Donald Trump and Ben Carson Threaten to Boycott The Next GOP Debate on CNBC (Update: CNBC Caves to Demands)
TRUMP AND CARSON THREATEN TO SKIP THE CNBC DEBATE …
The two outsider, non-establishment GOP candidates, Donald Trump and Ben Carson, have threatened to boycott the upcoming GOP debates on CNBC after the networked changed the rules in extending the debate time from 2 to 3 hours. The problem does not just seem to be the extension of the the time, but instead it appears that CNBC wants to add extra ad time so to make money. REALLY? CNBC is the business channel arm of the NBC, but looking ti make a buck off of what is supposed to be an informative Q&A with presidential hopefuls?
The political Odd Couple take it to CNBC
What would a GOP presidential primary debate be if it did not have the two front running candidates? Without Trump and Carson, CNBC can expect to have an audience of whatever the total count make up is the remaining candidates family and friends.
Donald Trump and Ben Carson are both threatening to boycott the next Republican presidential debate if CNBC, who is hosting the event, and the Republican National Committee do not change the stated format of the event.
“Neither Mr. Trump or Dr. Carson will participate in your debate if it is longer than 120 minutes including commercials and does not include opening and closing statements,” the letter, obtained exclusively by NBC News and signed by both candidates, reads.
They take issue with CNBC’s plans for a debate that doesn’t include opening and closing statements, and runs two hours plus up to another 16 minutes in commercial breaks. According to Politico, CNBC distributed a memo outlining these plans that indicated all candidates had agreed to them.
In the letter, the candidates write that “neither of our campaigns agreed to either the length you propose or your ban on opening or closing statements. In fact, neither of our campaigns were even consulted.”
UPDATE I: CNBC Caves to Trump and Carson debate Demands.
CNBC has agreed to limit its Republican primary debate later this month to two hours, acquiescing to the demands of Donald Trump and other GOP campaigns, CNN has confirmed.
A source with knowledge of the decision said the Republican National Committee was putting in calls to the campaigns on Friday morning to inform them of the new format, which will cap the debate to two hours, including commercials.
Early Friday morning, Trump tweeted that CNBC had agreed to limit the Oct. 28 debate to two hours.
“Fantastic news for all, especially the millions of people who will be watching!” he wrote.

Barack Obama & MSM Wrong Again on Russia: Obama to Romney During Presidential Debate … The Cold War Is Over
So who remembers this exchange between Barack Obama and Mitt Romney during the 2012 Presidential debates?
FLASHBACK … During the debate Obama mocked Romney in a condescending tone, that it was just a few months ago when Romney was asked was was the United States greatest Geo-political threat, Romney said Russia. Obama then responded with the wise-ass comment, “the 1980′s are now calling and asking for their foreign policy back”. Barack Obama stated that the Cold War was over between Russia and the United States. REALLY? The situation between Putin and Obama these days is little very Cold War’ish, isn’t it? Who wants to now admit that Romney was 100% correct and Obama is just a fool looking to just make ignorant, juvenile sound bytes? C’mon LIBS, we are all waiting for the apology.
Hmm, so I wonder what Obama has to say for himself now about Russia? As Obama and Putin are in a pissing contest over Russian planes bombing targets in Syria. Russia and Putin are vehemently defending the Syrian airstrikes and denies targeting U.S. backed rebels as Obama claims just the opposite.
How could a President be so wrong and ignorant on every issue and still get elected by We the People. There are many people to blame for this but ultimately the blame lays at the hands of the America people. Maybe you will pay the hell attention in 2016 before this country is ruined for all times.

GOP Debate II: Donald Trump’s Best Liunes and Zingers of the CNN Republican Debate … “He (Obama) Just Doesn’t Have Courage, There is Something Missing From Our President.”
Republican GOP Debate on CNN …
It was the Donald Trump show once again as all of the other GOP candidates tried to knock The Donald off his perch. However, as usual Trump got off some zingers and lines that will be covered by the media in the post-debate analysis. Probably his best ones were pointed at Jeb Bush, especially when he said the following … “Your brother and your brother’s administration gave us Barack Obama.” Followed up with the disappointment with George W. Bush’s presidency made it impossible to elect a Republican to succeed him: “It was such a disaster those last three months that Abraham Lincoln couldn’t have been elected.”
Love him, hate him or if you are indifferent, Trump has a point.
The Politco: Trumped: His 14 most memorable debate lines.
Donald Trump did it again. After an explosive first debate in which Trump clashed with the moderators and stole the show, the bomb-throwing frontrunner came out swinging at the second Republican debate in Simi Valley, California, on Wednesday. He dissed Rand Paul (twice), put down George Pataki and hit Jeb Bush with a backhanded compliment. He also had plenty of praise — for himself and his business record.
Here are his 14 most quotable lines from the second Republican debate. (read here)

- As you know, these commentaries are pre-recorded so I don’t know at the time of recording how the debate went. I do know that CNN is hoping for some “fireworks” between candidates as it would be good for ratings!
