Jesse Jackson Says Barack Obama Should Pardon Hillary Clinton

PARDON, DID HILLARY COMMIT A CRIME?

The Reverend Jesse Jackson called for President Obama to issue a blanket pardon to Hillary Clinton before he leaves office, just like Ford did for Richard Nixon. The question is whether Obama wants to taint his legacy with Hillary’s crimes. Jackson can claim all he wants, its like what Ford did for Nixon; however, it is not the same. The roles are not the same and neither are the crimes.

Speaking at President Gerald Ford’s alma mater, The Rev. Jesse Jackson called for President Obama to issue a blanket pardon to Hillary Clinton before he leaves office, just like Ford did for Richard Nixon.

Stopping short of saying Clinton did anything wrong, Jackson told a large crowd of University of Michigan students, faculty and administrators gathered at daylong celebration of his career that Obama should short-circuit President-elect Donald Trump’s promised attempt to prosecute Hillary Clinton for use of a private e-mail server.

Jackson’s comments came at the end of a long day in Ann Arbor, which included him dropping in on an anti-Trump rally held by students on campus.

Jackson comes to a campus that is full of strife over race. Numerous racist flyers have been posted and students have alleged they have been attacked because they are Muslim or a minority. There have been anti-Trump marches on U-M’s campus, along with campuses across the nation. A large demonstration marched through a series of U-M buildings even while Jackson was speaking.

“In this election, voters voted for fear. I think hope will defeat hate, but it’s a battle.”

In a conversation with the Free Press at the beginning of the day, he blamed Trump for the environment of fear.

Donald Trump saw an America that was a dry field, and instead of watering it to get the grass growing again, he threw a lit match on it, Jackson said.

Now it’s up to Trump to take action, Jackson added.

Man Shot & Killed Outside of an Atlanta Bar While on a Date After He Joked About Voting for Donald Trump

SENSELESS MURDER IN ATLANTA, GA …

32 year old Mitchell Mormon Jr. was shot and killed outside of an Atlanta bar after getting into an argument. According to accounts, Shaunita Walker, who was on a date with Mormon, was walking back into the bar to retrieve her phone when a Hispanic man tried to talk to her and said something disrespectful. Mormon then confronted the man, which led to an argument between the three individuals. Walker said Mormon joked during the exchange that he had voted for Trump and would be gone next week. The Hispanic man pulled out a gun and shot Mitchell Mormon Jr. dead.

Mitchell Mormon Jr

A first date went terribly wrong when a man was gunned down outside a bar after he jokingly said he voted for President-elect Donald Trump.

Shaunita Walker told WSB-TV that she and Mitchell Mormon Jr. were outside Church Bar on Edgewood Avenue in Atlanta at about 3 a.m. Saturday when her new date got into an argument with another man who pulled a gun.

Walker, 25, said the alleged shooter uttered something disrespectful to her as she went back into the bar, angering Mormon, 32, who confronted the man and began arguing with him. Walker said Mormon jokingly told the man he voted for Trump.

The argument continued and the alleged shooter — identified by Walker as a Hispanic man wearing a white coat — went around a corner, came back with a gun and opened fire.

Police said officers responded to 466 Edgewood Ave. and found both Walker and Mormon shot. Both were taken to Grady Hospital, where Mormon later died. Walker, who was shot in the arm, is recovering out of state, WSB-TV reports.

Investigators released surveillance video depicting several people outside the bar,
including two people they hope to identify in connection with the shooting: a man in
a white jacket who appears to be Hispanic and a white male in a hooded sweatshirt carrying a backpack.
Police are also asking the public for any video of the incident that may have been captured by patrons.

House Democrats Delay Leadership Elections … Could Nancy Pelosi Be Out?

NOW IF THE NEW YORK TIMES WANTS TO WRITE ABOUT DISARRAY, THEY MIGHT LOOK TO THE LEFT AND THE DEMOCRATS

The House Democrats delayed their leadership elections until after Thanksgiving, Wednesday, November 30. Democrats are scrambling after the 2016 elections that saw them lose the White House and continue to be in the minority in the House and Senate. If the New York Times wants to write about a party in disarray, they might want to focus on the Democrats. It was supposed to be a glorious night and an all but sure thing, with a Hillary win, recapturing the Senate and picking up 10 to 20 House seats. None of it happened. Now Democrats are scrambling. They are looking for a new DNC chairperson and possibly new leadership in the House. Note to NY Times, that would be called disarray.

Nancy Pelosi’s hold on the House Democratic Caucus is being tested.

Fresh off an Election Day embarrassment, and facing an uprising from her rank-and-file members, Pelosi grudgingly agreed to postpone leadership elections scheduled for Thursday. Democrats will now vote for their leaders on Wednesday, Nov. 30.

The delay is designed to give Democrats time to figure out why they failed to make bigger gains against a Republican ticket led by Donald Trump. Instead of picking up the 10 to 20 seats they had once hoped — or even the majority they secretly dreamed about — Democrats have netted only a half-dozen seats so far, with some races still to be called.

This poor showing has led to a serious round of finger-pointing among Democrats. The culprits range from Hillary Clinton to FBI Director James Comey to their own leadership’s failure to craft an economic message that would appeal to rural white voters.

Pelosi doesn’t appear to be in any serious danger of being ousted. For starters, no one has come forward yet to challenge her, though Rep. Tim Ryan (D-Ohio) is cautiously weighing a bid for minority leader.

Trump Keeping a Promise to The People … All Lobbyists Removed from Donald Trump’s Transition Team

LOBBYISTS BEING REMOVED FROM POLITICS … HOW COULD THIS BE A BAD THING?

Following the ’60 Minutes’ interview with Donald Trump where it was reported that there were lobbyists in the Trump transition team, an interesting thing happened. They were all removed. Vice President-elect Mike Pence reportedly ordered the removal of all lobbyists from president-elect Donald Trump’s transition team. Being able to change on the fly when you see an issue or flaw is a good thing, not a bad one. The liberal  New York Times can spew all their nonsense they want about Trump transition being in disarray, identifying flaws and correcting them are a good thing, that is what one does in business as opposed to beating a dead horse, or donkey. But then again, we all know what the people think of the media.

Vice President-elect Mike Pence reportedly ordered the removal of all lobbyists from president-elect Donald Trump’s transition team, The Wall Street Journal wrote on Tuesday night.

The decision was one of Pence’s first since formally taking over the team’s lead role. New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie was abruptly dismissed from the post last week.

Critics have excoriated Trump for including lobbyists, Washington insiders, and Republican Party veterans among his team, suggesting it contradicts the anti-establishment message that defined his campaign.

“[Americans] do not want corporate executives to be the ones who are calling the shots in Washington,” Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren said earlier Tuesday. “What Donald Trump is doing is that he’s putting together a transition team that’s full of lobbyists — the kind of people he actually ran against,” she said.

Donald Trump tweeted, “Very organized process taking place as I decide on Cabinet and many other positions. I am the only one who knows who the finalists are!”

MRC/YouGov Poll: 69% Think Media is Dishonest … 78% of Voters Say News Coverage of the Presidential Campaign was Bias

THE MEDIA HAS FINALLY BEEN EXPOSED TO BE BIAS, DISHONEST AND UNTRUSTWORTHY ...

One of the biggest losers of the 2016 presidential elections was the news media, from top to bottom. A recent MRC/YouGov poll showed that 69% of voters believe the media to be dishonest and untrustworthy, while another 78% stated that the new coverage of the presidential campaign was biased. Of those who believe the media was bias, nearly a 3-to-1 majority believing the media were for Clinton (59%) vs. for Trump (21%). Maybe one of the most telling and disastrous finding of this poll for the media was that 97% of voters said that they did not let the MSM affect or influence their vote. Can you say, the MSM is now irrelevant?

media-bias2

The Media Research Center (MRC) announces the findings of a new post-election poll on what actual voters thought about the media’s influence on the 2016 presidential race. The MRC/YouGov poll was conducted on November 9 and 10.

Key findings:

  • 7 in 10 (69%) voters do not believe the news media are honest and truthful.
  • 8 in 10 (78%) of voters believe the news coverage of the presidential campaign was biased, with nearly a 3-to-1 majority believing the media were for Clinton (59%) vs. for Trump (21%).
  • Even 1/3 (32%) of Clinton voters believe the media were “pro-Clinton.”
  • 8% of Trump voters said they would have voted for Clinton if they had believed what the media were saying about Trump.
  • 97% of voters said they did not let the media’s bias influence their vote.

This should be a wake up call for the liberal media, but it is most likely not. They still appear to be spewing their liberal bias agenda in their news as pointed out by Legal Insurrection. However, one thing is for certain, the American voters rejected their bias and was able to see through the lies.
