How About Some Brie with that Whine? Barack Obama … Lay Off My Wife’s Political Statements … Obama Keep Michelle Obama away from the Microphone
Hey Obama, would you like some Brie with that WHINE!!!
Obama, if you want people to lay off your wife, maybe you should keep her away from the microphone. There are consequences to free speech. Obama, if you are so thin skinned to not take criticism then keep your wife off the political campaign of being your surrogate spokesperson. Its as simple as that. Stick her at home out of the public eye and ear. If not, if she is on the political stump … all comments are fair game. However, the Obama’s think that nothing they have ever done or said is allowed to be challenged.
In an interview this morning with Good Morning America, Democratic Presidential wannabe Barack Obama warned the GOP to “Lay off his wife”. Obama claims that the snippets used by Republicans distort his wife’s Michelle Obama’s comments and intentions. To play snippets of her remarks in ways that are unflattering to her I think is just low class. WAH … WAH … WAH … cry me a river.
Sen. Barack Obama ripped into a Republican ad today that targets comments made by his wife, Michelle, and called the GOP tactic “low class” and “detestable.”
“But I also think these folks should lay off my wife,” he told “GMA” as his wife chuckled beside him.
“But I do want to say this to the GOP. If they think that they’re going to try to make Michelle an issue in this campaign, they should be careful. Because that I find unacceptable,” he said.
The Obama’s do not realize that words have consequences. This is the CHANGE that we want for America? Thin skinned politicians who cannot take the heat of campaigning? This is what is supposed to face evil, terrorism and the enemies of the US?
The Gateway Pundit reminds us of exactly what Michelle Obama has said in the past. Obama’s wife’s view on the word is hardly a rosey one. Obama talks of snippets, what part about the following comment from Michelle Obama is taken out of context when Michelle states that she had never been proud of her country? VIDEO here.
“For the first time in my adult lifetime, I’m really proud of my country … not just because Barack has done well, but because I think people are hungry for change,” she said. “I have been desperate to see our country moving in that direction and just not feeling so alone in my frustration and disappointment.”
No one is attacking Michelle personally like calling GWB stupid, people are calling out her spoken word. That is acceptable.
Michelle Malkin agrees as well, “If the Missus cannot take the heat, keep her away from the microphone.” The question really becomes, what do the Obama’s think is fair to discuss during a campaign? The answer is nothing that hurts their political chances to be President. As Hot Air points out, Now campaign statements are off the table, too?
Obama praised his wife’s patriotism and said that for Republicans “to try to distort or to play snippets of her remarks in ways that are unflattering to her I think is just low class … and especially for people who purport to be promoters of family values, who claim that they are protectors of the values and ideals and the decency of the American people to start attacking my wife in a political campaign I think is detestable.
Where have we heard that sorry, pathetic excuse before? Could it be when Barack Obama was making excuses for the Reverend Wright in that his remarks were being taken out of context? The same excuses were made, until finally Obama could not take the political hits from Wright’s continued comments and Obama divorced Wright. The Gateway Pundit further nailes it as well, “Funny Barack said the same thing about Jeremiah Wirght’s remarks, too. Obama said those nasty comments were just cherry-picked, too”.
Rush Limbaugh reminds us of the long list of things that we can’t talk about Barack Obama:
-
We can’t talk about his mother.
-
We can’t talk about his father.
-
We can’t talk about his grandmother unless he does, brings her up as a “typical white person.”
-
We can’t talk about his wife
-
We can’t talk about his preacher
-
We an’t talk about his terrorist friends
-
We can’t talk about his voting record
-
We can’t talk about his religion.
-
We can’t talk about appeasement
-
We can’t talk about color
-
We can’t talk about lack of color.
-
We can’t talk about his lack of experience
-
We can’t talk about his income
-
We can’t talk about his flag pin.
-
We can’t talk about race.
-
We can’t talk about his name, “Hussein.”
-
This started out we can’t call him a liberal

Hey,
Doesn’t Michelle look a little big for Obama?
I bet she can take his a$$ in a game of HORSE.
Not sure if I got this right, but heard someone say, “There are three names that concern me with respect to the upcoming election:
1)Osama
2)Obama
3)Obama’s “mama”.
Now this may be over the top.
If his wife has entered his campaign and she has, everything she says and does is “fair game.”
Obama has threatened that “they better not.” Or what? Obama will throw a hissy fit!
Pretty thin skinned to be a candidate for president- proving once again. He is just not qualified- at any level. What has he ever actually done?
obama might just take his preacher and toys and go crying allllllllll the way home
Why is the GOP and the Clinton campaign strategists not exposing in the “company” that Obama keeps but … the “company” that McCain keeps is fair game as a platform for Obama.
American voters must comprehend that the freedoms fought for by the founding Fathers is hanging in the balance. Casting a ballot for Barack Obama is akin to conceding to a Maxist philosophy. The implication … the ememies from within are conquering by deceiving the uninformed and … the enemies are not being challenged.

THE RACIST, ANTI-AMERICAN “COMPANY” THAT OBAMA KEEPS …
TRINITY UNTIED CHURCH OF CHRIST
“The vision statement of Trinity United Church of Christ is based upon the systematized liberation theology that started in 1969 with the publication of Dr. James Cone’s book, Black Power and Black Theology.”
http://www.tucc.org/talking_points.htm
Black Theology & Black Power (Paperback)
First published in 1969, “Black Theology & Black Power” provided the first systematic presentation of black theology. Relating the militant struggle for liberation with the gospel message of salvation, James Cone laid the foundation for an original interpretation of Christianity that retains its urgency and challenge today.
http://www.amazon.ca/Black-Theology-Power-J-Cone/dp/1570751579
“Christ is black therefore not because of some cultural or psychological need of black people, but because and only because Christ really enters into our world where the poor were despised and the black are, disclosing that he is with them enduring humiliation and pain and transforming oppressed slaves into liberating servants.” James Cone
“Black theology refuses to accept a God who is not identified totally with the goals of the black community. If God is not for us and against white people, then he is a murderer, and we had better kill him. The task of black theology is to kill Gods who do not belong to the black community … Black theology will accept only the love of God which participates in the destruction of the white enemy. What we need is the divine love as expressed in Black Power, which is the power of black people to destroy their oppressors here and now by any means at their disposal. Unless God is participating in this holy activity, we must reject his love.” James Cone
“In the New Testament, Jesus is not for all, but for the oppressed, the poor and unwanted of society, and against oppressors … Either God is for black people in their fight for liberation and against the white oppressors, or he is not.” James Cone
Rush Limbaugh left another “no no” off his list of subjects regarding Barack Obama which cannot be debated/exposed while campaining for the highest office in the land. The subject is Obama’s own racist words within AUDACITY OF HOPE and DREAMS OF MY FATHER.
+++++++++++
Audacity of Hope: “Lolo (Obama’s step father) followed a brand of Islam ….” “I looked to Lolo for guidance”.
Dreams of my Father: “The person who made me proudest of all, though, was [half brother] Roy .. He converted to Islam.”
Dreams of my Father: “In Indonesia, I had spent two years at a Muslim school”
Dreams of my Father: “I Studied the Koran.”
Audacity of Hope: “I will stand with the Muslims should the political winds shift in an ugly direction.”
Dreams of My Father: “I found a solace in nursing a pervasive sense of grievance and animosity against my mother’s race”.
Dreams of my Father: “The emotion between the races could never be pure….. the other race would always remain just that: menacing, alien, and apart.”
Dreams of my Father: “Any distinction between good and bad whites held negligible meaning.”
Dreams of My Father: “I ceased to advertise my mother’s race at the age of 12 or 13, when I began to suspect that by doing so I was ingratiating myself to whites”
Dreams Of My Father: “I never emulate white men and brown men whose fates didn’t speak to my own. It was into my father’s image, the black man, son of Africa, that I’d packed all the attributes I sought in myself..”
Dreams of My Father: “That hate hadn’t gone away,” he wrote, blaming “white people — some cruel, some ignorant, sometimes a single face, sometimes just a faceless image of a system claiming power over our lives.”
Dreams of My Father: “There were enough of us on campus to constitute a tribe, and when it came to hanging out many of us chose to function like a tribe, staying close together, traveling in packs,” he wrote. “It remained necessary to prove which side you were on, to show your loyalty to the black masses, to strike out and name names”
Dreams of my Father: “Desperate times called for desperate measures, and for many blacks, times were chronically desperate. If nationalism could create a strong and effective insularity, deliver on its promise of self-respect, then the hurt it might cause well-meaning whites, or the inner turmoil it caused people like me, would be of little consequence.”
Dreams of my Father: “To avoid being mistaken for a racial sellout, I chose my friends carefully. The more politically active black students. The foreign students. The Chicanos. The Marxist professors and structural feminists and punk-rock performance poets. We smoked cigarettes and wore leather jackets. At night, in the dorms, we discussed neocolonialism, Franz Fanon, Eurocentrism, and patriarchy.”
Dreams of my Father: “there was something about him that made me wary,” Obama wrote. “A little too sure of himself, maybe. And white.”
Dreams of my Father: “the reason black people keep to themselves is that it’s easier than spending all your time mad, or trying to guess whatever it was that white folks were thinking about you.”
Dreams of my Father: One line in Malcolm X’s autobiography “spoke” to Obama “it stayed with me,” he says. “He spoke of a wish he’d once had, the wish that the white blood that ran through him, there by an act of violence, might somehow be expunged.”
Who’s says Obama’s not “qualified” to be President?
It’s not John McCain – John McCain say Obama IS qualified:
Sen. John McCain, the presumptive Republican nominee for president, said Sunday that the leader for the Democratic nomination, Sen. Barack Obama, would be “absolutely” qualified to be president, should the voters elect him. But, he said, “I believe that my talent and my background and my experience, which has led to my judgment, … qualifies me more.”
4/6/08
McCain thinks he’s qualified.
I guess that stops all the “he’s not qualified” rants.
#8. Do you actually believe your own dribble?
Did you read the part where McCain thinks that Obama in a naive boy when it comes to foreign affairs?
Obama qualified, yea … Obama is not even qualified to properly pick a church to attend.
Obama just happens to be the flavor of the month and the darling of the media. Nothing more.
“Did you read the part where McCain thinks that Obama in a naive boy when it comes to foreign affairs?”
Did you not read the part where McCain says he’s absolutley qualified?
Not my dribble, Mr. McCain’s dribble.
So John McCain, the person he will be running against, thinks he’s qualified…but “WTF patrol” doesn’t.
Who to believe…
#6–Liberation Theology is Marxism.
You ask–”Why is the GOP and the Clinton campaign strategists not exposing in the “company” that Obama keeps but … the “company” that McCain keeps is fair game as a platform for Obama.”
The answer to this question lies in the fact that Clinton, Obama and McCain are all on the same team. And they all know how the game is played and they all know very well the limitations placed on their speech.
The “election” is a charade. It’s a well rehearsed staged play to give the naive, duped American the false notion that he or she still plays a role in the political process. The truth? Our next president has already been determined by the powers-that-be.
For those here who are sad that your idiot in chief cannot be king forever, I am sorry. It is clear you have VERY SERIOUS mental issues which lead you to believe McCain will be elected. Not a chance, ever. Your crowd is the last, gasp 25%r’s who have yet to quit drinking the kool-aid, and it shows with your juvenile comments about the democratic runners. Your side has ruined this once great country, and the fact that you still cling to the monarchy of george W Bush says all that needs to be said. America will survive and prosper – in spite of you, not because of you. Your children will know the truth and they will look into your eyes and know you were this close to sending the country to the banana republic status you so dearly want. You should be ashamed.
Yeah, let’s elect the guy that thinks the US is made up of 57 or more states and says Iran is no threat to the USA because its tiny.
I was unaware until today that the Nuclear bombs of tiny countries don’t damage anyone. But then, I thought there were only 50 states too.
Yeah, let’s elect the guy who confuses Shiites and Sunnis. He’s done it a minimum 5 times recently.
So he either has Alzheimer’s or he just doesn’t understand the situation in Iraq at all.
“I know a lot less about economics than I do about military and foreign policy issues. I still need to be educated.” John McCain
Confusing Shiites and Sunnis multiple times shows he doesn’t know much of the latter – frightening how little he must know of the former.
Do we need a President right now that knows nothing of the economy…nah, not important.
___________
SM: NAH. Lets elect an idiot who would give credibility to the leader of Iran and show the Iranian people who oppose Mahmoud Ahmadinejad that he is not isolating Iran and ruining the country. Yea, lets elect a fool who wouldn’t know foreign policy if it bit him is the a$$. Obama is not only a joke, he is dangerous and naive.
R
it is good to see that these attacks are getting more ridiculous every day.
the ones who fear obama are probably running out of B.S. already i guess.
that ‘we can’t talk about’-list is really absurd.
i believe that is a near complete list of where there is so much talked about.
and if mccain doesn’t isolate saudi-arabia he is just a hypocrite when he criticizes obama for wanting to have a dialogue with iran.
ah, he started already, just fired his co-chairman thomas loeffler.
by the way, bush own defense minister wants a dialogue with iran.
or got robert gates isolated now?
#14 – So the solution is to not talk to them and hope they go away? Like that policy has worked so well. Lets see… Cuba? Nope, a Castro is still in power. North Korea? Nope, they tested a nuke anyways. Iran? Nope, still defying the IAEA and developing nukes. We talked to Japan and the Nazis, we talked to the Soviets. Where did this idiotic policy of closing lines of communication with your enemies come from?
Dangerous, Naive? You mean, instead of useless posturing that does nothing to solve problems, only makes them worse, Obama wants to actually *gasp* talk with other people? The nerve!
It simply amazes me that some people think it’s still all right for us to sit around and conduct our foreign policy the way children would, posture and insult back and forth and hope that no one actually takes it to the next level. The world has changed since McCain’s philosophies were actually useful. The very nature of how information can be exchanged quickly and world travel in under a day means that the old principles of 12 levels of intermediates between world leaders is no longer practical. I suppose back in the day when it took days or weeks to ferry diplomatic correspondence to world leaders it was OK to deal in platitudes and threats, but today it just seems old and tired and counterproductive. In an age where even a rogue state can have weapons of mass destruction, the notion of only dealing with people using set and rigorous “diplomatic channels” is a sure fire recipe for disaster in the future.
Third term of Bush/Cheney – only a fool would want that.
#12 Tom is a perfect example of what I am talking about. Thank you for making my point, hate filled liberal do serve a purpose.
No one was attacking Michelle Obama personally. They were going after her for her comments that she made representing her husband in an election.
If Obama wants no one going after her words, then he best leave her home.
But liberals are OK with going after people personally, calling people idiots and uneducated. I guess that’s why us fools grasp on to religion and guns, right?
I would not be too quick to call someone a fool who can’t count the # of states.
R
You Liberals that Talk about a McCain administration as being a third term for GWB/Cheney are so full of SH%# that your eyes are brown.
You people are the biggest bunch of liars that have been born. What a convenient loss of memory you all have. Why do not conservatives and many in the Republican party have a problem with John McCain? Answer, because he does not act like a typical Republican. So how in the hell could his administration be a third GWB term?
Talk about drinking the Kool-Aide. Make sure you go back to MSNBC and CNN to get your talking points for tomorrow. Thinking on your own is a great thing, you should all try it some time.
BTW: Flashback 2004. Who did John Kerry want to pick as his VP that all Democrats were salivating over? Democrats were having orgasms in the street. They could not control themselves. They were joyous and thought that it would give them the election.
McCain: I’d ‘entertain’ Democratic VP slot
http://www.usatoday.com/news/politicselections/nation/president/2004-03-10-mccain-vp_x.htm
Answer: John McCain.
Suddenly Democrats think McCain is GWB. You people are so full of it!
R
I can’t wait to see Cindy McCains tax returns so we can all see how an “everyday” non-elitist man lives. haha. What are you hiding Cindy?
Oh, and I can’t wait till McCain fires his 113 lobbyists on his staff to keep his promise of not using lobbyists so he isn’t beholden to special interests.
McCain/Washington Lobbyists for President 2008
McCain’s new slogan: “Business As Usual”
____________
SM: Gee I thought it was Straight Talk Express.
Its easier to fire a lobbyist than your wife and your pastor.
Obama is a fraud.
So you are angry that Cindy McCain has money? Instead of being mad, why don’t you go out and make some of your own instead of backing a socialist.
You may want to take a long hard look at all candidates, (Republican, Democrats and Independent) and you will see they are all rich. That is a lame argument. There is no difference between parties and candidates anymore. Democrats are not for the blue collar working people, they have not been for some time. Last time I checked Rockefeller was a Democrat.
R
Democrats are so afraid of the Independent and Democratic center vote that they will say anything about John McCain, even though there are 1000′s of articles from the past all praising McCain for his independence and voting record of not always voting with GWB and Republicans.
McCain is the only candidate of the 3 that does have a track record of crossing the aisle and working with Democrats. He has actually done it, not like Obama who just says he will. Who is Obama kidding, he is one of the most liberal voting Senators in DC. He will cross nothing. He never has and he never will.
It is a shame and Republicans have expressed this fact to Mccain for years. The Left, Democrats and MSM will abandon him the minute he becomes a threat and a Presidential candidate.
Suddenly all the nice things that were said are gone. Now the LEFT looks on McCain as an evil Republican.
What consistency.
R
#19 – huh? The point I was making is that he blasts Obama for being elitist when he himself is one.
And #20 – %/7/08 AZ Republic:
“A Washington Post analysis notes McCain voted with the GOP this term 88.3 percent of the time, the same as Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., whose conservative credentials are seldom questioned. McCain ranked ahead of 29 other Republicans, including Arizona’s Jon Kyl, who holds the No. 2 spot in party leadership.
Congressional Quarterly gave McCain a 90 percent score for “party unity” voting last year and said he supported the president’s position on legislation 95 percent of the time.”
also…”During the 10 years The Republic examined, McCain crossed over to vote with Democrats 19 times in 82 close votes. He did so just once in the four years he was running for president: 1999, 2000, 2007 and 2008. All 12 of the close votes he missed happened in those years, too.
Even so, in 59 of the 82 close votes, Republicans got what they wanted regardless of McCain’s position. In those 59 cases, McCain broke with his party 16 times.”
But with all that said, I have a feeling that he will try to do things very differently from Bush because of Bush’s lack of popularity. Every potential president in the race now has to distance themselves from Bush. McCain has to do more because he is of the same political party, and the American public usually refuses to see that not everyone from a certain political party has the same ideals and beliefs as the party platform. And GW will be campaigning for McCain. Hard to distance yourself from a sitting President that’s stumping for ya. And as McCain moves far right like he has done in the past, those indy/dems will be lost, imo.
Do you really think McCain can get the Independent, Democratic center, and Conservative vote at the same time?
Crown him if that’s the case.
just maybe if the candidates would have the balls to go into substance about the real issues the media would stop covering non-important things like flag pins, wives, reverends and taking snippets of sentences out of context.
but that’s possibly too much to ask for the attention span between two commercials.
for now i am thinking obama is much more comfortable going into real issues than mccain and hillary.
so the other candidates prefer to continue to keep obama busy with abovementioned distractions.
and although mccain differs from bush he still from the same party. he went the day after he got his delegates to get his endorsement. now he is trying to distance himself as much as possible from bush to get the center vote.
i praise mccain for crossing the aisle.
but the eight years of bush the great divider made crossing the other way quite a bit more difficult.
Obama, that egotistical fellow, full of himself with that stupid uppity wife. Sounds like another Tony Blair and Cherie. Another member of the Friends of Israel Club, I do believe he is,after all why no questions on the money cartel.
Those two are something else….I do not want to change into anything they have to offer….!!!!
Michelle looks like she is doing some of Wright’s preaching….what’s that thing she is wearing in the top picture….looks like some kind of a robe…!!
LOL yoyo brainlesstop
Keep our country safe from liberals and terrorists vote “McCain 2008″
I don’t think how Michelle Obama “looks” is an issue, just as I don’t think the color of any candidate’s skin is an issue.
But what Michelle Obama says on the campaign trail IS an issue and it’s ludicrious that Barack thinks it isn’t. If Michelle was staying home having coffee with the neighbors, I’d agree that what she says has nothing to do with Barack’s campaign, but you can’t put someone out front to campaign for you and then say “hands off” don’t criticize anything she says.
Yes, McAmnesty does indeed cross the aisle, in fact he spends more time on the left aisle than the right – and that’s the problem.
I’ll say it again – America is suppose to be built on a representative government, and McAmensty, Obama and Clinton do not represent me or my ideals. We’re sunk folks.
[...] As was posted yesterday regarding if spouses are fair game, they are if they put themself out their to be. The question at hand is are candidates spouses Fair game? The answer is it depends on how the spouse presents them self. Why is Michelle Obama off limits, yet Bill Clinton is not? What’s the difference, I thought women wanted equality? Funny, no one cared when Republican candidate Fred Tompson’s wife, Jeri Thompson Kehn, was called a trophy wife and much worse. The heck with spouses, GWB’s underage children were not even off limits during his two terms and they were not even campaigning. [...]
B. Hussein O. is not qualified to be POTUS. Period. He has done nothing. The fact that the dems have put him up as their candidate is very telling. Color over substance.
I greatly admire Senator McCain’s military service. I keep reminding myself of this so I can actually vote for a RINO. He certainly is THE most qualified person running for POTUS. I will remind myself that B.Hussein O. is a frightening racist, yes, that will make voting for Senator McCain a little easier.
I think how Michelle dresses is an issue, especially if she is sending a message…look like a professional not a tribal image…it does make a difference…but of course she has no respect for this country so wearing a suit as a professional would not be in her closet….!!!! People cast first images by what they are looking at….and make first impressions….
There are those that come to the work place everyday and look like they just got out of bed…shame on you…have no not respect for your position or your job….dress like S~~T
Michelle sent a message alright…what’s up my sleeve…!!!!
Dress appropriately but Michelle doesn’t have a clue…..!!!!
