10% of College Graduates Think Judge Judy is on the Supreme Court
SERIOUSLY, JUST HOW IGNORANT ARE KIDS TODAY?
According to a story at CNN, 10% of college graduates surveyed in a poll believe “Judge Judy” serves on the United States Supreme Court. And it got even worse when asked who was the father of the US Constitution and principle writer of the Declaration of Independence. GOOD GRIEF!!! How could a generation of people be so uninformed.Worse yet, these are the kids in college? I guess these college kids think the other SCOTUS justices must be Judge Wapner, Judge Chamberlain Haller from My Cousin Vinny and Judge Reinhold.
What happened to the country I grew up in?
Nearly 10% of college graduates surveyed in a poll believe Judith Sheindlin, aka “Judge Judy,” serves on the Supreme Court.
Sheindlin is an American lawyer made popular as the judge on a court show by the name of “Judge Judy.” The show features Sheindlin handling small disputes in a courtroom, but Sheindlin does not serve on the Supreme Court of the United States.
The poll, conducted by the American Council of Trustees and Alumni in August 2015 but released in January 2016, concluded from the 1,000 surveyed that college graduates “are alarmingly ignorant of America’s history and heritage.”
The survey also found 28.4% of college graduates correctly identify the father of the Constitution as James Madison. About 59% of college students surveyed believe the father of the Constitution was Thomas Jefferson, who was actually the principal writer for the Declaration of Independence.
It also found that almost 60% of college graduates couldn’t correctly identify a requirement for ratifying a constitutional amendment and 40% of college graduates didn’t know that Congress has the power to declare war.
CNN/WMUR Poll: Socialist Bernie Sanders Trouncing Hillary Clinton in New Hampshire
THIS IS INSANE … A SOCIALIST IS DESTROYING HILLARY CLINTON IN NEW HAMPSHIRE ...
According to the most recent CNN/WMUR poll, Bernie Sanders, a self-proclaimed socialist, leads Hillary Clinton by a whopping 27 points in New Hampshire, 60% to 33%. Holy Cow!!! Are you kidding? Sorry, but Trump may not be the story in the 2016 race, but instead Sanders. It may be the Democrats who are scrambling for a last second candidate for president if Sanders keeps this momentum up. Is it possible that Clinton has a better shot of beating Trump than Sanders? That’s what a recent Monmouth poll says. Think about what that says about Democrat primary voters. Just how far LEFT have Democrats gone and how damaged a candidate is Hillary Clinton?
FEEL THE BERN!!!
Bernie Sanders’ lead over Hillary Clinton in New Hampshire is on the rise, with the Vermont senator leading the former secretary of state by 27 points, 60% to 33%, a new CNN/WMUR poll has found.
The new poll, mostly conducted before Sunday night’s debate, found Sanders’ support has grown by 10 points since a late-November/early December CNN/WMUR poll, which found Sanders holding 50% to Clinton’s 40%.
New Hampshire Democrats’ views on the race are solidifying as well, with 52% saying they have definitely decided who they will support, up from 36% who felt that way in early December. Among those voters, Sanders holds an even broader 64% to 35% lead.

Hmm, Sarah Palin Endorses Donald Trump, Ahead of Iowa Caucus
SARAH PALIN GIVES DONALD TRUMP A RINGING ENDORSEMENT AHEAD OF THE IOWA CAUCUSES …
Last night former Alaska governor and 2008 VP running mate Sarah Palin gave Donald Trump her endorsement for the 2016 GOP presidential race. It was not just a plain old one, it was quite a ringing endorsement. This was a little surprising, but maybe it is not as this 2016 political season has been one like no other in recent times. I understand Republicans want to win back the White House, but for me these days, its no longer a T or D thing, its a conservative thing. I have seen too many Republicans disappoint me. Obviously, Donald Trump has tapped into the political outsider thing. Which is what has caused the momentum and his front-runner status. Now he is tapping into that same energy that Palin attracted years ago. During her endorsement speech she stated, “Well, I am here because like you I know that it is now or never. I’m in it to win it because we believe in America, and we love our freedom. And if you love your freedom, thank a vet. Thank a vet, and know that the United States military deserves a commander-in-chief that our country passionately, and will never apologize for this country. A new commander-in-chief who will never leave our men behind. A new commander-in-chief, one who will never lie to the families of the fallen.”
Full Sarah Palin speech
Today Donald J. Trump received the coveted and influential endorsement of former Vice Presidential Candidate and Governor of Alaska, Sarah Palin. Palin praised Trump’s leadership and unparalleled ability to speak the truth and produce real results. A trusted conservative, Palin has a proven record of being fiscally modest, staunchly pro-life and believes in small government that allows businesses to grow and freedom to prosper. Gov. Palin joined Mr. Trump in Ames on Tuesday, just two weeks before the Iowa Caucuses, to announce her endorsement of the GOP frontrunner.
Mr. Trump stated, “I am greatly honored to receive Sarah’s endorsement. She is a friend, and a high quality person whom I have great respect for. I am proud to have her support.”
However, I am a bit taken aback, much like William Teach from The Right Wing News. Trump has some conservative qualities, positions and he speaks his mind; however, he is no Conservative. Just remember that folks. I just hope this ends well. I hope!!!
Sarah Palin, the former Alaska governor and 2008 vice-presidential nominee who became a Tea Party sensation and a favorite of grass-roots conservatives, endorsed Donald J. Trump in Iowa on Tuesday, providing him with a potentially significant boost just 13 days before the state’s caucuses.
“Are you ready for the leader to make America great again?” Mrs. Palin said with Mr. Trump by her side at a rally at Iowa State University. “Are you ready to stump for Trump? I’m here to support the next president of the United States — Donald Trump.”
Her support is the highest-profile backing for a Republican so far. It came the same day that Iowa’s Republican governor, Terry Branstad, said he hoped that Senator Ted Cruz would be defeated in Iowa. The Feb. 1 caucuses are a must-win for the Texas senator, who is running neck-and-neck with Mr. Trump in state polls.
The endorsement came as Mr. Trump was bearing down in the state, holding multiple campaign events and raising expectations about his performance in the nation’s first nominating contest.
As Mrs. Palin announced her backing, Mr. Trump stood wearing a satisfied smile as she scolded mainstream Republicans as sellouts and praised how Mr. Trump had shaken up the party. “He’s been going rogue left and right,” Mrs. Palin said of Mr. Trump, using one of her signature phrases. “That’s why he’s doing so well. He’s been able to tear the veil off this idea of the system.”
It is not clear that Mrs. Palin’s blessing will have a major impact on Mr. Trump’s long-term prospects. But in Iowa, where Mrs. Palin spent years developing a network of supporters, it could be helpful. Mr. Trump has faced questions about whether his campaign’s organizing muscle can draw the voters to match his poll numbers come caucus night.
One thing I do not want to hear from Donald Trump or the Palin’s when it comes to Ted Cruz and that is that he is some kind of bad and hated man. That’s BS. To be honest, prior to Trumps presidential run for the GOP many who know support him thought he was a blow hard billionaire. Check out via Weasel Zippers how Ted Cruz reacted with class to Palins endorsement of Trump. Cut the nonsense Trump, and stop it right now. Cruz is actually a conservative, you are not.

Gas Prices Hit a Stunning Low of 47 Cents per Gallon in Michigan on Sunday
WOW, 47 CENTS A GALLON … WELL ACTUALLY 47.9 CENTS.
Gas prices hit an amazing low of 47 cents a gallon in as a price war broke out between three gas stations in in Houghton Lake, Michigan. I cannot even remember when gas prices were that low. You could imagine the reaction by Americans when they saw prices fall to such a low price. Could you imagine being able to fill your car up from with an empty tank for less than $9.00? Of course these low gas prices and cost for barrels of oil are having other adverse affects on our economy.
The price of gas hit a stunning low — just 47 cents per gallon — in Michigan on Sunday.
Michigan was the first state to have gas under $1 in likely over a decade, Patrick DeHaan, senior petroleum analyst at GasBuddy.com, told ABC News today.
A gas station in Houghton Lake, Michigan, hit the 47 cents mark after a price war between three stations in the town, DeHaan said.
GasBuddy.com’s data goes back to 2000 and DeHaan said he couldn’t find any other averages that low in the U.S.
“This is something we don’t see often at all or ever,” DeHann said. “That’s unheard of.”
DeHann said he believed the next lowest price in the country was about $1.29, at a station in Virginia.
