Here is one endorsement I am sure Barack Obama may be cringing at and especially with it’s timing. With praise and an endorsement like this … Its time to reevaluate.
With Barack Obama on a Democratic primary win streak over Hillary 
Clinton many have suggested that it would take a miracle to change the tide. The following endorsement without saying it was an endorsement, may just be that event that caused the change in momentum. It certainly needs to be looked at and pondered by the idealistic people who support Obama. On Sunday, Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan endorsed and sang the praises of Obama comparing him to Nation of Islam’s religion founder, Fard Muhammad.
CHICAGO – In his first major public address since a cancer crisis, Nation of Islam Minister Louis Farrakhan said Sunday that presidential candidate Barack Obama is the “hope of the entire world” that the U.S. will change for the better.
Farrakhan compared Obama to the religion’s founder, Fard Muhammad, who also had a white mother and black father.
“A black man with a white mother became a savior to us,” he told the crowd of mostly followers. “A black man with a white mother could turn out to be one who can lift America from her fall.”
As the Astute Blogger commented, “If this doesn’t scare you, nothing will”. No kidding.
The Obama camp is already trying to do damage control over the Farrakhan endorsement. Maybe the media and naive “hope & change” voters may want to take a better look at the candidate and those who are supporting Barack Obama. First Michelle Obama’s comments about not being proud of America, then the a look into her thought process and her senior thesis and now a Nataion of Islam praise. Think Team Obama is not a little concerned?
Said Obama campaign spokesman Bill Burton: “Sen. Obama has been clear in his objections to Minister Farrakhan’s past pronouncements and has not solicited the minister’s support.”

John McCain may be old. But our flights to Cleveland and Denver (and beyond) will likely arrive without problems! VOTE FOR MCCAIN.
This is great news. I wonder if Farrakhan is pro-Hillary and did this on purpose.
I am a Republican but have felt that the Democrats would probably win the election this time and thought that it might not be too bad. BUT this is not what I had in mind!! It frightens me to think that with all the problems over the last several years that this is the best candidates they could come up with. It scares me to think what will happen if the Democrats get control of the House AND Senate. WHO do you think will make up all the important positions of decision and power. If you can be guilty by association then Obama is definitely guilty. The Republicans will do a major assassination on his character if he gets the nomination. I will be paying very close attention to who McCain picks as his running mate for Vice-President. Before all is said and done this person might end up as your president sooner rather than later.

All flights in U.S. will be safer with Obama in office. There will be no need for terrorist attacks, the radical muslims will be in control of this country. The blind followers of this false messiah are not afraid of Farrakhan and his radical followers, they will welcome them. They are already blinded by this great speaker and his empty promises. They want “change” and they we will get it! AL-Qaeda predicted this as they did the attacks on the twin towers. They are following through on this promise as well.
First order of business is his cabinet members will be men like Farrakhan. Next is gun control, and then Islam sensitivity training including the Koran teachings in our public schools.

So, by your “transative property”, Bush’s spiritual advisor endorses Obama, therefore Bush endorses Obama.

Obama is scary. Hillary is scary. McAmnesty is scary. There are no good or even “acceptable” choices if you ask me. I’d even be scared of Huckabee. I’m a Christian but running on your religion isn’t a good sign. Huckabee’s tax plan is also very scary for anyone close to retirement.
I can only hope that both parties conventions are thrown into total chaos – maybe we’ll get a “re-do” and actually have a candidate that we can stand.
Any way it goes, everyone needs to vote on election day. You may have to skip the presidential election, but at least vote people in power who can keep the president in control.

Obama’s ‘church’ has already given an award to Farrakhan. Now the NOI leader endorses Obama. That has not happened yet and I do not think that it will. McCain has not had any association with racists. Obama’s father is in a Muslim church so I will assume that he was raised in the Muslim religion, I have not heard of many Muslim men allowing their wives to belong to another religion and to raise their children in another religion. I understand he is Presbyterian now. His former preacher is a man consumed with hate. I remember listening to Obama when he was elected and I said he had a chance to make a big difference for the black race in this country. I just feel that the party has rushed him to the forefront TOO quickly. I do not think he has garnered enough experience yet and I KNOW his wife is not ready for prime time. If she doesn’t shut up the republicans will not have to do anything to destroy Obama, she will do it for them. If he wins the nomination the Republicans will figurately crucify him.

Look, you don’t have to think the guy is presidenial material, Honestly it would hard to argue many many reasons why he is NOT READY for consideration. Such arguements would carry with them the possibility of actual conversation.
Talk about the guys record and the fact that he doesn’t really have one. Talk about a lot of stuff, but arguements like “This guy is Satan” and “this guy will invite the terrorists into the country for tea” are just silly.
Yes, he is not ready. Yes the Republicans will “crucify him”. But they will do so on the merits of his qualifications, not because he is a closet muslim fanatic who, from a very young age, decided to hide his fundamentalist beliefs by attending the chruch of the infidels becuase all along it was his plan to be the first black muslim President of the United States (and then destroy it).

You can the bet the farm that this will happen. If the presidential race is between Obama and McCain, every single (non-black) racist leader in the country will be in McCains corner, and without a doubt some number greater than zero of them will publicly endorse him. He might not like it, he might not invite it, he might wish it didn’t happen, but it will.
Of course, there are also plenty of black racists out there and you can also bet the farm that this group will be in Obama’s corner (even though he is not really “black enough” for them). And of this group some number greater than zero of them will endorse Obama.
Race will be an issue in the general campaign far more than the primaries; and will get very very ugly (and I personally will be sad to see it).

Guilt by association is hardly democratic, and where is the association? That one person says another has qualities or endorses that other person says little about the other person. It only says something about the endorser.
Use your brains, not your racist fears. Farrakhan has deplorable anti-semitic views, as Obama had made clear long before this endorsement (see Farrakhan’s 2007 Nightline interview, in the unedited transcript, not the foaming-at-the-mouth blogger form). What narrow-mindedness leads you to think that anything Farrakhan says matters?
