Johnny Manziel Indicted by a Dallas County Grand Jury on a Misdemeanor Assault with Bodily Injury Charge

JOHNNY FOOTBALL INDICTED ….

CBS11 is reporting that Johnny Manziel has been indicted by a Dallas County Grand Jury on a misdemeanor assault with bodily injury charge. The indictment occurred even though a settlement has been reached between Manziel and Crowley. It would be a miracle if Manziel was aver picked up by another NFL team ever as he has just too much baggage and too little talent. You have to wonder what the hell the Cleveland Brown were thinking. Those at the Heisman might also want to take a moment of reflection and ponder what “integrity” means to them.

Sources in the Dallas County District Attorney’s office tell L.P. Phillips of KRLD-AM, Johnny Manziel has been indicted by a Dallas County Grand Jury on a misdemeanor assault with bodily injury charge.

The grand jury reviewed evidence in the assault case against former NFL quarterback Manziel, Thursday, April 21.

The 23-year-old quarterback is accused of hitting his ex-girlfriend Colleen Crowley several times while driving from an uptown Dallas bar back to her home in Fort Worth.

According to police records, Crowley tried to jump out of the moving car and get to safety, but Manziel stopped, dragged her back into the car and hit her.

Crowley told the valet at Hotel Zaza, “Please don’t let him take me,” according to her police report, “I’m scared for my life!”

Manziel was cut by the Browns in March after two tumultuous seasons marked by inconsistent play and off-the-field headlines about his partying and drinking, including one stint in rehab. His future in the NFL is uncertain and might be nonexistent without the second stint in treatment that two agents demanded before cutting ties with him.

In a statement to ESPN and other media Tuesday, Manziel said, “I’m hoping to take care of the issues in front of me right now, so I can focus on what I have to do if I want to play in 2016. I also continue to be thankful to those who really know me and support me.”

Manziel didn’t have much impact during the little time he spent on the field for the Browns the past two seasons. He passed for 1,675 yards with seven touchdowns and seven interceptions in 14 games.

Virginia Gov. McAuliffe Restores voting rights for 206K Ex-Violent & Nonviolent Felons with a Pen to Boost Democrat Votes for Hillary Clinton

UNREAL, DEMOCRATS NEED FELON VOTE TO WIN ELECTIONS …

Democrat Gov. Terry McAuliffe signed an executive order Friday restoring the voting rights of 206,000 ex-felons. Sorry to be so cynical that a democrat would pull such a pandering move during a presidential year. Imagine that, Democrats pandering to the rapist and child sex offender. SICK!!! Really, passing this BS off as a way of rectifying Virginia’s “long and sad history” of suppressing African-American voting power. Maybe its Gov. Terry McAuliffe who is the felon who needs to be imprisoned.

WTF

Gov. Terry McAuliffe signed an executive order Friday restoring the voting rights of 206,000 ex-felons, a sweeping action the governor said was aimed largely at rectifying Virginia’s “long and sad history” of suppressing African-American voting power.

The move, coming in a presidential election year, outraged Republicans who accused McAuliffe of abusing his power to help longtime ally Hillary Clinton win a battleground state by putting more likely Democratic voters on the books.

The governor’s order applies to all violent and nonviolent felons who had finished their sentence and supervised release as of Friday, even those who have not applied for a restoration of rights. Previous Virginia governors have restored rights on an individual basis, but none has done it for an entire category of offenders with one pen stroke.

The boat was  discovered off Bermuda nearly eight months after they vanished on July 24, 2015. Their vessel had initially been found by the Coast Guard two days after the teens were last seen; however, although Coast Guard rescuers located it near New Smyrna Beach, the vessel wasn’t secured and floated away. A marine supply store sticker and engine serial number helped authorities identify the boat of two Florida teens who went missing at sea last summer.

The discovery of the single-engine vessel on which Perry Cohen and Austin Stephanos, both 14, got lost at sea during a burst of severe weather on July 24 was confirmed Saturday by the U.S. Coast Guard and Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission.

The 19-foot Seacraft vessel was found March 18 by the Norwegian ship Edda Fjord about 100 miles off the coast of Bermuda, Coast Guard Chief Petty Officer Ryan Doss said in a statement. There was no immediate indication of what happened to the missing boys.

The boat, which was in the shipping lane, was removed from the water by the crew of Norwegian ship, according to Doss. Personal items were found on board, including a cell phone and plastic tackle boxes.

The marine store sticker and engine serial number helped identify the owner, Doss said.
