      Dana,

      I will eventually write a more comprehensive pice regarding the delegate system and Trump but basically he is FOS.

      Trump has benefited from the delegate system.

      If we were to adopt the Trump theory of a vote equals a % of the delegates, he would have to give away about 15-20% of his delegates.

      Only VA has a truly proportional allocation of delagtes to votes.

      It is the sign of a true blow hard, even benefiting from the so called rigged system, Trump is bloviating.
