford Expedition SUV; however, no plate number was available.

Bowling Green police say the mother and child were with the suspect and got into an altercation this morning while traveling down Morgantown Road. The suspect then reportedly assaulted the mother and took the child.

The vehicle is described as a Ford Explorer SUV, but no vehicle color or plate number was available.

The suspect is a black male, Rique Griffin, age 21 with black hair, 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 165 pounds. He has a Mohawk style haircut with dreads, a scar over his right eye that is a vein, a tattoo on the neck and “ATL” tattoos on both arms.

The child, Aubrey Johnson is a black female 2 feet 5 inches tall, with black hair, brown eyes, weighing 35 pounds. She has a chipped front tooth, a scar on her left thigh and both ears pierced. She was last seen wearing a button-down jean shirt, jeans with white flowers, no shoes and a lime green bow in her hair with a ponytail.

AMBER ALERT Issued for 12 Year Old Ashley Schoenecke Missing Since 4/7/15 in Choctaw, OK (Update: Amber Alert Canceled, Still Missing, Considered Run Away)

An AMBER ALERT has been issued for 12 year old Ashley Schoenecke who has been missing since Tuesday, April 7, 2015 in Choctaw, Oklahoma.  Ashley was last seen taking out the trash at her home on SE 29th St. around 7:30 p.m. Tuesday evening. According to authorities, an eyewitness saw an older white male driving a Nissan Quest stop, get out of the vehicle, and open a door to the vehicle and Schoenecke enter the vehicle. There was no license plate information available. The witnesses described the vehicle as having tinted windows and rusty wheels. According to the Amber Alert, the suspect’s name is unknown; however, he was described as a white male approximately 60-70 years old.

According to the Sheriff’s office, an eyewitness saw an older white male driving a Nissan Quest stop, get out of the vehicle, and open a door to the vehicle.

Ashley Schoenecke is a white female, 5 feet 3 inches tall, and weighs 130 lbs.

She was wearing a yellow shirt and black shorts.

UPDATE I: AMBER ALERT Canceled … However, 12 Year Old Girl still missing.

The Amber Alert for Ashley Schoenecke has been canceled by the Oklahoma County Sheriff.

She is still considered missing, but officials believe she ran away of her own free will.

UPDATE II: Amber Alert canceled for missing Oklahoma Co. child … Abduction story was made up.

Are you kidding me, the younger brother made up the kidnapping story? This kid would be grounded until he was 18.

Ashley Schoenecke was last seen taking out trash at her home on the 13000 block of Southeast 29th Street in Oklahoma City at approximately 7:30 p.m Tuesday.

Authorities say the girl’s younger brother made up the story about the abduction.

Deputies are now treating this as a runaway case, but they say Schoenecke is still missing.
