Barack Obama Job Approval Poll Numbers Sink to New Lows … Down to 41% in CBS Poll
Drip, Drip, Drip and so it begins … Barack Obama job approval poll numbers going down as gas prices increase.
According to a recent CBS poll, Obama’s job approval number is sinking fast. Only 41% of those polled gave the President a positive approval while 47% disapprove. Just last month Obama was at a 50% job approval rating. So what has changed, can you say the gas prices? Obama has a real gas problem and all the algae is not going to help him.
President Obama’s approval rating has hit the lowest level ever in CBS News polling, according to the latest CBS News/New York Times survey. The drop may be partially attributable to rising gas prices.
Just 41 percent of Americans approve of the job Mr. Obama is doing as president, according to the poll, conducted from March 7 to 11. Another 47 percent disapprove of his performance, up from 41 percent last month.
While Obama, the MSM and his minions try to spin that the President does and cannot affect the price of gas, the American people are not buying it. 50% of those polled say that Obama can affect gas prices, while only 36% say he cannot. Sorry Barack, what is good for past presidents is good for you. Former presidents, like George W. Bush, was held accountable for escalating gas prices during his presidency. You will be held to the same bar. How can Obama get reelected when 65% of Americans disapprove of his handling of gas prices? Seriously, this is something that affects nearly every American.
as for the economy, Obama’s job rating remains about the same as it was last month with a meager 39% approve, while 54% disapprove.
We can see at RCP, that Obama’s poll numbers are headed South.
But wait, the economy in shambles, gas prices headed toward $4 a gallon and higher and the President shows his priorities … he is off to make his NCAA college basketball brackets and watch basketball.
