Some 15 months later Aruba finds itself an island in distress surrounded by a sea of mystery and cover-up due to the disappearance of Natalee Holloway. As Vanderbilt points out, “even the the waters surrounding Aruba looks much like Natalee’s clothing to tourists. Scary.“
Tourism continues to fall even though the story of Natalee’s disappearance is not in the headlines everyday. People have made up their minds and until Aruba decides to come clean there will not even be a chance of tourists returning. No amount of money or marketing will fix this problem. Justice for Natalee just might.

My Opinions,thoughts and some facts!
OMG!- is all I could think after a short discussion I had with my mother about jsut soem of what is going on in ARUBA~ who is a native arubian- my family is from aruba and in the early 80′s they moved to the U.S. we have gone back to aruba several times but not in the last 7yrs- we stay updated by reading the local paper(Diario online) I have many family living in aruba aunts,uncles,cousins and an elderly grandmother that lives alone and I FEAR for her SAFETY!!!

ARUBA- was a HAPPY ISLAND

ARUBA – was a GREAT VACATION SPOT FOR ALL!!!
until Holland gave Aruba over to the arubian people 15 yrs ago.
Since then Aruba’s government has become corrupt-and not to mention aruba has let any TOM DICK AND HARRY into Aruba!
LET ME MAKE THIS CLEAR 99% of arubians are nice, friendly,quite AND peaceful-
MOST OF THESE ACTS OF HATE, VOILENCE, SEX, DRUGS, PROSTITUTION AND MORE ARE CAUSED BY ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS THAT FLEE TO ARUBA FROM COLOMBIA-VENEZUELA-DOMINICA R.

Well that is true Aruba is in distress especialy with this goverment a bunch of corupted money eager burocrats.
All that they think about is money and nothing else.
And its true that since the dutch handed over the island goverment to the Arubians that sooner or later Aruba is going to go belly up.
All the crime that is going on is because the govement has let these columbians, venezuelans, dominican rep., peruvians ect. enter Aruba with out any screening so what do you get only scum that moves to Aruba because in thier country they were convicted or you name it. Before we could leave everything unlocked but now you have to lock up everything. And Aruba is getting more expensive every day and nobody gives a hood.
