The federal court system should be all about following the law. However, there are judges from the lowest level to the Supreme Court that do not .
The Constitution provided for co-equal branches, the executive, the legislative and the judicial.
The congress is the check on the courts along with the executive. Congress has not done its job of controlling the courts. Even the Supreme Court justices can be removed by impeachment in the congress for behavior such as John Roberts rewriting the Affordable Care Act.
Roberts and the other judges who voted to keep the rewritten ACA had to know how the act was passed by illegal activity of the Democrat party.
President Trump has a lot on his plate in order to make the necessary changes to return our country to true constitutional government. The courts are some of the problem. These will have to be dealt with over time or they will obstruct the progress of cleaning the swamp in Washington, D.C.
