Michael Jackson’s Doctor Conray Murray Expected to be Charged Monday … Involuntary Manslaughter
It was thought that Dr. Conray Murray, the late Michael Jackson’s doctor was going to be charged today; however, the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office it appears that he will face charges next week instead.

Actually, after so much speculation it appears that Dr Conrad Murray will be charged this coming Monday in connection with the King of Pop, Michael Jackson’s death.
Although the district attorney’s office has not confirmed it, Murray is expected to be charged with involuntary manslaughter, which carries a maximum penalty of four years in prison.
While Murray has admitted treating the late pop star for insomnia with the hospital-strength anesthetic propofol, he has denied any wrongdoing. The coroner ruled the singer’s death a homicide caused by a propofol overdose along with a use of sedatives administered by Murray.
The filing of the case and Murray’s surrender has been delayed due to infighting between the police and prosecutors, a source close to the matter tells PEOPLE. The LAPD wants Murray to be brought to a courthouse in handcuffs, whereas prosecutors feel that is unnecessary, given Murray’s lack of a previous criminal record.
According to all accounts, Murray could face charges of involuntary manslaughter. Dr. Conrad Murray is accused of administering a lethal cocktail of painkillers and anesthetics to Michael Jackson.
Murray either can surrender unconditionally or he’ll be arrested wherever the LAPD finds him. He’ll then be sent to jail while he awaits bond and arraignment — which may take a day — and then he’ll be released, assuming he makes bail.

On august 10, 1979 Yankee pop sensation Michael Jackson released his 5th music album named Off The Wall Michael Jackson. This album came after his critically acclaimed performance in the musical film The Wiz where Jackson had made comradeship with Quincy Jones who provided the music for the movie. Jones worked and co-produced the album along with Jackson. Jackson attempted to make this album sound one of the finest and different from “destiny” and so he joined hands with renowned music directors, singers and lyricists.
