Former State Department Officials Say Hillary’s E-mail Defense is ‘Total BS’

Hillary Clinton’s email defense is as I like to refer to … “Bovine Scatology”.

It appears that others are calling BS on Hillary Clinton and her excuses with the email/private server scandal. Former State Department security officials are calling Hillary Clinton’s email defense total bull $hit. Any secretary of state should have known better. It would appear that Hillary’s excuses are wearing thin with ex-state department insiders. This scandal is far from a right-wing conspiracy witch hunt that Ms. Clinton would have every one believe. It just will not go away. Why, because it has merit and legs. For the first time I am actually believing that this might just sink her presidential run.

Former State Department security officials don’t buy Hillary Clinton’s latest alibi that she couldn’t tell that government e-mails — which she improperly, if not illegally, kept for several years on an unsecured home server — contained top-secret information because they lacked official markings and weren’t classified until later.

Such messages contain sensitive “keywords” distinguishing them from unclassified information, even if the material didn’t bear a classified heading as she claims.

The secretary would have known better, the department officials say, because she was trained to understand the difference when she was “read in” on procedures to ID and handle classified information by diplomatic-security officials in 2009.

Clinton also went through a so-called “read-off” when she left office in 2013. In that debriefing, security officials reminded her of her duty to return all classified documents, including ones in which the classification status is “uncertain,” which would have included the e-mails stored on her private server — which she only this month turned over to authorities. The read-off would have included her signing a nondisclosure agreement.

Two U.S. Marines Wounded After Stopping Islamist Terror Attacker on French Train in Belgium (VIDEO) (Update: Gunman ID’d as Ayoub el Khazzani)

HEROES: US Marines always at the ready …

Two U.S. Marines were reportedly wounded after they stopped an Islamist terror attacker aboard a French train traveling through Belgium. The terror suspect was wielding a box cutter and an AK-47. The suspect opened fire aboard the train injuring several individuals. CNN International reports, the struggle was brief, bloody and chaotic as three Americans ,  a civilian, an Air Force member and a National Guard member,  jumped into action and quickly tackled the suspect preventing a most certain massacre aboard the train.

They have yet t officially call this an act of terrorism; however, if it walks like a duck … The suspected gunman, a Moroccan national, was on the radar screen of European counterterrorism agencies for his radical jihadist views, the European counterterrorism official said.

The train was speeding through Belgium when the man emerged from the train bathroom, shirtless with a rifle — possibly an AK 47 — slung over his shoulder, the Americans said.

The three men — a member of the Air Force, an inactive National Guard member and a civilian — responded quickly, possibly preventing a deadly attack on the high-speed Thalys train.

The suspect had a box cutter or some other bladed weapon, authorities said.

“My friend Alek (Skarlatos) yells, ‘Get him,’ so my friend Spencer (Stone) immediately gets up to charge the guy, followed by Alek, then myself,” Anthony Sadler said in an interview with CNN.

“The three of us beat up the guy,” Anthony said. “In the process Spencer gets slashed multiple times by the box cutter, and Alek takes the AK away.

Dramatic footage shows aftermath of French train attack

UPDATE I: The Telegraph – Hero off-duty soldiers and British IT worker describe beating French train terrorist unconscious.

Chris Norman, the British man on board the train who helped tie up the attacker, has praised Spencer Stone’s bravery in helping an injured passenger who he said had been shot, even though he was badly injured himself.

He told reporters: “Once we had actually finally been able to get the guy under control, then Spencer, who is Alek’s friend, went to help the guy who had been shot, because there was a person who had actually taken a bullet wound and he was losing a lot of blood.

“So Spencer, he had a couple of cuts in the back of his neck, and his thumb was nearly cut off, actually probably saved the life of the other guy as well.

“So, it was really amazing. I think Spencer is the real hero of this.

“He was the guy who got up – Spencer first, Alek, Anthony, and then I came in at the end of it.”

UPDATE II: Correction, Three Americans are heroes in preventing terror attack on train.

In any case, the actions of U.S. Airman First Class Spencer Stone, of Sacramento, Oregon National Guard Spc. Alek Skarlatos, and Anthony Sadler, a Sacramento State University student described as a longtime friend of Stone’s, meant there was no worst case scenario.

And so Aug. 21, 2015 will not join the list of dates of horrific carnage that have come to be associated with modern terrorism. It will not be recalled as the deadliest attack since Sept. 11, 2001, or simply 9/11, which it could well have been. It won’t be remembered as deadlier than 11-M, the March 11, 2004, terror attacks on commuter trains in Madrid, Spain, that left 191 dead. It won’t eclipse the carnage of the Charlie Hebdo attacks in Paris earlier this year, which began on Jan. 7 and ended Jan. 9, and left 17 victims and three attackers dead.

UPDATE III: Gunman Identified as Ayoub el Khazzani.

Former President Jimmy Carter Discusses His Cancer: Doctors Found “Four Spots of Melanoma” on His Brain

Jimmy Carter, the former President of the United States, held a press conference yesterday and discussed his bout with cancer, Carter stated, that along with having a cancerous tumor on his liver that has since been operated on, doctors had also found four small spots of melanoma on his brain. The former 90 year old president further went on to detail how the cancer was discovered and his upcoming treatments.

Jimmy Carter spoke plainly when he said Thursday that doctors had found “four spots of melanoma” on his brain. The 90-year-old former president was relaxed and matter-of-fact as he talked about the uncertainty he faces. “I’m perfectly at ease with whatever comes,” he said.

Flanked by family members and friends at a news conference at the Carter Center in Atlanta, he detailed the treatments that he has already begun and will continue in coming weeks, including radiation and the IV infusions of a new type of anti-cancer drug that tries to harness the body’s immune system to fight the disease.

All politics aside because trust me, Jimmy Carter was the second worst president in modern times, we with him our prayers and a speedy recovery.

Ferguson, MO: 9 Year Old Jamyla Bolden Shot Dead as She Was doing Homework on Her Mother’s Bed … Do Black Lives Matter?

DO BLACK LIVES REALLY MATTER IN FERGUSON, OR IS IT JUST WHEN THEY ARE KILLED BY THE POLICE?

9 year old Jamyla Bolden was shot dead as she was doing homework in her home as she laid on her mother’s bed. Jamyla was a fourth grader at Koch Elementary School. The incident took place at about 9:30 Thursday night in the 9200 block of Ellison in Ferguson, Missouri.  The shooting happened a couple of blocks from the site where 18-year-old Michael Brown was fatally shot by a police officer on Aug. 9, 2014. What a tragic and sad story about the death of a child who was simply just doing home work. Her mother also suffered a gunshot wound to the leg.

Jamyla Bolden

For the Black Lives Matter crowd, this is what you should be concerning yourself with. But alas, there are no cops, and white ones at that, to blame. Only most like gang members. You would protect when a thugs who attempt to attack a police officer or stupidly points a gun at police and wind up dead, imagine that? But for an innocent young girl you are silent. What’s the matter Rev’s Al and Jessee, not enough race-baiting in this tragic situation?

Ferguson police are searching for clues about the killing of a 9-year-old girl who was shot when someone fired into a home where she was doing homework on her mother’s bed.

No arrests have been made in Tuesday night’s fatal shooting of Jamyla Bolden and police don’t yet know if the home was targeted or the shots were random, Ferguson Sgt. Dominica Fuller said Thursday.

Jamyla’s mother, 34, was struck in the leg and treated at a hospital.

“You have a 9-year-old child on her mother’s bed doing homework and a bullet strikes her,” Fuller said. “Our concern is to get this person off the street.”

The shooting happened a couple of blocks from the site where 18-year-old Michael Brown was fatally shot by a police officer on Aug. 9, 2014, sparking sometimes violent protests.

Fuller, herself the mother of a 9-year-old, was among the first officers at the home after the shooting, which was reported just after 9:30 p.m. Tuesday. She said police did all they could to help the child, to no avail.

U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan Says Hillary Clinton’s Private Emails Violated Policy

This is hardly a partisan political issue as Hillary Clinton would like you to believe …  Federal Judge says, “We wouldn’t be here today if this employee had followed government policy,”

Things keep getting worse and worse for Hillary Clinton as she sinks deeper in the private email server quick sand. A federal judge has added a little fuel to the already out of control burning Hilary email/private server fire asserting during a hearing Thursday that she violated government policy by storing official messages on a private server when she worked as secretary of state. The federal judge stated, “We wouldn’t be here today if this employee had followed government policy.” This took place during a FOIA hearing with Judicial Watch and Hillary’s attorneys.  The federal also ordered the State Department to confer with the FBI and Department of Justice to find out if those agencies had recovered any additional Clinton emails from the server and a thumb drive that was turned over by her attorney earlier this month.

Emails, what emails?

A federal judge has added fresh fuel to the incendiary controversy over Hillary Clinton’s email, asserting during a hearing Thursday that she violated government policy by storing official messages on a private server when she worked as secretary of state.

“We wouldn’t be here today if this employee had followed government policy,” said U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan, apparently referring to Clinton, during a hearing on one of the many Freedom of Information Act lawsuits seeking access to her records as secretary of state.

Sullivan’s said Clinton’s actions had complicated the State Department’s ability to respond to requests for records on various topics. He also ordered the State Department to contact the FBI to determine whether the private server Clinton used, which Clinton turned over to that law enforcement agency earlier this month, contains official records possibly responsive to the FOIA suit.

This scandal is going to dog Hillary until 2016, if she lasts that long.
