Joe Francis, the “Girls Gone Wild” founder Now Indicted for Federal Tax Evasion
One way or another the law was going to catch up with video teenager skin merchant, Joe Francis, the founder of “Girls Gone Wild”. They had earlier provided slaps on the wrist; however, this indictment is going to leave a mark. Francis was indicted for federal tax evasion for “illegally deducting more than $20 million in phony business expenses from his 2002 and 2003 corporate tax returns.”
According to a two count indictment filed in U.S. District Court in Reno, Nevada, Francis, 34, sought to conceal income through the use of offshore companies and nominees. At one point, he transferred $15 million from one offshore bank account to a California brokerage account in the name of a Cayman Islands corporation he controlled.

Wow! with credentials like that he should go for a job with the US government.
This way he would have the benefit of some of the worlds experts in tax evasion at his disposal
He wears lipstick like Joran.
This pathetic individual has targetted his misery onto my corner of the globe. I pass Virginia Tech on my way to work every day and have found out Girls Gone Wild intends on filming in downtown Blacksburg April 20th.

Being a VERY conservative area, you can imagine the uproar. Makes me sick to my stomach. Anyway, let’s call this what it truly is….”Sluts Showing What They’re Made of for Porn-addicts to Enjoy”.
Even sadder the girls are willing to do this.

Yes, my dear Brenda… but that was too long
of a title to fit on the CD Case!
I agree with you.
Hmm, I wonder if his punishment will be as harsh as others who have used the Caymans for their banking:
