Thomas Luka, the attorney representing Lee Anthony, may want to go back to school and get some brush up courses in public speaking or was he just speaking the truth? While discussing the donations collected in the Caylee Anthony Trust Fund and his client’s, Lee Anthony, involvement in searching for Caylee Anthony made a massive PR blunder … or was it a Freudian slip? How does the word “daughter” just accidently come from the mouth of Lee Anthony’s attorney when discussing Caylee Anthony?
“Mr. Anthony, going under the assumption that his daughter, or mean his niece, was kidnapped or was some how held against her will.” He investigated that angle and that avenue first and foremost”.

Could the funds of Caylee’s Trust been used in a much better and efficient manner? You betcha. The Anthony’s were hell bent on a “live” search only in an attempt to support Casey Anthony no matter what that they disregarded any search to locate Caylee’s body. Why would the public have any confidence in a family dealing with the funds of a Trust if this was their mind set throughout the investigation and search for Caylee Anthony?
The Anthony family have said that the donation paying for flyers and tee-shirts with Caylee’s picture on them to helping Lee Anthony with his own investigation making sure every lead and tip was followed up on. Lee Anthony suddenly became Sam Spade and Philip Marlow, PI?
I guess we now know why Lee Anthony has an attorney … Misappropriations of funds from the Caylee Anthony Trust. The Anthony’s think that merely sending the money back will make the issue go away? Hardly. Who was paid and why were all efforts to search for Caylee not supported by the very fund that was set up in the effort to find Caylee Anthony? There is still money left in the Caylee Anthony trust fund. Did money get sent to Kid Finders? I wonder is the Anthony’s ever donated money to Texas EquuSearch for their efforts to help find Caylee Anthony? Instead it would appear that only those efforts looking for a live Caylee were helped.

I’ve been saying it all along. Lee is the daddy. Just my opinion of course, but words mean something, even if they accidentally slip out. More so then.
So Lee must have been the person watching the mystery people that had Caylee…remember that?
“People have her…we are watching them”…etc., blah, blah, blah. This family has more mystery/invisible people stories than any child could ever dream up. Pathetic. They all need to spend time behind bars for one thing or another. If the whole world isn’t angry with every one of them, well…they should be! I do wonder how Caylee’s great grandparents are doing since they got the news.

I don’t know one way or the other. But, Lee’s attorney sure was tongue-tied misstating Casey for Caylee, etc. (not that I haven’t gotten their names mixed up myself). My experience is that attorneys stutter when they’re not being forthright. Obviously, no attorney would want to put his reputation on the line when it comes to any fund raising that was done by this bunch.
I betcha most of the donations were made in cash and are untraceable. I would suggest the media keep the heat on them; no doubt their plan is to say they have no money left to help pay for the REAL searches.

I have always thought Lee was the father as well. This family is so disfunctional it fits like a glove. If I rememmber correctly at some point in an interview with Lee and Casey on the phone, I recall them saying to one another that something will not get out, it makes me wonder if this is what they were trying to hide and not let it be discovered. Also makes me wonder if Casey is covering for lee and that lee killed caylee or an accident happened in his care.
Why does it even matter who Caylee’s father is????!!!! We all know the right person is in jail and IF Lee or anybody else is involved, WE ALL KNOW CASEY WILL TAKE THEM DOWN WITH HER…..SHE WONT GO TO PRISON FOR ANYONE!!! I agree Lee is the father.
I think it takes alot more than D.N.A. to be a father. The only father Caylee had, in my opinion, was Jesse and what happened to him? He was accused of loving Caylee more than Casey and Casey couldn’t stand it… so she erased him out of their lives. I look at the picture of Caylee crying in the arms of Lee and have a real hard time believing that he is the father of this baby. Children go through stress just as adults do and just, imagine, how Caylee felt when the only thing that felt like a real family was left behind because they loved her.
I don’t think that Lee is the father, either. There are alot of reasons why people don’t want to give blood or body fluids to the police. The first one being distrust and the second one is having something to hide. We don’t know what Lee does for entertainment. Maybe he smokes marijuana and didn’t want it showing up in his fluids. There are a lot of secrets, but I don’t think that’s one of them. Besides, Lee has cooperated with the police.
One question that I have is this:
Upon getting the car, washing the gray slacks and god only knows what else was done to try to get rid of that smell. The car was in the garage, trunk wide open along with windows and doors. Cindy goes to fetch Casey to find out where her grand daughter is and George calls Lee to ask that he go to the house to see if he can calm his mother down. When Casey and her mom start in at each other, Cindy goes outside to cool off. It is then, according to Lee’s statement, that Casey tells him that it’s probably true that she’s a terrible daughter and unfit to be a mother and goes on to say that THIS should have happened a long time ago. Then, she starts in on the nanny story. Upon hearing this, Lee tells his mom to go ahead and call the police.
Question is: Where’s George and why didn’t he call the police as soon as he smelled that stench of death? Why would he ask that Lee go to his house to see if he can calm things down? Was it always his attention to protect his daughter, even to the point of covering up the possibility that she may have killed his own grand daughter? I think so.
The strong smell of chloroform in the car. It is my opinion that George used chloroform as an insecticide, but the knowledge that comes with being a homicide detective would also make it possible that the reason he used chloroform on the car was to cover the evidence… clean the spot in the trunk that was consistent with human decay.
Naturally, when the news got out, people wanted to help find Caylee. Everybody in their right mind knew that cadaver dogs don’t hit on old pizza and with the tests done by the F.B.I. that stated there were gases as well as fluids consistent with human decay in the car the cadaver dogs had hit on; there was only one conclusion. However, what do the Anthony’s do? They throw insults along with road blocks in the way of having their grand daughter found. Cindy lies to the police about Casey; stating that there were never any jealousy problems between her and Caylee. She lies by saying that there were no recent fights or arguments. But, more than that, she denies that there was, even, a scent of death in the car to begin with.
Meanwhile the search begins. There is only one explanation as to why the cadaver dogs did not hit on Caylee’s body that lay only blocks from their home… fertilizer. I don’t have to tell you when or how the police found a large bag of fertilizer in the home of the Anthony’s ~ you all know that. But, it is noteworthy that this was such a large bag that the investigators were alarmed and made cracks about how the Anthony’s were NOT farmers.
When I look into the eyes of that sweet, sweet child; I see an undying love. I see a two-year old that is beyond her years, not one that is in-bred or zoned out on xanax or chloroform. I see a baby that looked to her mother, father and grandparents to protect her; but, over and over again she was cast aside because Casey made people choose. While Caylee was doing everything she could to light up the lives of those around her, she lived under the dark cloud of contempt, jealousy and vindictiveness.
While Caylee sings ‘You are my Sunshine’ I see the pain in her eyes as she sings the last line with emphasis and a shake of her head:

In some people’s eyes, it may be cruel to criticize the grand parents. But, obviously, they’ve taken their side in support of their daughter. They have come out publicly and said as much.
As for me, I stand by Caylee!
Does anyone else find it strange that neither Lee, Cindy nor George visited Casey for Christmas?
I begrudge the 82c meal she was served…all Caylee got was waiting for her little bones to be violated in the 2nd autopsy to be performed by the Baez sleaze-team.

I saw the anger, too. But, you’ve got to remember, he just found out that Caylee is dead and had to make that call to his parents. Time will tell… and it will matter little who was right and who was wrong if justice is served…
Personally, I hope that Casey goes to say good-bye to Caylee. She has done nothing but lay in her cell feeding her face with chocolate since her arrest. She owes Caylee so much more, but the least she could do is say ‘good-bye’.

I did pray for Cindy and George today. It is one thing to stand by your daughter, knowing in your heart that she killed her own daughter. Knowing that she will stand before God in her afterlife to be judged.

Lee tried to obstruct every move LE made in the direct to find Caylee. He “conducted his investigation” and “watched” “the kidnappers” while he successfully collected money. He refused a polygraph and encouraged his parents to do so also, he refused fingerprints and DNA. Lee of course has not been charged with anything; yet.

I understand grandma as well but this is a place to speculate and discuss things I thought, not to slam one for their opinion. So you may understand, it is important if lee is the father, it will at least shed some light on why Casey is the way she is, just a small part Im sure but never the less its important. As some one said earlier if you refuse DNA testing and are forced to do it, then to me you are hiding something of a personal nature or your hiding something of a criminal nature. Remember the meter reader said that he saw a gray bag. It wasn’t a bag, it was those pants covering her. Then, he saw something white…. bedding? She wasn’t found IN a bag, she was found covered by a bag… again.
And a book… or a page of a book. With a story of the nanny and the last time she spoke with Caylee.

I have viewed so much in this case, and it took me a long time to come to this conclusion. I don’t think that Lee is the father. I believe this is a very sad family. I think that Caylee’s death was no accident. I think that Casey this murder was premeditated and very calculated. George, Cindy and Lee are victims of Casey. I do think that they’re are trying to protect their mentally ill family member from lethal injection.

I found out that Lee’s attorney has had his run-ins with the law. He is a “taser attorney” too. This will explain why Luka used the words Civil rights when referring to Lee Anthony’s case. This lawyer is paranoid of LE. I doubt his education as well. Somebody should try to verify it.

I’m looking for the answer to your question re: where Casey’s x-fiance admitted to LE she claimed to have been molested. Below is one link that only mentions it has been brought out in the open (the allegations)…but alot of links on this page. If I find, I”ll post in here so you can read the original transcript. I do remember it was part of the discovery docs that are slowly being released by OCSO in Florida.

Lee Anthony is the father of the child. Lee Anthony is both the uncle and the father of Caylee.
Casey Anthony is a Somatic Narcissist. They sleep with every and anyone…even family members, even her brother Lee.
Too many lies have been told by both the Sociopathic women Cindy and Casey surrounding the father of Caylee. They’ve said he was a “one night-stand”, then he was “killed in a car accident”, then he was “resurrected” I suppose as recently Cindy claimed the father to “be alive, but wanted no part of the child’s life”, then the father was a “high school friend”, and then they blamed 3 seperate men including Jesse Grund. All three (3) of these men took DNA Tests and were cleared/excluded as the father.
Lee Anthony is the father of the child. Sources are now saying that Lee Anthony is about to be arrested too for his involvement in this sick crime.
The mother/grandmother Cindy Anthony is diabolical and I hope she is next…in terms of arrests.
I think you all should shift your negative focus on the Anthony family into a positive focus on your own lives. The media fuels the public and the public concocts outlandish schemes and stories to make themselves feel like The Hardy Boys and Nancy Drew solving mysteries and murders. Despite all of this hoopla, a family is mourning the loss of a child…. and yes folks, they are a family, just like yours and mine.

I have thought Lee is the father, after he refused finger prints/DNA. Why would any one refuse? Only if they have something to hide. It makes allot more sense now, why Cindy and George have sucked up to Casey. Because they wanted to keep her on their side – so she wouldn’t tell the family secrets. Why they acted as if she were not pregnant in her 7mo at her uncles wedding. And for all its worth – if anyone in that family molested anyone else – I think Casey is the one who molested Lee, as she found out in her young age how easy it was to get guys to hang out with her by giving sex to anything that walked like a man. Lee probably got like men do – and stopped thinking with his head. That’s exactly why the whole clan says the ‘baby daddy’ died. SURE he did. I am concerned about a lot of things that seem really not right with this “case” and the actions of the family. I keep wondering why they all have to have individual lawyers representing them. I also started to wonder whether there was a “VC Andrews (Flowers In The Attic) about these guys (incest, child being of brother and sister)) but this could be conjecture due to the weird way the family of poor innocent Caylee is acting. Wouldn’t you try to do everything possible to aid the police in bringing to justiced the people responsible for this horrible, nightmarish act? It takes a really sinister, sick person or cold fish (es?) to hurt a kid, cause a murder of that child (whether accidential or intentional) and try to cover up the circumstances. Whatever those circumstances may be…My heart actually aches for Caylee and I feel so helpless for I can only imagine what horrow she must have gone through in her final moments. NO CHILD deserves this !!! In watching the media with the information released, I keep wondering about a few things:
- Why did Casey do it if she did? Was it an act of insanity? Is she just that narcissistic? Why is she so “disconnected” from her daughter that she would kill her? This was an act of “hate” no matter whether she was narcissistic or whatever…
- why is the family now clamming up on details. is it because they have something to hide? what the hell could be more horrible than a two year old dissappearing for over a month and no one reporting it for 30 plus days?
- Did the grandparents know anything or suspect anything prior to the reported initial 911 call and confrontation between Casey and her mom on the night her mom called. THis is really weird. Were they all to embroiled in their own personal battles with each other over other things?
- How bad is everyone financially?
- Is this just a terrible circumstance where Casey is crazy and holds the whole family at ransom emotionally because of other secrets?
- Didn’t anyone question where Casey was making her money from as an income? Are they drug dealers or something and Casey just got involved with the wrong people or is she just bluffing her way out of this?
- If it was an accident, why won’t they just admit it insread of doing all this…has it just gone too far with the stories/lying?
- What the hell is with the the bizarre conversations? The ones with lee and casey in jail?
- has anyone checked with the computer lead and trying to determine who was on the computer when those searches were done in seeing if the times are consistent with signing on to other sites. It looks like casey liked to sign on to myspace…did she sign on to myspace or any sites like that at the times showing when the searches were done for making chloriform and the neck breaking? Maybe this is what the FBI needs to do…All sites have logs of times when users sign in and where from like ip addresses…
I have a lot more that I am wondering about. I just pray that the bastard or bastards that did this to that precious child are brought to justice. Capital punishment needs to be done but the TRUTH must be determined from this web of weird stories and lies.
I think we all need to remeber a two year old was found with duct tape on skeletal remains and I pray that she is in a better place than a world where your family (mother) is supposed to protect you. What kind of family did not do enough to keep you live dear Caylee. We are an ugly world without Caylee–justice must be done.

I think Casey named Caylee after herself & Lee (Cay-Lee) I also think their private I’s filmed that location to show that Caylee’s body wasn’t there…Then shortly after, Lee moved the body back there. (Thinking no one would look there again). He was forced to give DNA! Forced to give prints! He didn’t even want his family to be polygraphed! Uncooperative means GUILTY! You can lawyer-up, Lee, but you can’t hide from DNA!

I have a beautiful 3 yr old granddaughter who turned 3 shortly after Caylee would have turned 3 and this case has really consumed my time. From what I have gathered, Casey envied Caylee, to the point of hatred. The night that Casey fought with her mother, the rumor is that Cindy grabbed Casey and choked her. I think Casey took Casey with her to spite her mother, and soon after she left, she choked Caylee to death, as she had hatred for them both, killed two birds with one stone.
Casey would have been high on adrenaline and rage after her mother choked her. I think Cindy feels guilty as she knows that after she choked casey, in turn casey choke Caylee. Remember violence feeds of violence, and there is always a circle of violence.
There are reasons that you are not suppose to abuse your child, one being that these children grow up to abuse others, mainly thier own children. I do believe Cindy is at least indirectly responible for Caylee death, and she knows it. Cindy was in denial because if Caylee had killed Casey, then she too was responsible, and all this time Cindy really has not been concerned about Casey, she has been concerned about Cindy, Self Preservation!!!! She lost repect for Casey a long time ago, but remember who raised her. I hope Casey spends the rest of her life in prision, as she ages she may develop a concious, Cindy on the other hand will also live in a prision of her own device, as she knows she is also to blame. Lee is just another co-dependent to this situation.
Lisa #78, your 1st 2 paragraphs are absolutely correct, and Missy #75 – I think you hit the nail on the head!! The first time the thought entered my mind that Lee could be Caylee’s father I thought, no, that’s just sick…but this family is soooooo dysfunctional!!! I just keep thinking, in Heaven there are some very beautiful, sweet babies (like Caylee, and Susan Smith’s 2 little boys, and the 5 children that psycho in Texas drowned) who were sent to earth to make their parents and grandparents and aunts and uncles smile and to laugh and play, but the people who received these precious gifts abused them and treated them like trash, threw them away, and now they are in Heaven where there is no pain and they can laugh and play and be children through eternity. They deserved better…I will never understand how any mother could deliberately take the life of her own child and then be so cold and callous as Casey Anthony is!!
