YOU LIE … VP Joe Biden During Debate Contradicts State Department on Benghazi Security … Said “We” Didn’t Know of Requests for more Security in Libya .. UM, Really?
Did Joe Biden lie through his pearly, ultra white teeth last night with regards to Benghazi and requests for more security in Libya? Or was this when Obama had locked Joe away in a closet so that he would not commit any gaffes?
Following the VP debate, even NBC’s Andrea Mitchell caught Biden’s less than honest answer with regards to Beghazi. Biden seemed to throw the Intelligence community under the bus and blamed them for the info they had at hand. Then Biden leveled the whopper of the evening … “We were not told that they wanted more security”. HUH? Ok America, forget that Biden was smirking and acting like a jerk and a cranky old man, he just lied to America on Benghazi and why there was not more security. As Powerline refers to it … the Libya Dodge.
Take a good look as to what was said just a day earlier during House hearings under oath on Benghazi and who knew what, who asked for what and when. It was a far different story than what Joe Biden spouted off during the debate.
Vice President Joe Biden claimed that the administration wasn’t aware of requests for more security in Libya before the Sept. 11 attacks on the U.S. mission in Benghazi during Thursday night’s debate, contradicting two State Department officials and the former head of diplomatic security in Libya.
“We weren’t told they wanted more security. We did not know they wanted more security there,” Biden said.
In fact, two security officials who worked for the State Department in Libya at the time testified Thursday that they repeatedly requested more security and two State Department officials admitted they had denied those requests.
“All of us at post were in sync that we wanted these resources,” the top regional security officer in Libya over the summer, Eric Nordstrom, testified. “In those conversations, I was specifically told [by Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Charlene Lamb] ‘You cannot request an SST extension.‘ I determined I was told that because there would be too much political cost. We went ahead and requested it anyway.”
Nordstrom was so critical of the State Department’s reluctance to respond to his calls for more security that he said, “For me, the Taliban is on the inside of the building.”
“We felt great frustration that those requests were ignored or just never met,” testified Lt. Col. Andrew Wood, a Utah National Guardsman who was leading a security team in Libya until August.
House Oversight Committee Chairman Darrell Issa (R-CA) released the unclassified cables containing those requests.
The outcome of this debate is that Biden just gave Benghazi-gate more legs.

Fox News Chris Wallace on VP Joe Biden’s Reprehensible Behavior : “I’ve Never Seen a Debate Where one Candidate Was So Disrespectful” … Huckabee refered to him as Obnoxious Drunk
Biden’s behavior is a microcosm of what has been in the White House for the last four years …
Following the Vice Presidential debate after VP Joe Biden acted in one of the most inappropriate and condescending manner, Fox News Cris Wallace commented of Biden’s actions … “I’ve Never Seen a Debate Where one Candidate Was So Disrespectful”. To interrupt some one this many times makes the Bush-Gore debate of the famed Gore sighing make Al look down right respectful. What Biden did was shameful. Is it no wonder that the Obama-Biden Administration has failed so miserably and failed to have and bipartisan legislation?
UPDATE I: Former Governor Mike Huckabee Compares him to an obnoxious drunk.

CNN Post VP Debate Poll … Paul Ryan Wins 48% to 44% over Biden
So who won the Vice Presidential debate … Paul Ryan 48% – Joe Biden 44%.
With no all due respect to CNN, we won’t call it a draw because if Biden had won your post debate poll, neither would you have. A majority of those polled both said that both candidates did better than they expected; however, by a 50%-41% margin, debate watchers say that Ryan rather than Biden better expressed himself. Maybe that is because Biden spent most of the debate attacking Ryan and interrupting him when Biden was not smirking and laughing. This is also why the Obama-Biden plan back-fired and Ryan won the likability vote over Biden 53% to 43%.
Forty-eight percent of voters who watched the vice presidential debate think that Rep. Paul Ryan won the showdown, according to a CNN/ORC International nationwide poll conducted right after Thursday night’s faceoff. Forty-four percent say that Vice President Joe Biden was victorious. The Republican running mate’s four point advantage among a debate audience that was more Republican than the country as a whole is within the survey’s sampling error.

Vice Presidential Debate … It’s No Laughing Matter … Media Nails Joe Biden: “Stop Smirking!” “Weird,” “Jerk”
So this was the Team Obama plan … send Joe Biden out to act like a laughing, unprofessional, mean spirited jerk.
This might have been one of the most bizarre and contentious debate I have ever had the displeasure of watching. From the outset of the Vice-Presidential debate Joe Biden was a condescending, laughing jerk. Biden’s tactics were obvious and over the top. GOP VP candidate Paul Ryan did not fall for it. Ryan stayed the course and tried to make his points as he was continuously interrupted by not only Biden, but the moderator Martha Raddatz as well. At one point as Biden as acting a a childish, smirking manner, Ryan commented with the following back-slap.
Take a look at the actions of an Obama VP, smirking, unlikable and condescending
“I know you’re under a lot of duress to make up for lost ground, but I think people would be better served if we don’t interrupt each other,” Ryan later scolded his rival, referring to Democratic pressure on Biden to make up for President Barack Obama’s listless performance in last week’s debate with Mitt Romney.
However, what was most amazing and just mind-blowingly disrespectful was Biden’s laughter and smirks as the moderator asks serious questions on the economy, unemployment, a nuclear Iran and war in the Middle East. Oh yea, these are laughing matters. People are out of work, losing their homes and businesses and our brave military is waging a war on terror and this goof laughs and smirks during the debate like the village idiot. Even more amazing is the MSM reaction to Biden’s smirks and teeth blinding laughter. Check out the following tweets from the liberal MSM via Breitbart. If the liberal in the tank for Obama reacts like this, imagine how Independents are thinking?

Yet Another Excuse for Poor Debate Performance, Barack Obama Now Says He Was “Just Too Polite” at Presidential Debate
WOW, add another excuse to the long list of one’s that the president, the MSM and his minions have come up with for Obama poor debate performance against GOP challenger Mitt Romney.
In a radio interview on the “Tom Joyner Morning Show,” Barack Obama told the host and his listeners that he was “just too polite”. Really Mr. President, you were just too polite? Forget the fact that you have run one of the most nastiest campaigns of distraction so that no one focuses on your past four years of failure. Forget the fact that you have allowed your minions to call your opponent a murderer. Oh yea, you have just been too polite.
Conceding that he failed to deliver at last week’s debate, President Obama says he was “just too polite” and that voters should expect “a little more activity” next week in round two.
In a radio interview on the “Tom Joyner Morning Show,” Obama compared the presidential race to a seven-game basketball series in which he was ahead two-nothing and lost one game to Mitt Romney at the debate.
Obama compared the presidential election to a basketball series. Of course he did. Just one correction there Barack, you are not ahead, you would be behind as seen by the RCP polling averages.
“You have a seven-game series, we’re up two zero and we lose one,” he explained. “You know, this is a long haul and I think that it’s very important for folks to make sure that they understand that as long as people stay focused, we will win this thing.”
As stated by Doug Ross, polite, eh? What else hasn’t Obama done that has not already been nasty and over the line?
…Exactly what is Obama going to say that’s impolite and not already used? So far, the campaign (usually through their surrogates) has personally attacked Mitt Romney’s religion, upbringing, wife, children, business history, political history, affiliations, mannerisms, and habits; they have accused him of committing felonies, belittled his beliefs, and suggested that – I cannot believe that I have to write this – Mitt Romney gave someone cancer. What do they have left?
Yeah, I know: Big Bird.
So Mr. Obama, you mean the reason why you tanked in the debate was not the mile high altitude?
