CRIME OR OR POLITICAL TRUMPED UP CHARGES? 

The Jupiter, Florida Police Department have arrested and charged Donald Trump’s campaign manager Corey Lewandowski with simple battery of former Breitbart reporter Michelle Fields. I am not to sure about this. Michelle Fields, then with the online Breitbart News Service, alleges that Trump campaign manager Corey Lewandowski forcefully grabbed her at a news conference at Trump National Golf Club in Jupiter. It is hard to believe that anyone would pursue this. It just does not appear that there was any malice or intent here. Wow, talk about your “trumped” up charges. Lewandowski was issued a notice to appear on a misdemeanor battery charge. The New York City resident is expected in Palm Beach County Circuit Court May 4. I will be the first to go after anyone who assaults a female, or anyone for that matter. If this is the new bar that is set, I can only hope that Jupiter, FL has no stores open on “Black Friday”.

Donald Trump’s campaign manager Corey Lewandowski was arrested and charged in Jupiter, Florida, with simple battery of former Breitbart reporter Michelle Fields, according to police.

The Jupiter Police Department told CNN that Lewandowski was arrested Tuesday morning after turning himself in on the misdemeanor charge of simple battery.

They said Lewandowski has been released and his initial court appearance is scheduled for May 4. The department also released new video that shows the alleged incident from an overhead angle.

Campaign spokeswoman Hope Hicks and one of Lewandowski’s lawyers, Scott Richardson, both released a statement Tuesday saying Lewandowski is “absolutely innocent of this charge,” and will plead not guilty.

“He will enter a plea of not guilty and looks forward to his day in court. He is completely confident that he will be exonerated,” the statement said.

“Now the Corey Lewandowski situation, it’s, it’s kind of strange, the media cannot get enough of this. I mean CNN I think has been doing this for half an hour already. And all there is to this is this. Lewandowski has been charged, and there are two schools of thought. Some people say that he has not been arrested he has instead been served with an order to appear. So it’s, it’s not technically an arrest but it is a written order to appear in court on a certain day. And that’s where you essentially are arraigned, you enter your plea, and then they go from there. Now the Jupiter Police, however are saying he has been arrested. So there is some linguistics disparity here. But it is a misdemeanor. The maximum statutory penalties for what Lewandowski has been charged with, maximum one year behind bars, maximum one year probation. Either or. And or. And then whatever fines might be added to this as well. Now given that this would be a first offense.. You know you don’t know the political makeup of the prosecutor’s office, I mean there’s all kinds of factors that will weigh in on this. And of course Lewandowski’s gonna plead not guilty, which means it’s going to require proof on the part of the accusers.

“In my wildest dreams I don’t see how a jury ever convicts on this with all the ambiguity. In fact, it looks like two Secret Service who were protecting Donald Trump are reaching for her. I don’t know whether or not that is what is provoking the bruises or not. That’s the problem. Here’s your reasonable doubt right there.”

Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump on Tuesday threatened to press charges against former Breitbart reporter Michelle Fields, claiming she grabbed him after a press conference.

“Victory press conference was over. Why is she allowed to grab me and shout questions? Can I press charges?” Trump tweeted Tuesday with a photo.

22 Year Old Kyle Parker Faces Additional Charges in Connection with the Rape and Murder of 1 Year Old Shaylyn Ammerman

Its a case that shocked us all and reminded us just what type of sub-humans there are out there that we must protect children from. 22 year old Kyle Parker is facing even more charges in connection with the rape and murder of one year old Shaylyn Ammerman. Parker is charged with rape, murder, child molesting, kidnapping, strangulation and aggravated battery in the case, in addition to obstruction of justice and failure to report a dead body. Parker was arrested after police discovered the body of 14-month-old Shaylyn Ammerman in a remote area located near the White River in Gosport, Indiana. Can we just cut to the chase and stone this individual to death.

A man accused in the death of 1-year-old Shaylyn Ammerman faces additional charges in connection with the case.

Kyle Parker, 22, appeared in court Monday afternoon. He asked the court to appoint an attorney and pleaded not guilty in the case. Online records show Parker is charged with rape, murder, child molesting, kidnapping, strangulation and aggravated battery in the case, in addition to obstruction of justice and failure to report a dead body.

Police took Parker into custody on Thursday, the same day they found the 14-month-old’s body near the White River in Gosport. An autopsy showed the girl died from asphyxiation.

Parker was at the Ammerman home the night Shaylyn disappeared. Her family reported her missing Wednesday morning. Her father said his mother put Shaylyn to bed late Tuesday; when they woke up in the morning, she was gone. Her disappearance set off a massive search for the little girl involving multiple law enforcement agencies.

Court documents released Monday showed Parker abducted and raped the girl; he then attempted to pin it on one of her family members, using bleach on the girl’s body and his own in an attempt to destroy evidence. A medical examiner said this was “the worst case of sexual trauma she had seen in her career.”

Ahead of a Donald Trump speech at a Holiday Inn in Janesville, Wisconsin, six protesters were arrested and could face trespassing, disorderly conduct and obstructing an officer charges. My first thought after reading this was just 6 arrested? My second thought was could face charges? Folks, its not free speech when you trespass on private property and disrupt a business. Then again, its not like any of this fools work.

Makes me just want to stay at a Holiday Inn.

Six protesters were arrested and could face trespassing, disorderly conduct and obstructing an officer charges after dozens initially entered the Holiday Inn Express on Monday evening as part of an anti-Donald Trump protest.

Janesville Police Sgt. Mike Blaser said police gave the protesters several opportunities to move out of the building without being arrested but they refused.

“I think tonight is just an indication in a smaller scale of what we might see tomorrow,” Blaser said. “We’ve been planning for several days and we will have assets on the ground to help us manage whatever size crowd we do get here tomorrow.”

Trump is scheduled to speak at the Holiday Inn at 4 p.m. Tuesday.

The six protesters arrested would not identify themselves to police before booking, Blaser said. They had joined hands inside of PVC piping and may have also been handcuffed inside the piping, he said.

The protesters used “professional” tactics, including having their own medic on scene, he said. They were members of the Showing Up for Racial Justice and Groundwork Madison groups.
