Casey Anthony back in court: Baez and Baden Blunder Big

Baez was next at bat with a heavy swing and miss. He brought the motion for sanctions and in effect tried to say “nevermind”, I’ll get them in the witness chair. Prosecutor Linda Drubnick objected heavily and reminded Baez that she gave him several options to rescind the motion and ample notice of same. She stated he made specific allegations and they in fact should be heard, by way of his own testimony subject to cross examination.

She got her way.

is it just me or was Jose Baez giving Casey the cold shoulder today in court, I noticed he was not to responsive to her like the other times she was seen in court with him, no smiles no giggles….maybe Jose Ding Dong is finally getting the message….one wonders

god dee i hope so mabe he has a heart after all i just hope this nut mom doesnt walk free for killing caylee the evidence is over whelming and to me the most damning is casey herself for not reporting caylee missing then goes partying and lying out her big horse teeth to cops and so on and so on the only thing the state may not have is pictures wouldnt be something if the state did have pics . casey seems to be over the top crazy anyway

Yes, and maybe Mrs.Ding Dong got hold of his cutesy self !!! He is a racist…he definitely didn’t need to speak Spanish to the FBI agent that was testifying…when he did, they both smiled slightly…Ding Dong thought that would get him a hands-up…but it didn’t !

Baez was either nervous or ticked off because when he sat down and the defense was speaking he just kept shaking whatever it was in his hand repeatedly, over and over again, just staring ahead and jerking this item up and down, I guess one would call it “fidgeting with it, you know like when you keep shaking your leg, but it was his hand and very obvious. I don’t think he liked the Judge’s decision to much! Oh, poor Baez
the Judge isn’t falling for their petty requests.
