Buffalo Bills Fan, Beer and Bat Races Never a Good Mix …Watch What Happens When Bills Fan Meets Bus
FUNNIEST VIDEO OF THE FIRST WEEKEND OF NFL FOOTBALL … WHY BAT RACES SHOULD ONLY BE TRIED BY TRAINED PROFESSIONALS!!!
The Buffalo Bills stunned the Indianapolis Colts 27-14 on Sunday at the home opener of the 2015 NFL season; however, the question remains whether the Buffalo Bill’s fan below ever made it to the game or realized that the Bill’s even won the game. What has to be the funniest video of the first week of the football season, this Bill’s fan once again proves the age old adage that chugging beer, lots of beer, spinning around a bat several times and inanimate large objects don’t mix.
Having played rugby in college, bat races were a way of life following matches. Believe it or not there is a method to the madness. Obviously this guy did not get that memo. As I watched this video, I could envision exactly what was going to happen, although I did not see the tour bus parked bear by. Wow, that’s going to leave a mark. The NFL might also have to do concussion studies for their fans as well. Imagine being this guy going to the office Monday morning?
Kentucky Clerk Kim Davis Goes Back to Work and Stands Her Ground … In VIDEO Says Marriage Licenses Being Issued Without Her Authority
County clerk of Rowan County, Kentucky Kim Davis returned to work Monday, saying she will not issue any marriage licenses that go against her religious beliefs. However, she left the door open for her deputies to continue to issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples, as long as those documents do not have Davis’ name or title on them. She will not step her deputy clerks from issuing same sex marriage licenses; however, Davis is stating that they are not valid.
Kim Davis, county clerk of Rowan County, Kentucky, returned to work Monday, saying she will not issue any marriage licenses that go against her religious beliefs — but she left the door open for her deputies to continue to issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples, as long as those documents do not have Davis’ name or title on them.
Davis acknowledged that she is not sure on the legality of licenses altered in such a way.
Davis spent five days behind bars this month for refusing to issue same-sex marriage licenses — something she is legally obligated to do under state and federal law.

Kentucky clerk Kim Davis says marriage licenses are being issued in Rowan County without her authority and she wants her name and title removed.
Choking back tears this morning at a news conference before her return to work, a defiant Davis said she is faced with a “seemingly impossible choice … my conscience or my freedom,” referring to her opposition to same-sex marriages.
She added: “I’m no hero.”
Despite her assertion that her deputies don’t have her authority to issue marriage licenses, Rowan County Deputy Clerk Brian Mason said he will continue issuing them today.
Davis also told reporters this morning that she wants the licenses to indicate that they are being issued under federal authority.
She returned to work today nearly one week after being released from jail for failing to issue marriage licenses over her religious objection to same-sex marriage.

UPDATE I: Shooting suspect identified the suspect as Joseph Thomas Johnson-Shanks.
The shooting suspect who murdered Kentucky state trooper Joseph Cameron Ponder has been identified as 25 year old Joseph Thomas Johnson-Shanks. Police said he should be considered armed and dangerous.
The suspect has been identified as Joseph Thomas Johnson-Shanks, 25, of Missouri. He was described as a black male who is about 5-foot-5 inches and 140 pounds.
Police say he ran off after shooting Ponder. A search was under way Monday morning in Lyon County, Ky.
Johnson-Shanks’ hometown couldn’t immediately be verified by police, but online records show him living in the Florissant area. He was arrested twice in 2014 in the St. Louis area, once for destruction of property and once for interfering with a police officer.
A social media site that appears to be Johnson-Shanks’ features a photo collage of Martin Luther King, Malcom X and Michael Brown. He reposted photos of memorial sites for Michael Brown and others killed by police, asking “Why is it taking so long to arrest those officers.”
