With legal Casey Anthony PR like this … who needs a trial? It is pretty bad when even the defense teams spinners say that Caylee Anthony is deceased. Even the professionally hired PR spokesman Todd Black states that Caylee Anthony has lost her life. Todd Black, Casey Anthony spokesman can spin his comments any way he wants it; however, he said the following: “This is a very serious case, involving not just the loss of the life of this little girl …” Make no mistake about it, Todd Black went on CNN Headline News with a prepared agenda and a 3 bullet point presentation. All one has to do is listen and watch the video. Or did CNN put words in his mouth as well? Don’t insult people’s intelligence … spinning to cover up failed spin is simply pathetic.
The Casey Anthony spin machine and those that make excuses for her can learn a valuable lesson from this CNN Headline News interview. You do not control free speech nor tell people what they can say or think. The idea that spokesman Black thinks he can demand CNN to wait and listen is ridiculous. Folks, no one believe your BS and no one is going to back down when the very people making threats cannot even get their story correct on their client. People are allowed to their opinion on this case.
This is a very serious case, involving not just the loss of the life of this little girl but the loss of .. of whatever is going to happen to Casey Anthony
Make no mistake about it, spokesman Todd Black went on a live TV show, Headline News, and uttered the comments that the little girl (Caylee Anthony) had lost her life. CNN has stated that the interview was not edited nor taken out of context.
The controversial Headline News interview of Todd Black, in which the spokesman for Jose Baez implied Caylee Marie Anthony is dead, was not edited, according to CNN. The telephone interview aired live Tuesday night, and a shortened clip of the interview replayed Wednesday.
“It was a live interview and the quote aired as he said it,” a CNN spokeswoman said.
All anyone has to do is listen and watch the interview for themselves. Casey Anthony defense attorney Jose Baez can attempt to do all the damage control he wants and say after the fact that Caylee Anthony is still alive but the fact of the matter is that your PR person made the blunder. Nothing was taken out of context during the interview with Todd Black. However, much like everything that involves the case of missing Caylee Anthony, the mountain of evidence against Casey Anthony and her repeated refusal to cooperate with police … it is always someone else’s fault when it comes to anything having to do with Casey’s actions.
Late Thursday the Baez Law Firm issued a statement regarding the Todd Black comment. It is pretty bad when a lawyer representing an individual indicted for murder and lying to police has to make a statement for their very PR spin doctor who is supposed to fabricate a story favorable to Baez’s client. As the Baez PR team learned, its hard to spin a story when one deals with so may lies from their client.
CNN has provided the general media with an edited clip of a partial interview that took place on Tuesday October 14, 2008.
Unfortunately what they distributed was completely taken out of context. Todd Black never was stating that there is any belief whatsoever by Casey Anthony or The Baez Law Firm, that Ms. Anthony’s daughter, Caylee, might be deceased. The entire interview makes it very clear that Ms. Anthony believes, as does The Baez Law Firm that Casey’s daughter is alive and needs to be found.
The words used by Mr. Black were referencing the comments of another guest. It was that guest who made the remarks about death, and Mr. Black was merely pointing to that remark by another guest.
Kudos to CNN Headline News for putting Black in his place and stating that their show is about honesty and when we see a 22 year old mother lying through her teeth day one. A news flash to the Casey Anthony spin machine … number one, you do not control freedom of speech nor freedom of individuals person opinions. Number two, PR does not work when no one believe the lies and are so insulted by your version of the truth that it sickens people. We have always stated, innocent people do not lie and concerned parents with missing children do not go out and party the night away.

Casey killed Caylee with an “accidental” overdose of chloroform. This happened because Casey wanted her mother Cindy to babysit and she refused. Since Casey could not take no for an answer, she checked online for a way to put a child to sleep without causing harm. She read about chloroform and ordered it. Casey gave it Caylee and left her somewhere to sleep through the night while Casey went out to party. When she returned she found the child dead and placed her in the trunk of the car. She did this in order to give herself time to think about a cover story. Unfortunately, by the time Casey disposed of her daughter’s body, the smell was still in the trunk of the car. Cindy is defending Casey because she feels guilty about refusing to babysit. There is a chance that Casey will change her plea to guilty once she realizes how bad prison is, especially in the segregated population.
So this mistake, Are they thinking that this is Todd Blackman’s thoughts, that Caylee is actually dead? Or are they implying that Casey has possibly told her attorney the truth and Todd Blackman just let it slip???
I’m not a LEO of any sort, however I am educated, and for some reason, this is my theory. It might not be true, but it is completely feasible. I’ve heard of stranger stories. I think Caylee drowned in the pool. If it was a true accident then why hide it. You don’t get locked up for accidents unless your proven to be drunk or high. Then it becomes an accident with negligence which could land a few yrs locked up and probation, but not a capitol murder charge. Caylee drowned in the pool, and they could not report it because they knew DNA would be done against Caylee and the mother, and when DNA test did not fork, that usually means one thing. Incest. George or Lee is the father. Because of the spelling I would pick Lee of coarse. He refused to give DNA and i read his past myspace blogs. He’s in love with his sister. If I didn’t commit a crime or had nothing to hide, I’d be more then happy to walk into any police station, ask for a cup, spit in it, say here is my DNA, and tell them have a nice day and walk out. Why won’t he? I’ll tell you why, Authorities already have Caylee’s DNA profile and he knows he is the other half of the DNA. The child was buried in the backyard, then dug up and put in the car until another plan was executed. The other plan would be a lake with gators and turtles so nothing will be left. Which is probably very close to one of the cell towers her phone pinged in a selected date range. The chloroform was found in the truck because George being a past cop, knew chloroform destroyed DNA. The whole missing body is all in part to hide the DNA to keep from revealing the family secret. Incest is a crime and if it is ever proven that in fact George or Lee is the father, you can bet charges will be filed against the individual.

BuddyBell, you got it! I agree one hundred percent with your analysis of what happened. I’ve thought all along that Lee was Caylee’s father. Hadn’t put the whole family’s involvement together quite so well though. From that first interview with Cindy, I knew something wasn’t right just by the way she treated Greta Van Sustren. What you say about the chloroform destroying DNA, that’s something I didn’t know and I don’t think it has been mentioned on NG.
“Cindy drinking Casey’s Kool-Aid” was not a joke but an excellent metaphor for Cindy’s behavior and the Defense’s excuse for their back peddling is lame.

friend of Casey’s Hopkins (think that is his
name) had introduced Casey to Zenida. When
told that he did not. Both Cindy and Lee
said oh, no there is another Hopkins (not sure on that name) who has a son named Zach.
Both Cindy and Lee knew it was a lie when they said it.
Wow…that is so bad…makes me wonder about that whole family!
If Casey occassionally took a few jobs

Yup…sure sounds to me like he said “the loss of life of this little girl”….these lawyers and PR people must think that we, the general public, are complete idiots. It was a LIVE show, NO EDITING!! Come on, even Jose knows Casey Anthony is lying and her daughter is not alive. They just want to make the money off of her defense and try to make a name for themselves.
I smell some dirty rats…Cindy Anthony, George Anthony (but at least he supposedly testified against Casey), Lee Anthony, Jose Baez, Todd Black, and the biggest dirty, filthy, lying rat of ‘em all…CASEY ANTHONY!! Lock ‘em all up and throw away the keys!!!
Buddy Bell may be right, although, I don’t think she drowned. I’m sure there is one HUGE family secret. I thought it might be drugs, but incest could, very well, be the answer. This story is so sad. I’ll bet every mother and father in America have cried more tears for this baby than Casey has.

Justice for Caylee!
I find it completely perplexing that anyone within a certain distance of Casey completely loses their common sense. Besides the family in denial, we have a PR person that feels obligated to respond to one remark of little relevance completely unprepared on a live broadcast.
A real professional public relations rep would have ignored it. One with half a brain would have prepared a written statement.. Black lost his whole brain and to top it off, Freudian slip.. He knows what’s going on. It’s really hard for someone in his line of work to polish a turd. He just polished it with vomit.
I heard on cnn tonite the nancy grace show that another witness came foward stating he seen casey and a male… dressed well pretending to be fishing… so now we know she did have an acomplace… and do you all think shes keeping quiet because he threatened her… is it possible he killed caylee nawwwwwwwwwww cuz she wouldnt be out partying while her daughter was supposedly missing…….. wonder who he is….
oh and now equa search is returning to florida to where the man said he seen her and the male subject..
if they find the body … the grandparents will say she didnt do it someone else did

Last night on Nancy Grace saw a guy who thinks he saw Casey coming out of the swampy area near airport with shovel and bag and putting in car that looks like the one she drives…then he mentions a lookout “guy” dressed nice and pretenting to be fishing. I immediately thought of Lee.

I was thinking of this spin too… What if… the spotted accomplice moved the dead body during the weeks the disappearance of Caylee went unreported, so as to further hinder discovery of a corpse.

Cindy washed the clothes that she found in the trunk of the car…just hours prior to making the 911 call…
Maybe the police should consider charging Cindy with tampering and destroying evidence…
Because when Cindy called the 911…she told them that it smelled like a dead body in the car…so she knew that it smelled like a dead body through admission to the 911 operator…so Cindy of all people, being a nurse, would know exactly how to clean up bodily fluids and smells in the trunk of a car…so why did Cindy do it?
And please “Cindy”, enlighten me here…why did you touch anything in the trunk of the car when you knew it smelled like a dead body…and why did you clean it all up before you made that 911 call?…

The straw hat witness is (in my opinion) not very reliable.. If there is any coincidence to the location of her still to be found remains and where this hick said he saw her, I am sure they will poke holes in almost everything this guy says..
But who knows anyway, right? he may be the missing link.. I just don’t think he is..
