      This is a very stupid move by management. It creates the incentive to set up speed traps and other types of traps such a seat belt inspections.

      The ultimate result will be a big loss in revenue from tourism and it will make locals angry.

      Tourists will learn of the activities and go to areas where they are less likely to be caught by state laws they are not familiar with.

      Its just more ways to get revenue and I got one of those speed trap BS tickets last year and I do mean BS.
