Sen. Ted Cruz Iowa Caucus Speech Following His Record Breaking Victory (VIDEO)

Following his victory last night in the 2016 Iowa Caucus, Senator Ted Cruz took shots at the media and the political establishment while thanking his supporters. Last night in Iowa there was record turnout as Cruz won the most votes ever cast for any Republican primary winner in Iowa.

“Tonight the state of Iowa has spoken. Iowa has sent notice that the Republican nominee and next president of the United States will not be chosen by the media, will not be chosen by the Washington establishment, will not be chosen by the lobbyists, but will be chosen by the most incredible powerful force where all sovereignty resides in our nation … BY WE THE PEOPLE, THE AMERICAN PEOPLE!”

Hillary Clinton’s Unsecured Emails Had OPERATIONAL INTEL That Put LIVES in Jeopardy

It turns out that Hillary Clinton’s emails are not a “nothing burger” as Clinton and her surrogates would want you to believe.

This Hillary Clinton scandal gets worse and worse and it makes one wonder just how long Democrats and the liberal MSM can ignore the obvious? Hillary Clinton is damaged goods and the latest revelation that the Top Secret emails found on Hillary’s “unclassified” personal bathroom server was colossally damaging to our national security and has put lives at risk. Everyone who defends Ms. Clinton asks, what difference does this scandal make? Really?

What Difference Does It Make That I Put Lives At Risk and Threatened National Security?

Hillary Clinton_What Difference Does it make

Nevertheless, Hillary has upped the ante by demanding that the twenty-two Top Secret emails that have been withheld by the State Department be released to the public so Americans can see that they are in fact innocuous, as Ms. Clinton and her defenders maintain. Yet this is pure political theater: she surely knows that the emails are not going to be released on security grounds anytime soon, probably not for several decades, at least.

What, then, is in those twenty-two emails? Contrary to the assertions of Team Clinton that the information was benign, a “nothing-burger” to cite her allies, implying that the overzealous Intelligence Community has classified information that doesn’t need protection, their contents are Top Secret with good reason. Hillary has opted for cries of “overclassification” as her last line of defense in EmailGate, notwithstanding that’s the choice of any officials in Washington, DC, who have broken secrecy laws and have no leg left to stand on.

Today FoxNews has reported that those twenty-two Top Secret emails included “operational intelligence” that involves espionage sources and methods, adding that lives have been put at risk by Hillary’s mishandling of this information.

The Right Scoop opines and quotes Joe Biden, “This is a BFD.”

I have to agree with Q and O 100%, because “any one who has ever worked in or around classified material understands how draconian the rules concerning their use are.” I have personally done so for years. When one does, you are provided continual education on how to handle material and asked to sign endless compliance forms that you have done so properly and will continue to do so. Anything Hilary Clinton did with regards to her emails and a private server circumventing the government process was an intentional act to hide things. There can be no other explanation. We are witness to the emails that have been deemed top secret; however, can you imagine what was on the emails that she destroyed, knowing how damning they were? How this woman is running for president is criminal and so are her actions.

Simply Amazing … Socialist Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton in a Dead Heat in Democrat Iowa Caucus

NAIL-BITER FOR DEMOCRATS IN IOWA …

In April of 2014 Hillary Clinton had a 58 point lead over Bernie Sanders. But with 91% of the vote in, it is a 50% to 50% race between Clinton and Sanders. UNREAL. What does it tell us about Hillary Clinton and the Democrat party in general. How does a 74 year old, self-proclaimed socialist like Bernie Sanders actually make a race of it against Clinton?

Below is the final tally of the RCP average polling which one cam plainly see that Sanders over-perfomed by 6.1% and Hillary did so by 2.1%.

UPDATE I: Little Separates Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton in Tight Race in Iowa.

The close vote means that Mrs. Clinton and Mr. Sanders are likely to split

Iowa’s share of delegates to the Democratic convention, and Mr. Sanders will be able to argue that the Iowa result was a virtual tie.

The Clinton team was counting on its huge, well-trained army of volunteers, covering all of Iowa’s 1,681 voting precincts, to counter the enormous enthusiasm of voters who jammed into events to hear Mr. Sanders. But his well-financed Iowa organization was able to convert the energy of his crowds into voters on Monday night, as he drew huge numbers of first-time caucusgoers, young people and liberals who responded to his rallying cry against the nation’s “rigged economy.”

The virtual tie between the two candidates instantly raised the stakes for their next face-off, the primary next Tuesday in New Hampshire. Mr. Sanders holds a solid lead in polls there and has the advantage of being from Vermont; candidates from neighboring states have won the state’s primary in recent decades, and Mr. Sanders is admired in the state.

Mike Huckabee Suspends His 2016 Campaign for the Republican Nomination and Calls it Quits

ONE OUT AFTER IOWA CAUCUS, IS THERE MORE TO COME …

Former Arkansas governor Mike Huckabee has suspended his presidential campaign to be president. Following a poor showing in the Iowa Caucus and a campaign that just never got off the ground. Huckabee managed to only get 2% of the vote. One has to wonder who else is next? All of the candidates that finished below 5% in Iowa might want to think about throwing in the towel.

Mike Huckabee suspended his bid for the Republican nomination, ending a second run that overshadowed by other candidates in the former Arkansas governor’s social-conservative lane.

Huckabee’s announcement concludes a campaign that was not nearly as prominent as his previous run at the Republican nomination in 2008, where he won eight states, including the Iowa caucus.

In 2016, Huckabee struggled to consistently stay on the main stage in Republican presidential debates, never raised more than $15 million at one time, and failed to rally the same evangelical support he won in his last presidential run. One of the most conspicuous blows to his campaign came when Bob Vander Plaats endorsed Sen. Ted Cruz, denying Huckabee a critical ally in the contest to win over Iowa’s evangelicals.
