2 Underage Girls Sue Girls Gone Wild For Lying and Publishing Sexual Images Without Permission

One would think that with the popularity of Girls Gone Wild on the after midnight hormonally crazed male audiences that getting attractive girls of age would not be a problem, but it looks like the inability of the producers and owners to check ages is going to bite this notorious company again.

Brooke Pastolic and Christina Brose are suing Joe Francis and his film company for allowing explicit video of the two girls to be used in two different video’s without their consent. While I am amazed that girls can be so stupid as to think that videographers filming them fooling around in the Girls Gone Wild bus would not use it, there are legal steps that have to be fulfilled before anyone can be used in video’s such as these.

Owner Francis is currently in jail on tax evasion charges, and is on probation for sexual exploitation of minors, is now facing having to defend the company in court or face a hefty financial settlement.

In the federal lawsuit filed Monday in Panama City, Brooke Pastolic and Christina Brose said they were enticed to board a “Girls Gone Wild” tour bus with the promise of free clothing. Once onboard, they allegedly were given alcoholic drinks even though both were younger than 21. According to the lawsuit, the cameramen then coerced the women into exposing themselves and engaging in sexual activities, but repeatedly stated they would not use footage in a video. However, the footage appeared on two separate “Girls Gone Wild” DVDs.

The women claim the footage was used without their consent, and if they did give consent, it was obtained illegally by “Girls Gone Wild” representatives giving them alcohol. When and where the footage was taped isn’t stated in the lawsuit. The women’s attorney, Christopher Hill, didn’t immediately return a message Wednesday. via BostonHerald.com.

The girls say they were “coerced.” Did they draw the line and tell the morally challenged people who must work on this show where they could stuff it? Or were they struck with the “honor” of being on TV, or acting up and not thinking about what might happen?

I’m definitely not blaming the victim here … just wondering if their version is totally accurate. I doubt that either side will come off too well in this tale.

They are NOT victims of anything but their own stupidity.

Unless they were under the age of 12, they knew exactly what they were doing. Now, that their tits are in a wringer they are shouting coercion. The girls had a significant moral lapse. Whether due to upbringing or pure stupidity on their part, it was a moral lapse.
