POCAHONTAS UNHINGED …

President Donald Trump Sets Amazing & Fast White House Pace in First days of Presidency Because He is a Business Man, Not a Politician

AT THE RATE TRUMP IS GOING, HE MIGHT ONLY NEED ONE TERM TO ACCOMPLISH WHAT MOST PRESIDENTS DO IN TWO

If you wanted politics as normal, political correctness and inefficient government, you elected the wrong candidate. President Donald J. Trump has hit the presidency running in a way that has even made the Energizer Bunny a bit envious. But he has a lot, to make up for after the last 8 years of Barack Obama that can only be described as a fiasco for the American people. Trump has much to deconstruct of the Obama years so to Make America Great Again. Trump is a business man, not a politician. He believes in having the projects come in on time and under budget. That is in direct opposition with Washington, DC, federal government and politicians. The MSM and certainly Washington has never seen anything like Trump and this is exactly why he was voted into office in an electoral landslide.  Trump has through executive action begun to undo Obamacare, acted on illegal immigration, affected trade and acted upon so-called climate change. The 2016 was a change election and President Donald J. Trump is the agent of that change!

You can TRACK TRUMP here.

The Hill:

In his first days in office, President Trump is taking on a dizzying schedule that is decidedly different from those of his immediate predecessors.

Trump is in the Oval Office to take meetings earlier than President Obama, and he’s worked through dinner to stay in the West Wing later than President George W. Bush, who would generally return to his residence at 6 p.m. sharp.

Trump’s pace is a bit more frantic, and many of his daily events are being captured by television cameras in his first week in office.

The 70-year-old is living as a weekday bachelor in the 132-room mansion, as the first lady, Melania Trump, is set to be in New York through the school year with the couple’s son, 10-year-old Barron. Melania will be back for weekends and may come to live in Washington, after the school year.

“It’s a robust schedule,” one White House aide said. “He isn’t wasting any time. He said he was going to go to work for the American people, and that’s what he’s doing.”

This week, Trump has packed his days with meetings with business leaders and auto industry executives and calls to world leaders, including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of Israel and Prime Minister Narendra Modi of India.

THE WALL WILL BEGIN IN MONTHS …

Trump is going to begin the construction of a border wall between the United States and Mexico within month. Trump said, “As soon as we can, as soon as we can physically do it. I would say in months, yeah. I would say in months, certainly planning is starting immediately.” And yes, Mexico is ultimately going to may for it.

Full interview transcript can be read HERE.

 ABC NEWS:

In his first one-on-one television interview since being sworn in as the 45th president of the United States, President Donald Trump told ABC News anchor David Muir that Mexico would be paying for the proposed border wall and that negotiations between the two nations would begin “relatively soon.”

“Ultimately, it will come out of what’s happening with Mexico … and we will be in a form reimbursed by Mexico, which I’ve always said,” Trump said.

During the interview, which took place at the White House this morning, Trump said that Mexico would pay the U.S. back “100 percent.”

He confirmed that U.S. taxpayer dollars would be used to start the construction but said reimbursement would follow.

“All it is, is we’ll be reimbursed at a later date from whatever transaction we make from Mexico,” he said. “I’m just telling you there will be a payment. It will be in a form, perhaps a complicated form. What I’m doing is good for the United States. It’s also going to be good for Mexico. We want to have a very stable, very solid Mexico.”

When asked about the start of construction, Trump said it would happen in “months.”

“As soon as we can, as soon as we can physically do it,” he said. “I would say in months, yeah. I would say in months — certainly planning is starting immediately.”

TV Icon Mary Tyler Moore Dead at 80, RIP

YOU CAN TURN THE WORLD ON WITH YOUR SMILE … YOU’RE GOING TO MAKE IT AFTER ALL.

Mary Tyler Moore, the television icon who charmed America with such 60′s show, The Dick Van Dyke Show, and ’70s show, The Mary Tyler Moore Show, has died at the age of 80 at a Connecticut hospital. She passed away in the company of friends and her loving husband of over 33 years, Dr. S. Robert Levine. Mary Tyler Moore  was a groundbreaking actress, producer, and maybe even more important, a  passionate advocate for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.  Moore was diagnosed with diabetes at age 33 and had long suffered from health problems. She was a public advocate for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Personally, I grew up watching The Mary Tyler Moore Show which ran for 168 episodes from 1970 to 1977, much of in syndication in the ’80s, where we had Hi Mary parties.  Any of you that have done the same, know exactly what I mean. She will be so missed. Mary Tyler Moore really did turn the world on with her smile. Rest in Peace.

Goodbye Mary …

TMZ:

MTM’s longtime rep, Mara Buxbaum, issued a statement to TMZ saying, “Today, beloved icon, Mary Tyler Moore, passed away at the age of 80 in the company of friends and her loving husband of over 33 years, Dr. S. Robert Levine.”

“A groundbreaking actress, producer, and passionate advocate for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Mary will be remembered as a fearless visionary who turned the world on with her smile.”

We’re told Mary had been on a respirator for more than a week.  She was taken off life support Tuesday night.

Mary — who battled diabetes and underwent brain surgery in 2011 — became famous after starring on the “The Dick Van Dyke Show” from 1961 to 1966. She dazzled her way to 7 successful seasons on “The Mary Tyler Moore Show” from 1970 to 1977, decimating skeptics who viewed her show as destined to fail.

President Donald Trump to Direct Federal Resources To Building a U.S.-Mexico Border Wall … Also to Eliminate “Sanctuary Cities”

DONALD TRUMP PRESIDENCY, DAY 3: BUILD THAT WALL … IF YOU BUILD IT, THEY WON’T COME.

It is day three of the Donald Trump presidency, might be called, “IMMIGRATION DAY”.  Making good an another campaign promise, today the president is supposed to take executive action to direct federal resources toward building a border wall between the United States and Mexico. Trump will also look to eliminate sanctuary cities in the United States and add another 5000 border agents.

President Donald Trump will take executive action Wednesday directing federal resources toward building a border wall, a White House official confirmed to CNN.

The move begins a multi-day roll out of immigration actions that’s also expected to include moves related to refugees and visas. Trump will make the announcement during a visit to the Department of Homeland Security at 1:25 p.m. ET.

Trump himself hinted at Wednesday’s move on Twitter, writing “Big day planned on NATIONAL SECURITY tomorrow. Among many other things, we will build the wall!”

Trump plans to issue two executive orders Wednesday during his visit to the Department of Homeland Security, according to a person familiar with the President’s plan.

The first will direct the agency to begin construction of the border wall, as well as take steps to repair existing areas of fencing along the frontier between the US and Mexico. The order will also include a mandate to increase staff at Customs and Border Protection by 5,000 and alleviate the flood of migrants fleeing violence in Central America.

According to the person familiar with the plans, Trump’s executive order will require DHS to publicly detail what aid is currently directed to Mexico, an indication of an eventual move toward redirecting some of that money to fund the wall’s construction — and giving cover for a longstanding campaign promise to have Mexico pay for the structure.
