RSSCharles Krauthammer Says that Obama Executive Order Bypassing Congress and Constitution is an “Impeachable Offense”
IMPEACHABLE OFFENSE … THE LAWLESS BARACK OBAMA.
Tonight on The Kelly Files, Charles Krauthammer said to Megyn Kelly that amnesty by Barack Obama through executive order is an “impeachable offense.” However, Krauthammer feels that the GOP missed their opportunity as they failed to act in past cases with Obama of executive power grabs and his rewriting laws on his own and ruling by fiat. I also find it hard to believe that the Republicans would ever impeach Obama, hell they do not seem to have the CO-JONES to defund Obamacare or a potential amnesty in fear of shutting don the government and being blamed. Hey gutless GOP leadership, how well did you do in the last election following the 2013 government shut down?
Krauthammer went on to say that the Democrats will rue the day that Barack Obama act in his imperialist manner. One day the GOP will be back in power and it may just be pay back time. Obama claims that he is forced into passing immigrations policy via executive order because the Republicans have not passed anything. Really? Wasn’t it Barack Obama and the Democrats that had complete control of the House and Senate in 2009 and 2010 and did nothing to pass immigration? The president is nothing but a liar and a trouble maker trying to divide America and shred the US Constitution.
“If the circumstances were different, if we were at the beginning of a presidency, if we hadn’t had years when the Congress has been supine and unresponsive at other grabs of their authority by the executive–like Obama unilaterally changing Obamacare after it was passed about 30 times with no response from the Congress–the same as Obama essentially re-writing some of the drug laws.
“This idea of prosecutorial discretion is really a travesty. It is intended for extreme cases. For a case where you want to show mercy for an individual or two where it’s unusual incident, unusual circumstances and you say, okay, we’re going to give this person a pass. It was never intended to abolish a whole class of people subject to a law and to essentially abolish whole sections of a law. And that’s exactly what’s happening here.”

Well folks, ask yourself, why does he insist on passing a bill that allows illegal amnesty, why does he want to swarm our country with infected victims of Ebola, he well knows American’s are saying “NO” to both. Why does he continually defy our Constitution? Why has he performed so many criminal acts against us? Why does he misuse his power to issue executive orders or veto bills? And way more….this goes on and on. Why has he deceived the world into making everyone think he is America’s first black president? He is NOT. obama ia 50% Caucasian, 43.75% Arab and 6.25% black.
obama is a destructive, slimy monster, muslim, maniac.
His latest move concerning Russia, is absolutely an incompetent, senseless, overbearing, ridiculous decision. He is not protecting, nor serving our country the United States of America.
He should be fired, impeached, prosecuted and jailed for all of the things he has done. Keep him off of Air Force One, don’t fly the drone(as in definition of bee)around the world allowing him meetings with world leaders, making incompetent, promising, compelling decisions done behind our back.
Obama has said, and video of his saying it has been shown time and time again on FOX, that he does not have the Constitutional authority to grant this amnesty. He is supposed to be a Constitutional scholar and was a Constitutional professor at one time, so it is claimed. So he either knows nothing about the Constitution and the legal role of a President or he knows and doesn’t care because in his mind he is above the laws of ordinary mortals. He also doesn’t seem to understand the legal roles of the three branches of government, since he keeps saying that Congress won’t do what he wants, so he’ll just do it himself. He seems to think that Congress is not co-equal with the Presidency, and that he has the power to go it alone in passing laws, deciding which laws to enforce, and in effect, become a Stalin-type dictator.
Mr. President: Congress and Congress alone has the legal, Constitutional authority to pass laws. Not you. Congress has no obligation to pass laws which you wish to be passed. Congress is independent of the Executive Branch and is not a body which must obey you. They represent the people of the United States of American for whom you and they, work.
But, in recent years, Congress has acquiesced to your will and will do nothing to stop your illegal behavior, even though they do have the power to do so.
I know he isn’t reading this, but it made me feel better to put it in writing.
